Horrible customer experience. I had a mail box here for 18 months before moving abroad. A friend went to the store in March to get my mail and was told mailbox was up for renewal. I provided my payment info via phone to pay the renewal fee while my friend waited. The manager told me and my friend that my renewal was successful for the next 6 months. I go to check my mail today while I'm home for a brief visit to discover my mailbox was closed in March, there is no record of a payment, and my mail has been returned to sender. I request manager orchestrated owner to research the issue and give me a call as I'm returning abroad in 48 hours. No call from anyone. I request mailbox be reopened and I'm told I must pay an admin fee plus cost of mailbox. No offer to at least waive admin fee for my inconvenience. No communication from mgr to address my concerns. No effort at all to rectify the issue. Do Better!!!! read more

The UPS store is located off 360, and E Broad St in Mansfield, TX, that is serving the community with mailing, packaging, and shipping services in a one-stop shop! I usually come here to use the printer since I don't have one at home. The printing service is plain and simple as to where you go ahead and put your debit or credit card in the payment slot and once accepted you treat the computer as if it's your own and log on and surf any websites or check your email while printing anything you need. The pricing is fair and reasonable with great internet speed. I also come here to return any Amazon packages that I don't need and need them to be returned. While returning a package, the steps are as easy as 1, 2, and 3. You simply bring your amazon package in and show the barcode from the email to the employee as to where they will scan it for you, and you're done! The lines usually move fast, and there is always a lot of staff on-site to assist you. The customer service provided is superb as to where they greet you and get you in and out! They also provide mailboxes for personal use and notary services. If you don't have a box or envelope, there are plenty on-site to use for an extra additional charge. read more

Among the influx of shops this intersection has seen this past year, the UPS store has been the most useful for us. Where there's a concentration of Amazon Prime households, there's a need to return those discolored items, missized clothes, as well as modems and other Internet equipment. I've had the same experience as other 5-star reviewers who didn't have to wait in line. Once the gentleman employee saw that I just needed to drop off a labeled item--no receipt needed-- he let me leave it on the side counter and get on my way. The only time I've risked going over the 10-min limit for their 2 designated parking spots was during their early days and BQQ was at the front of the line with a "complicated order". A driveway from the narrow parking lot to the 360 service road would help empty the area better. Not having an easy westbound route is not strictly UPS's decision, but their customers share in the problem as much as their neighbors'. read more

Niyhaa & Arielle were so friendly and helpful. I was able to get my documents notarized and faxed to my doctor's office and it was quick and easy. The prices are great and I love the variety of services the store offers. I'm always greeted with a warm friendly smile when I come in. I appreciate the patience and efficiency of the staff, especially during the holidays! Very poor service. I dropped off a package and it was never picked up according to tracking. The agents at the front desk were very unhelpful and just sort of said it's on me to figure out. They acted as if they did not represent anyone who is not UPS. read more

The manager helped me on a level that was above and beyond expectations. I was beyond stressed about a package delivering to Georgia that was supposed to deliver yesterday. It's a long story but she listened to my request for help and offered to help me with contacting a human being at UPS about this time sensitive envelope delivery. I dropped off my Spectrum equipment for return and the clerk scanned them in. I left... was an hour away when when I received an email from spectrum saying I had a balance of $564 for an unreturned item. I called the UPS store and the clerk said the box was already packed to be shipped. I asked her to open it because one of the items had been incorrectly scanned by the clerk. Rather than do than, she told me she would put the box aside and I could come back to the store to resolve it. We turned around and drove an hour BACK to the store for the clerk to simply open the box and rescan the correct serial number, something that could have been resolved via telephone. Customer service is dead. No apology, nothing. read more

Nice clean store. Conveniently located. There are two 10 minute parking spots right in front of the store just for the UPS store customers. There was a single associate working- David. I was standing in line and He noticed that I had a pre-labeled box and he asked if I was just dropping off. I said yes and he took my box right away and gave me the receipt for tracking. I appreciated his attentiveness and how he managed the customers in store. read more

