While I prefer talking to the young workers here, UPS prices don't beat the neighboring USPS, especially for international tracking mail. Seriously, the quote I got here was $130+ just to ship a document to an overseas country with tracking, while USPS quoted me $50 for the same service with tracking. If you have a few minutes to spare, drive to your local USPS and save a good $100.
