LOST PACKAGE HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. My package was scanned this time (because I scanned it at the self-serve kiosk), but it never made it to its destination. When I go to the UPS counter today-- after waiting a full 30 minutes because the store was so busy and so few workers actually helping customers-- the counter guy stated that I would have to call UPS myself to find the package, as there was nothing they could do.
