There are many elements that fall into the plus column for Pack 'N Mail, and the first (and perhaps most notable) one is their very low staff turnover; the same employees have been there for years. What is highly reassuring about this is name recognition--if a package intended for me were ever delivered with an incorrect or absent box number (which has happened), they would still know how to sort the item because they know who I am. This kind of personalized service builds trust, and I value that highly. When you utilize their packing services, they prepare the package right in front of you, which is especially reassuring when you are shipping something delicate. Once I had to send some of my biofeedback equipment out of the country for repair, and I could see how gently they handled it, how many shipping peanuts they used (plenty), and how securely they taped the box shut. In addition to using Pack 'N Mail for packaging and mail reception, I have also come here for notary service, key duplication service, lamination, and Xerox copying. When I was between printers, I was able to email them an attachment to print for me at a reasonable cost. This shop resides in a strip mall next to a major grocery, and the way it's juxtaposed causes a strange little whirlwind effect by the front door; I frequently walk through swirling leaves and dropped receipts as I make my way inside Pack 'N Mail. Great place! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get a post office box at our first fist. The store was clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is great for shipping. It's close to my office, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They help find the best shipping rate. They also have PO boxes for rent. I prefer it over going to UPS, FedEx or the USPS. read more

Pack N Mail has a friendly owner and staff that are available to help you with a variety of shipping, mailing and office supplies. I utilize their package acceptance service, and they safely and kindly store all my packages until I can get by to pick them up. Goodbye porch pirate problems. Obviously if you are looking for cut rate shipping rates none of the shipping stores are going to be a great bet. However if you need something packed and shipped without having to go buy your own packing materials, these folks are the experts who can get it done for you. read more

Highest place on earth to ship. I use a pack n mail near my business normally but was close to home at the time and thought I would try them out. Wanted $28 to ship an item that I later had shipped the same way at my normal location for $15. Definitely mail here if every place on the planet is closed and they are the only one open. Best of all when I brought up the absurd cost they could careless! Would give 0 stars but you have to click one to provide a comment. Ridiculous! Update 12/15/17: went In with a priority FLAT RATE usps small box that mail. Picked up three calendars to purchase as gifts. The usps $7.15 FLAT RATE box was $12.35. When asked why they charged more than the post office for a FLAT RATE parcel all I got was we are a retail store. Needless to say I walked out. I own a retail business and get profits need to be made but really. Make it on your boxes, tape, packaging services and other things you offer. I don't get overcharging for a flat rate item. I didn't ask but they probably charge Double for stamps. I tried to give it another chance but this was my last. read more

The people at this Pack N Mail on Hulen always go above and beyond. You will get a call if something comes in that might be perishable or if something looks urgent. If the roads are bad, you can call them to see if that important letter came in -so you can decide if you want to go or wait. If there is more than one person behind the counter, they have offered to help me get my bulky item(s) to the car. It is a very clean and organized place. If you don't want to worry about your packages getting stolen from your porch, I can't think of a better place to send them. With Tom Thumb next door, I never feel nervous getting my mail while they are closed. Very friendly and professional people. The times I go in I usually see Zach. I will NEVER come here to send my mail and packages again. The first time I had service here it was great but when I returned to send an envelope via fedex my experience was TERRIBLE. The greasy haired, middle aged man at the counter tried charging me $25 plus, to fedex a flat envelope (not over night). When I told him that I had normally been charged around $9 he insisted I was incorrect. I even asked about sending it as normal priority mail and instead of helping he continued to be rude and go on about bogus rates. EVEN THE OTHER WORKER was trying to help me but this guy wouldn't have it. He was extremely rude and mocked me as I was walking out the door. I took my business else where and was charged the standard rate I was originally expecting to pay. No customer should ever be made to feel stupid. read more

This place is a RIP OFF! I had two separate light packages to mail .I mailed them off for a friend on 12/19. One was a children's book that was lightweight (probably 15 pages) and the other one was the same book with a much smaller book. The old male working there with the white hair and goatee was a jerk. He never greeted me first when I walked in and when I brought it up he said, "yeah yeah yeah." I felt blown off but he finally apologized later. Anyways it cost $37.50 for both small packages to be mailed. It was a RIP OFF. I should have gone to the US Post Office for my friend but I was in a hurry. They are a business and I can understand being charged a little more but $37.50 for two light packages containing one children's book and the other 2 children's books? I gave the receipt to my friend and she said she would NEVER go there again. Good. I would never want her to go there again, nor would I ever go there personally. read more
