All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do. You need more people like Mr. David who cares about his job and the customers and you need to get on the other lady who is not driven to help the customers as opposed to only being their for a paycheck.
