HUGE emphasis on the "N More"!!! I walked in thinking i was just gonna print a shipping label and send out a package but i got so much "more" ;) Not only can they handle all your shipping needs with ease, you can also grab some small dog toys, some cbd treats, pickles because who doesn't love a tasty pickle? They have some lovely local goods in store such as sauces, syrups, salsa. I had to hurry and get out of there before i spent all my money lol i am a sucker for a good sauce so my eyes lit up when i saw all the tasty options. I think i remember a Bourbon Bacon BBQ sauce, i mean do i need to say anything else? There is children's books, stationery, seriously almost everything you could think of and then some. Tried to ship a package by FedEx at this location. Gentlemen was very unsure about the proper way to send, in fact did not know if FedEx was going to pickup on a Saturday or Monday. If you need pickles this may be your shop, but not for shipping a package by FedEx. Go to the actual FedEx storefront at Old Denton and Hebron. Great little locally owned shop that indeed has much more to offer than shipping. This used to just be a shipping place. Now they've added all kinds of goodies - from salsa and fun edibles to cutesy baby stuff and toys to decorative housewares - who knows what you'll find. Just have a look at some of my pics. Nice to now have a local place that can ship my packages for me and provide a quick "oh crap, I need something for little Jimmy's birthday" stop. Fast and friendly service. Good stuff. I absolutely love this place! Yes there is a post office close by, but you can't beat a place that knows your name and keeps the addresses you mail to. It's super convenient and the shipping is easy! The store not only got my packages ready to ship thanks to Ray, but I found a wonderful selection of gift items there as well. Terrible experience! Brought 2 pkgs into store, very different weights. I had just printed return labels from library, didn't have tape in car. Needed assistance taping labels to boxes. Walked in, asked Caroline if she could assist, and weigh pkgs. Caroline weighed pkgs, said weight for purse correct, weight for vacuum incorrect. I replied, "Well, that's their return label, should be fine." My concern was the purse weight. Asked if she had it from there. She said yes. I left. Later found she shipped the vacuum to a customer/thief I can't even reach now. Shipped purse to Fingerhut. I emailed the store several times, trying to understand what could have possibly gone wrong. No response! Went into store, no apology. Was told they were not responsible because I had brought in preprinted labels. The whole printed out label for the vacuum, clearly stated what was being returned. Obviously the manufacturer box, with pictures of the floor cleaner all over it, was the correct box for the floor cleaner label. Also, she had just confirmed the shipping label weight for the purse was correct so there was no confusion which label went with what. Furthermore, she should not have said she had it if she was at all confused. I wanted to include a pic of the return label here as proof that the bottom half of label stated "floor cleaner" as what was being returned. Unable to. I understand mistakes happen, but be aware, I received no apology, was just told, they are not legally liable. read more
