As I pulled into my driveway I received a text and email apologizing that the package would not be delivered until Monday at 5:00 p.m. But they didn't text or email me even though I provided my phone number for the shipment. They text and emailed the recipient. Also, no mention of crediting my account for the difference. It was considerably less money to have it there by Monday. Pretty lame.

They've fulfilled all of my needs from simple USPS/FedEx/UPS drop-offs to notary questions (they pretty much have a notary all the time, but you can always call ahead to check on the day of) to finding Priority Mail boxes that the USPS shops don't even have (shoe box sizes!!). After consistently coming here for half a year now, I would say I do agree that the customer service isn't always 100% and sometimes packages do get delayed. 2-Day Priority sometimes mean 5 day delivery :( but if you're in that emergency, go to a USPS/FedEx/UPS store instead and not an all-in-one.

I decided it would be funny to call up this FedEx location and pretend I was shipping a tank. I gave the dimensions of 80 ft long by 20 ft wide and 20 ft tall. The clerk with whom I spoke didn't even falter! Then he asked for the weight. I told him it was in the vicinity of 10 tons, and rather than catch on to the joke, or hang up, HE STARTED CALCULATING HOW I COULD SHIP MY IMAGINARY TANK. After talking to another employee, a consensus was reached that while I COULD SHIP MY FAKE TANK THROUGH FEDEX, I would have to go to a separate location and get special shipping. The employee then estimated it would cost me somewhere in the ballpark of five figures, thanked me for my business, and wished me a nice day. Melissa went above and beyond by creating a beautiful layout of the article and photo, which I was able to have framed. That level of care and creativity meant so much to me. What stands out most is that Melissa doesn't just serve as the manager of this location--she genuinely invests in her customers and ensures 100% satisfaction. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!
