Ian and his coworker were phenomenal!! I went there to print invitations. I had issues with how my format changed and Ian pulled it up on his computer so I could see it and adjust accordingly on my end. I left to run an errand and came back and not only did the print them, but cut them and packaged them above and beyond. I will drive by 50 of them to go there next time. read more

I have been here a few times, and recently the service was above and beyond. I had to return an item from Amazon, and when I went into the store, the internet was down. Heather was working and she took my information and let me leave the item so she could ship it once their system was back up. I left and went to get coffee next door. Lo and behold, I saw Heather come into the coffee shop and tell me the system was back! So I stopped by again and finished my transaction. Ok, I came home to Frisco for the holidays and needed to submit an important application! To my horror, I had just today to get it in and our printer was down at home. In the cold weather I went out to this UPS location. The person working there was exceptionally kind - I emailed him my one page (truly using half page of ink) to print. He didn't charge for it, and that small act of kindness (saved 10-20 cents) helped gratitude overshadow my overall stress level. Service is great! When I was a student in the Dallas area, I used their location to have some syllabi bound and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Amazing service! Highly recommend! Thank you! read more

I have never had a problem dropping off a package that needed tape and needed a label printed until I visited this store. The lady who helped me was extremely rude stating that I should never bring a box to UPS that needs to be taped/ needs a label printed. First she said that I would need to buy tape. I told her every other UPS location I've been to has done it complimentary. She then stared at me and said I should be very thankful she's doing this for me for free. She said going forward I need to have every box taped and ready with a label before I ever bring it in again. I asked for a receipt and she was very condescending in her tone in front of a line of people saying that she doesn't do that either. I will not be going through UPS again for any of my shipping services. The worst customer service ever. read more

The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. I had to get a few files printed and I think she wasn't very familiar with the machines, but she was nice and I didn't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes. The customer service here is excellent. I actually have a UPS location closer to my house but the service cannot compare to this location. I send a lot of packages internationally and the process is tedious to say the least. I can say all the employees are very patient and do their utmost to make sure the process is done correctly. I brought an expensive item that is irreplaceable into their store for them to package up and send for me. It was a heavy item and I expressed my concerns with them about how it needed to be packaged well and was assured it would be done well. Well needless to say the item was damaged beyond repair and they take no responsibility for it because I didn't print my shipping label with them. Awful service, why provide professional packaging and then take no responsibility for it? I use to ship things through this store all the time but never again. read more