I came into the store October 12th because of issues I was having receiving packages from UPS the "parent company". Very long story short, even though I realize that the UPS Store is a franchise I was at my wits end, the manager on duty Tanika Ortega went out of her way to assist me when she really didn't have to, I've been in management for over 30 years she was empathetic, did all she could do to help, and got me to someone with the parent company that could assist me. With all of my dealings with UPS she was the only one ever willing to really assist. She is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to use that store with her on the management team, her assistance and care are truly appreciated she demonstrated what customer service is all about... And she was able to multitask and assist other customers while going out of her way to help me even though the issue did not reside with her store read more

I came on Saturday 28th around 10 am, I need to mail out an urgent contact, so I was told to pay an $119.01 express fee for 2 days delivery. It has been 9 days and today is February the 6th and my partner hasn't received the contract. i called and made a complaint, but the customer service was rude, didn't even want to help, why did they charged me $119.01 when I could've mail it myself if it takes that long? I paid a fee expecting it would arrive on time like I was promised. They ripped me off. I wouldn't recommend this place and will never come back here again. read more

I wanted to bring to your attention a very large issue. My best friend is a respiratory therapist working the front line. I tried shipping her masks and hand sanitizer a few weeks ago. It was returned for no reason from the broad st Mansfield location. They didn't want me to take the package back and now I know why. Three out of the 5 bottles were broken and all the masks were stolen from it. I can't believe at a time like this a company is pulling this. I'm very hurt and angered by the fact that this was done and then refused to refund even the shipping. Please investigate because this is not right and your name is being trashed by the actions of this. read more

I went to get some documents notarized and had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner to come because he's the only one who does notary at this location. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He ended up writing the wrong things on the documents which caused me to have to get my documents notarized again. I went back to ups and told him what the problem was and let him know what needed to be written down. He never apologized for his mistake and he even charged me a second time even though it was his mistake. I will not be back. read more

Everyone beware! Please do not ship anything important from this location. I requested my passport to be delivered overnight and expedited on Monday, October 7th. The team informed me that I was paying for overnight shipping but my package would arrive Wednesday since I sent the package late on Monday. That was fine. However, the next day USPS showed that the package would not arrive until October 15th. I called USPS and they told me that UPS used the incorrect method of shipping the package and choose the slowest form of the package to be delivered. I called UPS on Thursday after seeing that my package still had not arrived and the manager/owner David began blaming USPS instead of taking responsibility for the team not knowing what they were doing and choosing the wrong method to send the package after I repeatedly asked for overnight shipping and highlighted the importance sine this was my passport. I spoke with a different representative from USPS and again they told me that this UPS used the incorrect method to send my package and should have known how to send it overnight. According to USPS, the package should have been sent as priority instead of parcel select which is ground. Again, please beware of using this facility. I have sent many packages before overnight and have not had this issue. I have given them the benefit of the doubt countless times and the team just refuses to admit they have done anything wrong nor have offered any assistance in resolving this issue. It is Sun, October 11th and USPS still shows my package in the DFW area. Also, they are proven liars as well. The owners just responded with a lie instead of taking responsibility for their actions. read more

Smooth sailing! Friendly and helpful staff! Originally stopped in to drop off my amazon return packages. The sales associate was very polite and helpful, I had no idea that the UPS store offered so many services. CJ, ending up convincing me to print some booklets I've been putting off for work, and he made them look all fancy and professional with the coil binding. Great touch because I was just going to staple them! During my next visit I came in to return my U-verse equip. And again, customer service was great! CJ had me in and out quickly. My wife recently purchased an item on Amazon that she had to return, as the product didn't work properly. The product needed to be returned by a certain date in order to receive the $132 refund. The return shipping label that was provided us by Amazon was for UPS. When we went to this location to have the item returned, they told us that they weren't sure that the item would make it back to Amazon by the date necessary in order for us to receive a refund. We asked what we could pay in order to make that happen. Basically we were told that if we bought the $8-$9 shipping, the item would be back at Amazon by this past Friday. Today, when checking the tracking number, we see that the item was "mishandled" by UPS, and it was still not delivered. When we called this UPS location where the item was shipped from, we were told that basically there is nothing they can do. They didn't guarantee the item would be there, so that's not on them. Great news! He offered to refund us the stupid $8 delivery fee, but we are stuck with an item that doesn't work because of their "misinformation". If given the choice, use someone else. This isn't the way to start a new business in such a small community where word of mouth travels quickly. read more
