I had heard that Office Depot will laminate your Covid-19 vaccination card for free. Today I went in for that purpose and had a wonderful experience! Another customer came up right after me and she had her Covid card out in her hand so I suggested she hand hers in too because that's what I was doing! The young man at the copy center ended up making a two sided copy of each of our cards and then laminated the copies. He handed back our original cards as well as the new laminated copies of the cards. Thank you Office Depot for offering that free service!! Next time I need office supplies, I will definitely be shopping at Office Depot. read more

Shopping for office supplies is probably one of my favorite things to do. I came to this location of Office Depot earlier today to get a few supplies and organization items that I needed as the organizer of the Conquer Chiari Walk. I found just about everything I needed except for PURPLE cardstock that I needed to create Activity/Coloring Books. I found a huge package of 500 sheets but it was a multi-pack with 4 other colors I just didn't want or need. (Teal, eewww). And considering this was for a charity event, I really didn't want to pay for more than I had to. I took the package over the the printing counter and they were able to open the package and sell me just the 100 purple pages for $0.07 a piece. SCORE! I have frequented this Office Depot a few times as it is just minutes from my office and they are always more than willing to help us with anything we need. read more

He just had me come back. No problem. When I picked up chair , a stockman was working building a display, but immediately asked if needed help. As he went in back to get chair, another friendly guy asked if I had been helped. Stockman helped with chair out to my truck. Business complete. This is how commerce bus done. I ordered furnitures from this store today and they offered a same day delivery so I was glad that they can do the same delivery since my back has issues when I carry heavy items. The confirmation said it was processed and it will arrive between 7pm to 8pm. So I patiently waited, when 7pm hit I decided to give them a courtesy call since I haven't had any calls or anything from them regarding any delivery. The customer representative from the Plano furniture department said it's on its way and should arrive before 8pm. Then 8pm passed so I called again and the Plano customer representative said the furnitures have not left their location. The manager said we can't do anything about it, and he even said that they have had problems with the delivery drivers before. Then why did they not inform me about a possible delay or issue. And why would they say that it's on its way to my house if it's still in their location. False advertising and false information are given to customers just to get business. I asked to cancel my order. I'll let you if they don't give me my full refund. And I'll have my bank dispute it directly. read more

Submitted 18x24 artwork for an 18x24 poster Online proof shows edge to edge printing They decided to crop it down 17.6"x23" with a white border! When wife called to get it corrected the lady told my wife it was her fault and that she needs to pay for another poster. I had to get involved and explain that no the artwork is 18*24 and online proof clearly shows no white border. Lady running print shop needs to learn how to talk to customers. read more

This is the best service I ever had walking into Office Depot! Within 3 seconds of walking into store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help looking for anything. I was then greeted by 2 other staff and was offered help again. I was then told about the specials they have for "teachers appreciation"; which is awesome!!! I went to cashier to pay. Not only did they honor their word, but they did it without an attitude or hesitation! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE ENTIRE STAFF THERE TODAY! (I literally just paid 5 minutes ago and haven't left parking lot while writing this review!) Manager Alan and cashier Ryan were the topping to this great service I received!!! I had to ship some documents via USPS on a Sunday. Since USPS is closed on Sunday, Office Depot was able to accept the documents for shipment first thing Monday morning. It was a quick and simple process with great customer service. read more

I've been here four times now just because it's close to my office. Was given NO customer service whatsoever. I was looking to buy a desk and chair but was not once asked if I needed help. It's not like they were busy. I went on a Sunday and I saw two employees walking around and what looked to be the manager (an older gentleman) and not even one of them was willing to at least say Hello. Maybe I'm asking too much. But I got the hint, you do not want my business so I will go elsewhere for my office needs. I might add the manager did ask a White gentleman if he needed help. Shame on you. read more

I've been coming to this store for almost 10years and never had an issue. I mostly come for ink and schedulers but sometimes I'd come to just look around. They are sometimes short handed but I'm always greeted and offered help if needed. Only downside is if they are short handed lines tend to be long or people get irritated easily. read more

I just left Office Max after not making a purchase and headed for this location of Office Deport which was in the same shopping complex. This was after reading their ad in Sunday's paper. I thought there was an offer for some highly discounted or free software with the purchase of the tax software. First of all they had little software that would work on a Mac and the software was not free nor heavily discounted. Plus it was all mail in rebates and I know how that works. You never see the rebate or it takes 16 weeks, exactly the same as Office Max. The tax software was discounted $10. I decided to pass. Well I didn't buy from Office Depot either and ended up passing on the "free' software and got my tax software on line at more than a $20 discount with FEEE mailng. I am sure Office Max and Office Depot could have sold the same software for that price however they chose not to do so read more

This Office Depot has the poorest customer service. I literally spent 25 minutes in line waiting to mail a notorized NDA just to be informed that I must first feel out a self serves computer. Then it took another 25 minutes for the employees to assist me completing the order form because no one knew what they where doing. I was then instructed since it was going to a PO box I would have to purchase stamps and send it via United Postal. Over one week later my recipient still hadn't received the letter. When I went in to find out what happened the assistant Lou was very helpful and sincere about resolving my issue but when the store manager got involved he was very dismissive and blamed me for not sending it priority. As I informed him I simply followed the instructions I was given. No one knew what they were doing. I spent $10 on stamps and only needed 1 to mail off my letter. I would have purchased priority if recommended but as I mentioned NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING so it never came up! Now Im stuck with figuring out how to address the client not getting the NDA.
