All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do.
