I visit this location at least 2-3 times a week for prints or packaging, and they are always timely, professional, and pleasant--with a smile every time. I truly appreciate how quickly they get you in and out, while still making the experience personal. They greet you by name, not just as another face walking in the door! As a co-author of three books and someone who was recently featured in a magazine, I wanted to print my article. Melissa went above and beyond by creating a beautiful layout of the article and photo, which I was able to have framed. That level of care and creativity meant so much to me. Get this, I ordered a case of normal 8.5x11 copy paper - but instead, they delivered a huge heavy box with 2, 3-foot long paper rolls! I was so confused when I arrived and ended up bein amazed at the time at the two young men who spent time and effort to get my confusion on returning two separate mailings and really messed up returns that were prepaid and something I had never experiened before. The two young men were helpful, solved my problem and would not accept a tip for all their help. I am an 82 year old lady with no experience with UPS Next Day Air service with imporant documents enclosed. I feel terrible that by the time I got back to my car I had forgotten thier names. My wife and I had a mailbox at the store for about three or four months and I receive a check once a month and for the last three months that check has been 3 to 4 days late sometimes five or six days late and when talking to the post office The post office delivered it to the UPS store however it was verified on January 3, 2025 at approximately 6:30 PM that they are holding people's mail which is not only a federal crime, but it's also highly against the law the owner of the store Ryan or General Manager whatever he is terminated our box because his employees fuck up they like to hold mail they like to play God with people's mail and then when you call them out on it and you call in the police department to make a police report about it conveniently the mail showed up the next day and then terminated my wife and I mailbox so the employees in the store. The manager in the store are all just real POS's and that's being nice so save your money go to another UPS store rent a PO Box at the post office but don't spend your money with these jack offs. read more

Wow! Believe it or not this is my second time to return an amazon item. We've been on amazon since they were offering 80$ memberships for unlimited shipping. That was some time ago. I was greeted the second I walked in the door. I'm impressed! It took me about 8 minutes from start to finish to return an item on my amazon account. All this without having to print a return label. They scanned some icon on my phone, and poof we're done! The employees are awesome! All the negative reviews I'm sure are from millennials that can't wait an extra 2 minutes for the app to download on their phone. I never had to use any ink on my computer. Y'all know printing stuff at home can use a lot of paper and ink. I highly recommend this place if you're close by. Well worth all the troubles/hassles we all hate with dealing with returns! Melissa was very rude to me. She talked down to me like I was a child and lectured me and was very condescending. She had terrible customer service. When I asked why she didn't offer me a dolly and she saw I had 11 packages, she said that customers are supposed to ask for it on their own, she doesn't offer a dolly. Then she went to tell me she can only offer me one strip of tape for a box that someone else didn't tape up right, she sighed multiple times under her breath, and then she got on me about having a label on a box. My husband went in today to drop off the packages Lori refused to allow me to leave the day prior. There was a long line of customers waiting to get assistance with their unlabeled packages. As he walked in, he watched the woman in front of him just drop packages on the side counter and walk out. A nice young male employee saw my husband and told him he could just drop them where she did if they were ready to go. I am relieved these employees didn't take their customer relations cues from Lori. I imagine this store has remained successful based on the behavior of the hourly employees behaving in opposition to the owner of the store. Keep doing the right thing, gentlemen. read more

Recently I shipped a package and by the expected delivery date it looked like it might have been lost in transit. Melissa took all my information and kept in daily contact once the package was found through to it's delivery. That kind of customer service is rare these days! We ship a lot through this store and this was likely impacted by the bad weather we had. Either way I appreciated her monitoring the shipment and ensuring it was delivered. read more

The manager working today which I think might have been an area manager has zero customer service skills and no idea how to talk to people, she by far had the nastiest tone of voice and talked down to me, the lady in line before me and the young man working there. The short blonde haired lady didn't tell me that they provided a box big enough for me. So after i loaded everything in this store without any help as she sat there on the computer doing NOTHING i had to return it all back to my car AGAIN her doing nothing. Talk about going above-and-beyond. I frequent the UPS Store about once a week and every single time they do something that's not required of them. From holding the door while I lug my 20lb little guy in his carseat in and out, to entertaining my little man while I find an address in my phone, to offering personal use of one of their cell phones when I had an emergency. These employees need to learn customer service skills. Was told I had to wait while employee sealed packages and then the other clerked helped the next person in line instead of helping me. Then the clerk sealing the bags stopped to help the same customer the other clerk was helping. Once they started helping they did a great job but should be more responsive to customers at the counter. read more

