I was referred here by one of the local banks that only have operations via their drive thru. I needed a document notarized that couldn't be handled that way. This location was not only convenient but it offered better than you could ever think or request "Customer Service". My documents were notarized in as little as 5 minutes. The cost was under $10. The employees provided 5 star treatment to my elderly and disabled Mom who would be considered one of the one's at the top of the high risk list for COVID-19 awareness. Although the line was close to being out the door due to the 6feet distancing restrictions, they were all smiles during the entire process and very patient. I recommend this location for shipping, packaging and notary needs even though it's small and may cost for services that may be routinely free because of the great Customer Service! read more

The staff is nice, efficient and no problem except for one guy who everytime I've come in he's very pretentious, talks down to you if he thinks you don't get a process, or said 'ANOTHER Amazon return?' (Listen I get it I return fairly often but I don't have to be shamed for it). No issue with ANY other employee and would rather work with them and avoid this guy. read more

Had a run in with two unprofessional argumentative girls named Jessica and Cathy. These two will be the ruin of the store due to unprofessional behavior, being Argumentative with customers just plain rude. Love the original staff because they are amazing and always treated me and others with respect. The argument started when I asked the young ladies to pack my items in the same room with me. There was arguments from both girls that that's not how it's done they do everything in the back room and the girls said I need it to request packing area from the beginning. I said to them I am requesting it right now so why are rude and argumentative to a customer. I have been coming to this location longer than they have worked. I recently needed to ship prescription glasses to my son in Houston. This was an important item as school has already started and even with insurance the cost of glasses can get expensive. I also included a favorite watch of his as a surprise. Somewhere in the process the package never arrived. Nor could it be located or tracked. This is where I would normally write a negative review and state my disappointment, but it's what Craig, the manager, and the owner did that makes this a amazing review. From the beginning I was assured that they would make it right. I was treated professionally and even contacted over the weekend to follow up. After a short time, they concluded that they were unsuccessful in locating my package. I received a call Informing me that compensation for my loss was waiting at the store. I never received a lengthy story about store policy or forced to wait for a window of time until they were satisfied it was a loss. I also didn't have to wait for an out of state corporate office to cut a check 30 days later either. They performed in the same fashion as if it were their personal loss. For that I commend them. They are always extremely friendly and do whatever it takes to get your packages processed without nickel and diming you for tape & printing labels. So helpful! They even took my fed ex package return and will have it picked up! Unlike going to the USPS, the UPS store always provides tape to seal up your package at no cost. They are great with Amazon returns as if they practically work for Amazon themselves! They make dropping off packages a breeze and are so pleasant. Worst UPS location with the current staff. There is no concept of customer service when UPS has lost a package. Brittany, actually cut me off while trying to simply ask a question about the package. Every time I've been to this location Brittany always greets you with a horrible scowl. The UpS app is great as it allows you to setup packages to be delivered to an UPS access point, so you don't have packages delivered to your home if you are there. You know porch pirates and all... anyway unfortunately Brittany and the staff at this location need training or new career choices in my opinion. Oh and don't dare get there 5 minutes before closing because they have already locked the doors. On one trip I was actually walking to the door and they were locking it as I got closer to entry. Now I'm visiting other near by UPS location to use even though this on is the most convenient to my home. read more

The team is very helpful and genuinely friendly - a truly great experience to do business with these guys! We rent a mailbox here and come in just about every day, so we see how they interact with people on a consistent basis. They know most of their customers by name and go out of their way to accommodate their needs. The store itself is neat, tidy, and smells great. Walt is always quick with a handshake, a sincere how are you, or -sometimes - he'll answer the phone using funny voices. The team is a lot of fun but they are also very efficient. I love going in there (how many people can say THAT about their mailbox?) This UPS store was very helpful during the time I needed a temporary mailbox. They also assisted me in retrieving attached documents and getting them printed for me. They have the most friendly staff and Walt the owner is also very friendly and helpful. I've used other UPS stores which where helpful but this one cares about there customers and repeat business.
