They greeted me with a SMILE, helped me like I was the only person in the store, and helped me when my phone malfunctioned. employees are lazy. A line of customers building up because it takes them 10 minutes to scan a QR code on an Amazon return lol.

Upon walking up to the door, there was a sign that clearly indicated directions for those with an Amazon package. Got my stuff ready and headed in. The lobby was small and crowded, but there was served immediately. The woman was patient and was able to help with the Amazon goof up. In the presence of this very frustrated woman, she kept cool and helped me with my shipping needs. I was very impressed read more

This location is always my go to for shipping. I was on the planning committee for a large event and they knocked it out of the park on all of our printing as well as shipping needs! I know they were as excited as I was when it was over but I can't say enough about the great service we received and the products were top notch! read more

I've been in this store many times and the service has always been decent. Went in today to drop off a package and EVERY customer (5 of us) in the store was wearing a mask, but none of the employees were. With COVID on the rise again I'll be checking to see if FedEx cares more about the health of their customers than this UPS location. read more

Dang, I cannot believe that I've not reviewed place yet. The service here is the best in the business. I've been to several of their competitors including the post office and none of them compare. At the other places, after waiting in line, they have you leave the line, fill out the paperwork, then get back in line. Not USP though. They handle all the paperwork and tape up the box then say thank you sir. There is no comparison and The UPS Store will keep my business for a long time. Thanks for a great service. read more

The employees at UPS just watched me unload two huge boxes. I set them both down at the door. Open the door myself, Carry them one by one through the door as I also hold it myself, and then set them down and carry each one to the counter with zero customers in there. They just watched me. The only words said to me were" here is your receipt". Zero Customer service. read more

Buyer beware! I payed this store to send a couple of packages to the same place using UPS. UPS returned one of the packages saying the delivery was declined. I was told a different thing every time I spoke with one of this store's managers. The package HAD to get to this person and this store told me I would have to pay again which I did. They told me they could not give their service away. I didn't request they do that, just that they do what I paid them in the first place to do. It took several call to both store managers, their refusal to give me the names of their manager or the owners of this store and a threat of a review to have them finally call and agree to refund to cost of sending the package again. Thanks for the refund but a business interested in their customers should not have told me that a refund depended on them getting their money back from UPS. Wake up! UPS refuses to prove delivery unless you pay extra but they charge $45 to send a small package and then don't deliver it. Maybe this store should consider a different provider. I've used them for lots of packages over the years but I'm done. I can't depend on UPS anymore and this store refuses to recognize the problems UPS has. Hello FedEx. read more

This is the worst place to go to mail things. The staff was extremely rude, and lied about the prices and shipment fees. Further, the tracking system for UPS was extremely inaccurate, saying it was on time, but it wasn't. I would recommend to those trying to send shipment to not use this store or UPS for that matter. You will never get your items shipped on time. read more

I tried to ship a scope for a rifle at this store and was told it was against policy. A rifle scope is just a magnifier and has no intrinsic danger to anyone. The fact that someone, somewhere is using their political beliefs or fears to control commerce is shameful. Those same people might have refused us our mail in Vietnam. UPS was happy to ship the scope and just shook their heads when I told them of my experience. read more

I have had a mailbox here for years. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I am not sure about the experiences Sam S. had back in 2009, but my experiences have been great. They great me by name and have helped me whenever I've needed to locate a package, etc. I'll be renewing my mailbox when it comes due again. read more

I can not say enough about the staff at this UPS store! I am a vendor and receive multiple packages in a week. I am greeted by name every time I walk in the door. I have never had a problem transactions whether it's receiving, managing tracking, or shipping to clients. I recently relocated further away from this UPS location but I still have my packages sent to this store so I can continue to work with these fantastic people!! read more
