Incredibly incompetent store. Very!!! I called earlier to ask if they could do a quick print job. I need 22 pages printed on card stock. They said yes. I need this print job for my wedding which is TODAY because another place messed up badly. It's an emergency and they said they could do it and to drive over. I show up and Tim (I believe) gets started on my print job after showing me what card stock he had. Meanwhile, Brandon (I believe) is throwing packages like they're basketballs into bins and ignoring a customer standing right there (whom he eventually greets and helps). Now I understand Tim needed to resize my files and it would take longer. He starts printing one by one until the printer runs out of the card stock he puts in. Six pages after, 30 mins later, and Tim says they have no more card stock and they cannot complete the job. Meanwhile, Brandon has a line of customers he can't help because every 2 mins he has to ask Tim a question. So, 45 mins later - driving included, I have nothing to show, and they just wasted 45 very important minutes on my wedding day when I could've go elsewhere! Why tell me you can do the job when I call if you cannot? Both very incompetent workers and I will never be coming here again. read more

Love this UPS store and the employees. I don't have a mailbox there but they are always great to me when I use it to pick up packages. Once had an expensive package I shipped with them dropped and damaged by driver in another city and they worked diligently with me to get it covered by the UPS insurance. read more

$2.99 computer use fee. I drove out of my way to come and drop off a package here. Very unfriendly and unhelpful in trying to get my packages out. UPS stores are franchises. Make sure you only support the friendly ones. This will not be one I will ever visit again. read more

This is my local UPS store. I had successfully dealt with this store roughly a billion times. But last time may have been the last time. I needed to mail a 9x12 envelope to my parents. The young man behind the counter charged me $3.07 and sent me on my way. When the envelope was returned to me by USPS a few days later, a postal worker had written on it that the postage was $1.91 short. The stamp the young man had put on it was for $1.84. So total postage should have been $3.75. How do you mess up something this simple? In short, their "help" was an utter fail since what I tried to send was returned to me. I used to frequent this location all the time after the location near my house closed. For 5 years, I would come by this place a couple times to ship items I sold on Ebay. This was on my way to work so it was the most convenient. The staff work quickly and know what they're doing so you can normally get in and out fast. This is much better than the other closest location on Arapaho and West Shore. read more

This is my UPS store! I exclaim this proudly because this store in my humble opinion should be the model by which other UPS stores are measured against. The manager here is Krishna. She is warm, very accommodating and a consummate professional. Krishna employs some amazing, and highly skilled employees, each with their own unique set of talents and strengths. I know all of their names as they really have resonated with me. They "raise the bar of excellence" in consumer relations, business acumen, and over all service and without fail make me feel welcome and valued each and every single time I am there. These employees are (and in no particular order): Eros, Irma and Charis. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store. I briefly met the regional or general manager and it is my hope that he reads this review as his staff here are absolutely brilliant. Consider making this your local UPS store. Dude with the round glasses and red hair is so freaking rude. I walked up to the counter and said "hi," he wouldnt look up from his computer screen, and when he finally looked at me he looked super annoyed. And then I asked where I can drop off pre-labeled packages--he literally just plopped his hand out for me to give him the box (still with no expression on his face like I was annoying/bothering him and didnt say one word), printed the receipt. I was like ".........okay thanks" and he turned and went about doing whatever he was doing, still not saying one word to me or a polite "youre welcome". We are located next door and use this UPS location on a weekly basis. Every time we have a package that needs to go out or mail to pick up, they are always very friendly and helpful. The staff here is incredible. They are always nice and friendly. Very quick to help. This holiday season when I was sending out my bulk of Christmas cards the staff member offered to get holiday stamps instead of the meter postage because it was cheaper. Also he said that those who received the holiday cards would enjoy a nice Reindeer on the front instead of a plain metered postage stamp. read more

Do not trust this store. The people here are not professionals. I paid a lot of money to have a package delivered by the holidays and it was not delivered. The people at this store were rude and the clerk called me "honey" and began to lecture me on shipping rules. Hey I thought that was what I paid you for in the first place. Because of this traumatic experience, I will never be using UPS store and probably wont be using UPS again. Those people at this location on Skillman and Audelia have no knowledge of their profession except for what is shown to them on a computer screen. Word or warning, skip this location. read more

I have been having the most pleasant experience with the service until today. This was my go-to store every time I have something to mail because the crew are very friendly and helpful. I went to the store today with two open boxes but was told that they started charging one or two dollars under new policy, which did't happen a week ago(last time I went). I tried to ask for an exemption with the front girl and she said that's ok they wouldn't charge me this time. Then the secondary supervisor came, he said they started charging for tape, I explained again, he said ok they wouldn't charge me this time. Then somehow the primary supervisor came, she said the same thing and never agree to give me an exemption. I bought a tape in the end, with her giving me 79 cents "discount". read more

I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. Always a long wait just to be helped and staff hasn't been friendly and helpful when I need to have something shipped. I was recently stared at rudely by one of the employees just because I was waiting in line to be helped and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a very professional store.
