I love this business. They have so much more to offer than any of the UPS or FedEx stores. They carry a large inventory of boxes and supplies and their customer service is the best!! This morning, my husband and I went to the Zip It location in Little Elm to get a parental consent form for a visa application notarized, and the experience was infuriating. The woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. She didn't bother to properly read the form and incorrectly claimed it couldn't be notarized. When my husband politely corrected her, she snapped in a condescending tone, saying, "I can read that." This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. This employee clearly lacks basic customer service skills. We will NEVER return to Zip It. Absolutely unacceptable behavior! read more

Looking for a FedEx shipping location and this place popped near me. Long story short. A nickel and dime to death place. Went in to ship a simple package. Had paid shipping label in email. Needless to say I had to unexpectedly pay $4 for them to print a 8"x11" shipping label. Other locations just scan the QR code and stick the label to the package FOR FREE! read more

I Highly Recommend Zip It Postal! The people working there are very nice and helpful! I have done business with UPS and Goin Postal stores at several different locations and Zip It Has Them All Beat! 1. No other place ever notified me that there was mail in my box! I find it very convenient that they do this! 2. When a package comes they wrap their own label on the package with your info. No Other Place Ever Did This and I Think Every Package Receiving Business Should Adopt This Practice! I am so very happy I found Zip It Postal! I am a small business owner and need printed marketing materials often. Their printing department is fantastic, I sometimes email with last minute requests and they always go above and beyond and have a very fast turn around time. Their rates are comparable to online companies and the online companies can take a week + to receive from a national HQ. This local printing center works hard and super convenient to Little Elm/West Frisco. read more

Hit or miss with customer service. You can call and sometimes they know and sometimes they don't depending on who answers. Hit or miss when you go in as sometimes you get friendly/nice and sometimes you get a sourpuss. Worked with this location with their partnership with ipostal where you can get mail forwarded and can view it electronically before shipping and when I closed it down after @ 10 mos, they suprised me with extra fees to ship any mail (legally they have to do so for 6 mos just like the post office). I was ok with paying ship costs but the new fee (not new to them but new to me as they not once told me about extra fees when I started, during or when I closed down!- only popped it on me when I was forwarding mail after the ipostal program closed. I mentioned the lack of business professionalism on not mentioning this fee ever and they could care less. They said it was policy but they had conveniently forgotten all through the process (and NO mention of these extra fees online or in the initial paperwork they gave me) to communicate this. SHADY and unprofessional. read more

I have never used zip it before, but needed some papers printed and notarized and that is the service that they provide. The two staff members that were there both helped me as I got my stuff printed and as I was there multiple customers came in and they greeted each and everyone of them with a smile and asked how they could help. Teruko notarize my documents for me and as she did so she explained to me what she was doing and what I needed to do. Awesome customer service! If I ever need anything shipped or printed or notarized again I will be back. read more

Convenient, and very friendly service. I was surprised at the prices though. The flat-rate boxes are much higher than the post office. They charge $6 more for a medium flat-rate box. If I'm using flat rate there is a reason! So I'll have to take those to the post office from now on. read more

This place clearly underestimates the power of customer service! They have always been a bit difficult, slow and not very customer oriented. Now they want to charge to tape a box that has a prepaid label and not just a small amount, but a $1.00. A roll is $3. I would get it but I do all my shipping with them including non prepaid label items! Today it cost them about $125 because they wanted to be petty and charge me $2 to tape up two boxes. I don't need it! I'll go elsewhere. read more

My husband & I have been going to this place, I believe, since moving here in 2003. (It's been so long now I can't remember if we were here first or they were lol). They have always done an excellent job taking care of all our needs. Shipping, mailing, copying, faxing, notaries, etc. They do get very busy sometimes but when you are taken care of it's always thoroughly & worth the little wait. My only complaint, & I still bring it up to Sandy, is that when they moved into the smaller store it left less room for Sandy to stock sale items. Which she always has delightful "goodies" to buy. Such a strange experience here today. After shopping for a quick birthday gift for 15 minutes 2 males behind the counter ask me if they can help me. I state no thank you, I'm just looking...then they state very abruptly, "We are closed"! I ask if they have been a closed for the entire 15 minutes or did they just close and they tell me they just closed and need to close the store. I felt like I was basically kicked out of this store and had to explain to my 4 year old son why we had to leave and how rude we were being treated...will never be back here again! read more

This place is the best! compared to the USPS in El Dorado where I was always rushed by this Indian lady and lost my $1400 money order for my landlord last year. I found this little hidden place behind Kroger and met this very helpful young man named Nick. He is very organized and always offer me to box all my items for shipment, halleluja! This location has a package of mines. Pretty told me that I didn't enter the store after an employee remember me. She actually saw me take a picture of the tracking information. Every time I called they said that particular day everything balanced. The owner Sandy didn't even try to help me resolve the problem at all. We don't have your package oh well. I contacted the BBB because them losing my merchandise totaling close to $100 is not acceptable. All she had to say we will help you get to the bottom of this. She made me feel like I was looking for money. I was about to be stuck with no refunds or merchandise because of this location. They stop answering my calls and told me to contact their attorney. However, if they was not avoiding my calls they would have known my package was in my mailbox today. The company who balanced out sent my package back to me thru USPS versus UPS. For future reference you allowed to make a mistake as a human but try to work on better resolutions. read more

Went in this store this morning and was treated terribly... First of all I'm holding a BOX weighting 20 some lbs. No one and there were 3 workers standing there did Nothing to help me with the door much less put or take the pkg from me, then the associate who took my order says Oh My that is Not a Valid address.. ?// Really I sent this to my SON over 20 some times from the UPS store down the road?? She gives me a dirty look and says nope not going through?? I said fine took the box and of course. She Never even said sorry can I help you out with that.. Nothing!! Excellent Service. This is a small family operated business and they work hard to please their customers. We have shipped a number of items there, and also had them perform notary services, and fax some important documents for us.
