Noie(spelling) such a helpful employee I came in just wanting to make a new label happy to pay for it. My printer wasn't working so just getting frustrated and he saw I already had a prepaid label and offered to print it and mail it for me super kind great store very clean organized. I would highly recommend it when you're on this side of town!! read more

Yes, it is pricey but you get what you pay for. Ever tried to ship a big western saddle, insured, to a different country? They got it done in less than 10 minutes and sent it on its way. Wonderful service. read more

I went in to get several documents notarized and witnessed. They were able to accommodate on the spot! I got in and got out quickly. I thought the notary price was high at $10/signature, but I imagine it's the going rate. I'll take the price for the convenience. read more

Always a 5-star experience. Josh was absolutely outstanding on 2/16/25. I had several unusual items that needed to be carefully packed for shipping, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. Most of what I ship from this location goes to high-end retail buyers, so presentation matters. Thanks to Josh, everything looked clean, secure, and professionally packed, not like it was wrapped by a tipsy uncle on Christmas morning. Truly appreciate the attention to detail and top-notch service. read more

Noey has been great help! Takes his job seriously and very professional! I was assisted as soon I came in the building.

Had to find a place where I could get a closing document off while traveling on a super cold iced over day in Fort Worth and got it all done for me. I need a good quality printing for 26 pages (because the hotel I was staying at had low ink and the print was bad there that I brought), then I needed to get 6 notarized signatures (with blue ink), and then all mailed off in a fedex pre-paid envelope. This was a sale of a rental property and the closing documents were dated a day or so earlier than I had planned. So, taking care of this with an already busy day and many of the typical places in town closed due to weather made it difficult. I would have had to go from each place anyways because not every fedex has a notrary. This place is spacious and organized. The manager at the desk was super nice to all the customers that rolled in from the snowy day. So glad I used yelp and got a great local business that came in clutch for me! read more

These guys were great. Needed a fax ASAP. Got in about 8:30 and by 8:45 I was out! Thanks UPS GUYS! You're the best...

Came in asked to use FedEx QR code. They promptly let me know that I needed to go to main FedEX office for QR code. Don't go here if you have a QR from a retail seller etc. read more

Very professional operation with friendly service. I've dropped off UPS, FedEx, and USPS packages there for years. Happy they're in the neighborhood. read more

I've been a regular customer here for months mainly as a package retrieval location as I am not home a lot. I have had to ship a few items before through Fed-Ex with no issue. I no longer have to deal with missed package notifications and re-delivery, I simply pick up at Box&Ship for a reasonable fee in a timely manner for their convenience. Raj and his staff are always friendly, helpful and quick on their work. read more

Best shipping place in town! Very knowledgeable and thorough. And the owner and staff couldn't be any friendlier.

I love this place. They always care of you. They are also polite and helpful. I mean best service!!!

Always friendly. Great customer service in helping me reroute a FedEx package I misaddressed. Large, inviting store with much shorter line than the UPS store. read more

5 stars for the super pleasant staff that maintained a positive attitude even though they were wildly understaffed and had to attempt to use FedEx's failing programs/software. 1 star for FedEx. System password had expired and employee was unable to get into the system to help me. She said this happens all the time. Wouldn't be as frustrated if this wasn't the second FedEx location I visited today that was unable to help. FedEx is garbage and I dread using it as a shipping service. It has literally never been convenient and painless. read more

Need to ship something but don't want to wait in the huge USPS line?? This is the place to go. I had 3 packages to ship and I was out in less than 15 minutes. I only had a box for 1 package, so I paid extra for them to box/package the other 2. Also a great place if you need notary services! Got my signatures done so quickly! Would definitely recommend this hidden gem to everyone! read more

Always come to them for all my shipping needs and they are so helpful and nice every time. Came in last night with a ton of stuff I needed to ship and they spent the time to help me put together all of my packages and tape on the labels, even though I was not making a purchase. Great people! Highly recommend! read more

This has been my go to for all our shipping needs for years. Raj, the owner, is a great guy and he really cares about his customers. Plus his computer system keeps all addressed I've shipped to in the past so I don't have to worry if I forget my address book! read more

We have been customers at Box & Ship on Camp Bowie for a little over two years. Great service, friendly staff. We considered using a similar service closer to home, but quickly realized they are well worth the longer drive. read more
