Do not trust this place to ship anything. It's listed as a DHL drop off location but they did not schedule a pickup for a next day international shipment. 4 days went by and they sat on it claiming DHL never came by. Called DHL and they explicitly said not to trust these 3rd party locations because they need to have a certain number of packages before they pick up from a location. Here I am refreshing the DHL site for an update and all the while this place still has it sitting on its shelf. Why wouldn't they follow up with DHL on pickup? Horrible customer service. Great to see Mr Larry (Grumpy) and Ms Jaine!! We have a lot of fun when visiting and we have confidence in our mail getting to its destination because of the dedication of this venue! Thanks to our local community heroes!! Shoutout to Mr Grumpy, Ms Nancy, and crew. They are always so friendly and personable. The shoppe is organized, energetic, and so fun to browse around. I like coming here for my shipping needs because I have my name in the system and it's basically a one stop shop. They ship with the commercial shipping, but also with the USPS, which is a great savings to me. They do all printing, copies, office needs, etc. And the shoppe carries all sorts of fantastic gifts in the front store display shelves, many items are from local artists. Purses, candles, essential oils, gadgets, gizmos, and lots of cool toys for babies, kids, adults, and even pEvery time I go, there are new things to see and I love that! It feels like an old time postal office, because they even have PO Boxes. The staff is super sweet and attentive. It is in a safe area and close to Kroger, Academy Sports, restaurants, movie theater, and easy highway access. I like not having to stand in a long line to do my mailing, plus it gives me time to look at all the new gadgets, gizmos, inspirational gifts, and personal gifts. read more

This place is WONDERFUL. My coworker and I brought 9 packages to be professionally wrapped and they looked beautiful. The two employees behind the desk were kind and timely. All of the large packages were done the next day. We then had 18 smaller packages that needed to be individually shipped all over Texas. We originally went to the post office but the line was out the door so we decided to make a visit to our new favorite store. Not only did Janie have a smile on her face when we walked in, she offered to package and label them herself (something we were expecting and would have been happy doing) but Janie offered to do it so we happily obliged. I purchased one of their oil diffusers then returned it because it did not produce enough mist. The gentlemen whom helped me (extremely nice!) insisted I try another one, so I did.....still did not produce enough mist that I needed for my son's allergies and so I went to return it. I walked in at 8am today to return the diffuser and the lady was SO rude and said, "so..... your telling me two of them didn't work? really???" in the rudest tone I was shocked.... everyone has always been extremely nice in the past. I have been shipping with this shoppe the past few years. However, I am furious with them. I had two shipments that were a MUST to get to Lubbock, Texas and both did not get there. The first was fed ex next day. Fed ex lost the shipment. Then Jayne made the decision to send the replacement package UPS next day. It didn't get there because it was picked up from their location to late to get there by 10:30 the next day. You would think for as long as they would be in business they would know the cut off to have something delivered next day. This whole cluster has made me loose credibility with a very big customer of mine. What really irked me is when Jayne said well what does it matter about the first package, I refunded you the whole amount! In the grand scheme of things the money I spent to get something there next day is nothing compared to keeping my word. Then when UPS didn't deliver the second package because it was picked up to late. She said well your the one that picked UPS because you didn't have faith in FED EX. No Jayne you were the one that picked UPS. Plus you should know your business will enough to know the deadline to when a next day needs to be picked up to still make the next day deadline. Please if you need something there do not count on this Shoppe! It is sad because I liked their estalishment but I will never use them again!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!! read more

The entire staff is helpful, kind and sometimes entertaining. Even during the busy holiday season everyone is kind, patient and thoughtful. Purchased a painting at Heritage Auctions and Jason and his team successfully shipped it to me in NY the same day the painting was released. They picked it up from Heritage (even going above and beyond by asking Heritage to release it sooner, which at first they denied but eventually they released the painting sooner) and sent it to me via my carrier so that I received the painting in one day. The pricing was quite fair. The packaging ensured that nothing could break on the way to NY despite FedEx's best efforts. I was a little nervous releasing an expensive painting to a 3rd party whom I had no ties to, but I was really blown away by the great care, attentive responses, and professionalism with this team. I also never even needed to pick up a phone, everything was done via e-mail which was my preference. I will be using them again. read more

Personal and attentive service, people that complain about USPS charges can go wait in line over at the post office miles away. This is not a charity, they must charge their customers for the convenience of being in one of the most expensive zip codes in Texas. With that said, come in three times and they will know your name. They made me pay extra for USPS services, ship the next day. I get that is their policy even though it's not a great one. When the package arrived it had postage due of $1.50. That's pretty bad to miscalculate by thst much especially if I am already paying more. ,The oils,and other stuff in the store are way overpriced. I won't be back. read more
