I called ahead to confirm price for usps flat rate priority shipping which was $10.40 which they did and when i showed up they tried to charge me $24! I complained and told them i have to go back home and print my own label and come back and the owner tell me to go elsewhere since they cant many any money, but theyre supposed to accept all packages whether you purchase label there or not. Lie to customers and waste time - mark up like 140% for what usps actually charges! - Ridiculous! I ended up dropping off my package at the UPS store with my own label for only $10.40 and they were much nicer people there! read more

This place is awful. I love to support local so it's a shame. Someone needs to run this place that actually knows how to run a printing business. Went in to get 11x17's printed and the guy was completely clueless. Then tried to tell us afterwards that it was $2/sheet when the the sign says $.26! This is not the first time service has been subpar, this time just happened to be the worst and we will not be going there again. Hope the owner reads this and trains their staff. read more

Purchased 2 books of stamps and their system was having issues. They assured me that my card was not charged but I knew better and had them write the details of incident on their business card and I kept receipt of cash payment. Sure enough, as I expected, charged went thru and posted. Went back for refund but they recommended I dispute with my credit card since it wasnt in their system. First time Ive ever had a business recommend a customer dispute a charge when they could have just handled the situation immediately. Ive already disputed the charge but really an inconvenience. We try to support small businesses but wont be returning or recommending PPS. read more

I had such a great experience at PPS that I couldn't wait to post my review. My friend had an oversized framed picture that needed to be packaged and shipped out. The ladies here had to be very creative to package this safely. Shipping turned out to be VERY EXPENSIVE. The ladies went out of their way to research different shipping options and find the least expensive method that would get the package delivered on time. The price was still rather high so they offered me a $10 off coupon on the spot. I couldn't be more thankful. I really appreciate the time, patience and extra effort they took with me. Second time I've driven over here and they are closed before the close time on the door and what is listed on Yelp, 6:30pm. Once was on a Saturday and today on Wed. If I had known I would have gone somewhere else and had been able to mail my package on time, now it is to late to drive somewhere else by 6:00pm. read more

I had the worse experience there. I called a day before and asked how to send my digital file so that I could have a poster printed from it so that I could frame it for my for her birthday. The man I spoke with - I think his name was Jay - told me that I could pick it up the next day. I told him that I'd prefer to pick it up that same day. He said okay and that he'd contact me. I hung up and emailed him the file. I didn't hear any more from him that day, so I drove a distance the next day to pick up the poster. When I arrive at the store, there is a woman working behind the counter trying to help a few customers, while also trying to get Jay on the phone. She and a male customer are waiting on him to arrive. (Apparently, the male customer had been waiting an hour already.) I get up to the counter only to learn that the woman doesn't know where my supposedly already printed poster is. So now I'm waiting on Jay too. He doesn't arrive for another hour. When he finally arrives, he's quiet and non-apologetic. I come to discover that he never even printed my poster. He lied to me and the woman who'd been covering his shift. I wait about another hour only for Jay to print the wrong size poster up. He tells me that it'd take another few hours for him to get the correct size ready to be printed. Absolutely Ridiculous! read more

Had a mailbox here while in temporary housing but could not forward mail when moving to permanent home. Lady said she would let me know until everyone knew about my mail situation but instead let my mail sit or return to sender. I don't recommend having a box here if you need your mail to go somewhere else later. Super frustrating! read more

Very frustrated to be told my package would go out the day I dropped it off (via UPS) and it didn't go out until 4 days later. It was time sensitive and I was charged a VERY high late fee because of the stores mistake. I will be going elsewhere to have all packages shipped out as I have no confidence with this store and their ability to make things right. read more

This place sucks the owner Roxanna claims to be an ex warden but doesn't even know how to run a business. They barely get jobs done on time. We had one lady come in the next day after her print should have been done because it wasn't ready the day she wanted it and when she walked in it still wasn't ready so the owner started printing it at that time but doesn't even know how to work her machines and had to call her daughter Maria to fix it. Not to mention they don't even pay their employees on time (ME) which has happened more than five times of my seven months working there. And in those 7 months they have also had 3 other employees get hired and quit due to the fact that the business isn't ran properly. When I got hired I got told that they would be training me to help printing not just shipping and sweeping, vacuuming and moping which is fine cause it's $10/hr but when I only came in once a week during the summer because of better job opportunities I was the only one cleaning. They don't even know how to use their new Konica Menolta printer and are constantly wasting paper on reprinting (that probably wouldn't happen if the daughter payed a little more attention to things other then lying to customers about "doctor apts" when she's really getting her fake eyelashes done or hair extensions put in because she had the audacity to ask me to lie to them too {I don't even think her mom knows she chain smokes cigarettes in the back when she leaves}). They also try and jip you when you are shipping so always ask what's the cheapest way of shipping because they get their money from fedex and push that on everyone ** BTW ITS CHEAPER TO PRINT IN COLOR AT THE COLONY LIBRARY** read more
