My experiences here at this UPS Store have always been great! The employees are friendly and helpful. When I needed a box taped up and secured, there was no additional charge. Definitely fast and efficient service! I will for sure be back in the future. Parking was also plentiful and convenient out front. read more

Make sure you grab a receipt upon drop off. I had a return from Amazon $89 worth of things. And when I arrived this UPS store was super busy. I dropped all 4 boxes with the labels and all it needed was to be tapped up and shipped. As soon as I gave it to the manager he asked if I needed a receipt. I said no thanks ! Weeks went by and I never got refunded by Amazon they said they never received my packages. So when I asked the UPS store the manager told me He would look into it and call me back. I called the next week and said he hadn't heard anything. I called a few days later and he said the same thing. So I asked how he was messaging UPS and he said email. So I asked him if he could send another email and copy me on it. So he emailed them and they wrote back within 24 hours. The boxes were never scanned in. So I asked him why they would do if they never scanned in the boxes and he said he would speak to the owner. I called again and he said there's nothing they could do. I'm obviously upset because They lost my things so I was never refunded from Amazon but also because of their poor customer service. I had to call several times for over a month just to find they never scanned in my boxes. They also would never called me back or apologize for loosing them. They did absolutely nothing! I should have known better than to drop something off without getting a receipt! ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! That really should not be an option. And I can't believe Christian or the owner wouldn't at least apologize for loosing my packages. read more

My favorite UPSstore. ALL OTHERS CHARGE not just for printing ( even if it is a single document) but they even charge money for receiving the email to print that document. But this store doesn't charge anything for printing (I think under 5 pages). read more

They are SO nice here! They will accept packages on behalf of United States Postal Service as well. They always print a receipt so that I can have the peace of mind of tracking returns (especially Amazon). BOW, is the friendliest Manager at a store I have ever come in contact with in all retail businesses. She never once has not had an AWESOME attitude, and it really seems that she loves helping people. My order is always taken in a friendly and professional manner, and Bow always emails to let me know when it's ready for pickup! I own two businesses and wish my employees all had the enthusiasm as Bow. Not to take anything away from the other employees at the store. I was so stressed out when I came into the store and the gal that helped me listened to my story, took care of all of my needs, and I walked out of the store feeling much better! I still had some stress but the people working in the store got rid of a lot of it! I would highly recommend this store and a person who worked at my bank is who recommended it to me. This is a great UPS store! Because they are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, I always come to this store. They are also very patient and will take the time to explain your shipping options. Now, I'm writing this review because I have been to this store at least 10-15 times, and I have always received exceptional service. My experience today: I was greeted by the manager who is great! She then asked another employee to assist me. The employee, with her long green nails and tattoo behind her ear walks over, never speaks (and I do mean through the entire transaction) grabs my stuff and starts scanning it in. The clerk working next to her speaks to me and is very friendly, still nothing from her. Three or four customers walk in the door and despite the fact that she is closest to the door she doesn't look up or acknowledge them. However, the manager and the other clerk take the time to speak to every customer that comes in. In all fairness, she was holding her stomach when she walked up, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt that possibly she was having stomach issues which would explain the constant sighing, and the pained and constipated look which was frozen on her face. Soooo hopefully if you visit this UPS store, you will not be waited on by her. read more

This used to be my go to UPS store. The staff was always very friendly and they had a coupon book they handed out (beginning of the year I think). The last few times I've been here, it was nearly impossible to find close parking. This isn't their fault, but it does make it inconvenient. They are also busier (i.e. more wait time for me) then the UPS further west on Eldorado. However, what has made me switch stores was a recent incident we had here. I received a UPS package sent to me from Brookstone and it was in an envelope mailer. I was returning the item and I had a prepaid package slip from Brookstone. My husband took the item to UPS for me then came home and said it was $4 and change. Huh??? They made him buy a box and pay for packing. The item originally came in an envelope and would easily fit in a UPS envelope. I fell taken advantage of, but unfortunately my husband didn't know he didn't need a box. I WILL NOT be returning to this store. I have since used the UPS near Starbucks on Eldorado and they have been very fast, friendly, and seemed to fairly price my packing my items. read more
