When I went to the store on JUN 5, I was told, by Michael, that UPS only gives an estimate time of arrival. Then why did he tell me NLT than MAY 29. Why did I pay $70 for it not to get to the post office until JUN 4? I could have driven the extra 1.5 miles to the post office and had them deliver it, had they explained BEFORE I paid. No customer service. I was left to feel like I was just out of luck. They were not helpful -- did not care that they provided wrong information! I will NEVER go back to this location!

As everyone knows international shipping can be a pain with customs declarations, I'm glad for the helpful staff at the UPS store who make the process easier. What really impressed me was how they helped me with an issue one of my packages had. It had been sent back to me because the customs form was not descriptive enough. I took it back and they went above and beyond for me by searching for possible item bans and customs' preferred descriptions. They even personally took it to the post office for me to ensure the updated customs form met their standards which really impressed me!