I've had issues with the post office losing my mail, so I use the UPS Store. I dropped off a Priority Mail package for USPS. I was told by both employees that they cannot give me a receipt. I have received them before at this very location, so for them to deny this is ridiculous. I only ship via USPS. I have received receipts. Maybe it is against policy but I have received them. Colton insisted that he had worked here for 4 years & has never been able to print a receipt. I'd like to know how then was I able to receive one two months ago? SMH. read more

Extremely disappointed in how the blonde female manager treated my situation. I placed an online order (first time experience) and after paying online, she had her team reach out that I needed to pay triple what they quoted & already paid online (all the staff was awesome which makes me sad that they're under horrible leadership). The manager said it was the 3rd party's fault and somehow even though I selected the quantity and pages, it came through as 1 page. It isn't the cost that bothered me. She was disrespectful, inconsiderate and simply showed zero kindness. As a business owner or leader, showing kindness and listening to the situation before you react usually results in a happy customer. She interrupted me consistently over a few minute conversation. She displayed zero empathy nor any interest in working to find a solution to keep the business. If you choose this store, the staff says she makes her own prices, never matching online. Hate that customers are treated so poorly and super thankful there are so many options nearby. Literally 5 doors down, FedEx was $27 and the service was exceptional. Fed ex greeted me, walked me through the process and went above expectations by bringing over a bag and offering a stapler. Thankful for service focused businesses and hopeful UPS realizes this blonde management could use a hug and coaching. read more

Rarely do I just leave reviews unless I feel it necessary. Colton and Anthony are both very great employees. I went in today around 2ish with about 7 things I needed to ship. All going different places and I was completely ignorant as to how tedious the process was. Colton was very patient with me and didn't seem annoyed at all by this. Anthony, the worker on the other register, was working diligently taking care of the rest of the customers. He had to have helped at least 10 customers back to back while Colton was helping me which took about 15 minutes give or take and he was working very quickly. They make a great team and for what it's worth, I think they both deserve recognition and a bonus or something because the line was outside of the door when I left and they never stopped moving and greeting+ helping customers. Update: 6/12: 5 stars again for great customer service from Brennan and I think the managers name is Melissa, I'm sorry if I got it wrong, but they're so nice and timely. Rude especially Jay working the counter. Went in after I was alerted about my package being delivered showed up and he said come back in 20 Minutes haven't checked the packages in. Even though 2 people total where in the store I went and did a few other things can back in 20. He said I haven't had time to look. I said I was notified over 45 min ago my package was ready I'd like it now. So he tells me he has 2 hours to check packages in. At that point I told him I really don't care about it your 2 hours I'm hear I left and came back after you asked! so get it! That point he huffs and puffs tossing packages but can't find it. If I could give this UPS store a negative star I absolutely would. I spent 10 minutes at their store on a Friday morning explaining why I needed my daughter's medication overnighted from Texas to California so she would get it the next day. The agent at the counter told me it would be delivered overnight. It was delivered Monday. The copy of my receipt did not show what day either Saturday or Monday it would be delivered. So I had no idea until I called Saturday to check to see if it was delivered to find out that it wasn't going to be delivered until Monday. I was told they would give me my money back. Then the manager called me asked me what happened. After explaining the entire situation to her, the condescending, rude, unqualified manager explained to me that she wasn't going to give me my money back because it was delivered on Monday. They are incompetent! They don't train their staff! Customers suffer. When you absolutely need it there overnight go to the post office. Never again will I pay for a service from this store! read more

Their printing quality is excellent and Tiffany always does an excellent job of setting our projects up and completing them in a timely and high-quality manner. We've never had any quality issues. They can do anything from posters to banners to brochures to postcards (with mail-merged addresses). They will go out and get great paper for a special job. When you think The UPS Store, you think shipping. And that's what they do. But also think about printing. read more
