So I came in today struggling to open the ups door with a 40 lb package balanced on my baby's stroller while I carried my baby on my hip .... immediately I had the door opened by an angel of an associate who made the process seamless and who's kind demeanor felt like a breath of fresh air! I believe the associate's name was PIERCE ( I hope I heard name correct) and they were the kindest, quickest, most professional person I've come across at a local ups. I normally can scan documents on my home printer but for some reason the pages kept getting stuck so it was time to get professional help. I called ahead and spoke with Cheryl to ask what the cost and procedure would be to scan 32 pages. I arrived about 30 minutes later and Cheryl was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Some of the pages were dog-eared after trying to go through my printer at home, so she brilliantly put them in and scanned them from the bottom to the top and then when it was completed scanned in simply flipped it over to be right side up! The document was saved to my thumb drive and the file on her computer was deleted for my privacy. The charge was exactly as what was quoted on the phone. I was in/out in less than 10 minutes. I felt so good for having come in and made a new friend and I can't wait to return and support this family owned business next time I need the services they provide. read more

This UPS store top tier, I use them for all my printing from business cards to signs. At this location I find copious amount of common sense and critical thinking. Very hard to find at other print shops & shipping stores. They do designs and a quick with edits. Highly recommended. Wow! My first experience with dropping a package off to UPS and Brandy was such a joy to work with. True Customer Service! I guess you can tell I don't have to return many items, lol. Great service. I came here about 5 minutes until closing time and was out before they closed. They have 2 reserved spots right up front, which is a good thing because they are in a really busy parking lot. I parked in one of those spots, walked in, got my business taken care of and was backnin my car in 3 minutes. It is conveniently in the midst of a local shopping and food center with Chick-fil-a, Torchy's, Velvet Taco, and Zoe's Kitchen (just to name a few businesses) nearby. Customer service was for the most part was good. Team members multi tasked. More than likely won't be back though. Printing costs should be told before the print job. $2 + tax for one sheet of paper is super expensive. Computer use minimum is a horrible concept. I feel really cheated and scammed. Great UPS Store! I was so glad to see this UPS store, in this location. But even more so to meet the nice family that owns it and to work with them. I first used them for shipping conference documents to a training in Indiana and they told me they could do my printing as well as prepare the attendee folders AND ship them the next training. Well, guess what? I gave them a try and they did an outstanding job! The cost was great, all folders were stuffed in the correct order and arrived at the venue for attendees in great shape! I hadn't had a chance today to get everything organized that I needed to ship. I had to write a personal note on a card real quick, get something notarized, make sure everything was set in a flat container that would not be bent, and make sure it got there quickly but affordably.
