She said over and over she did nothing wrong ...... she was even loud and rude while saying that . I told her she's making a scene . I'm 61 years old and I don't demand anything from anyone , but when I come in your business and you treat me with that kind of attitude you lost me . I went to Staples ...they were professionals and they earned our companies business I advise do not go to this FedEx location by the parks mall .... She needs retraining

LOST PACKAGE HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. My package was scanned this time (because I scanned it at the self-serve kiosk), but it never made it to its destination. When I go to the UPS counter today-- after waiting a full 30 minutes because the store was so busy and so few workers actually helping customers-- the counter guy stated that I would have to call UPS myself to find the package, as there was nothing they could do. What a way to transfer responsibility. Of course, I have to do it. What's next? Will I need to drive the truck? But I've learned my lesson. I won't be visiting THIS LOCATION again.

I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.
