Melissa went above and beyond by creating a beautiful layout of the article and photo, which I was able to have framed. That level of care and creativity meant so much to me. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted.
