I'm in medicine & I don't commonly see this excellence in treating people outside of healthcare .. & even then, we get weary & bogged down with seeing some if the worse maladies & sometimes ppl.. it gets enough to wear my soul down & I disappoint both my Fathers above with my exhausted attitude. I met the person on the left and he was super nice and friendly. They have a dedicated parking spot right up front the business and as soon as you come in they get right to business. Luckily it wasn't busy so I literally was in and out in less than 2 minutes. read more

I came here after seeing the nearby post office had 20 people waiting in line. I had thought the prices here might be higher than the post office, but it wasn't! I'm thinking that James is on track to be the poster person for the best and friendliest customer advocate ever. I hadn't used these folks for awhile, until this Christmas holiday. I walked in because I was in a rush to get something to a dear friend in Australia. There was James at the counter. Beaming. That smile could light up the Taj Mahal. I explained my dilemma, being that I'm a victim of chronic procrastination, and he helped me get my package on its way in no time. But wait, there's more. This is one of the things that sets him apart. After just that one visit, a few days later, I walked in, and as soon as I stepped foot in the door, he called me by name, saying hello. What a brilliant memory for faces/names he has. This time, I had yet another package for that same Australian friend. He had me in and out the door in about three minutes because of his recollection and his efficiency. My most recent visit was just a few days ago. He again remembered me exactly, and had me on my way in record time. This seemingly small thing is what will keep me coming back here again every time I need something shipped. That smile. I've been meaning to write a review for this place for awhile since there's a few people that have left questionable reviews on google for them. Which isn't to say no one ever has an "off" day when they give less than great service, but in the nine or so months since I've been using them, I haven't ever really had that happen. I don't always bring my key, and they always get my mail and never act as if it's an inconvenience. Also, they always call whenever a package comes in so I never have to guess (unless it's an envelope but sometimes if I call and ask they nicely check to see if something specific has come) when to swing by. I've shipped out stuff with them before, and most of time, because it's irregularly shaped, it is expensive, but I think it's probably on par with the post office and I'm supporting a local place that really does go above and beyond, even packaging it for me. I've only ever seen two, maybe three women working here so the service stays pretty consistent. read more

Fast. Cheap. Friendly. Obviously better than an ol' US Post Office. I used this business for a notary on a Saturday, and I had a pleasant experience. It is a typical mailing, packing store, but with Mom & Pop service. I enjoy supporting local independent businesses that seem to truly enjoy my patronage, and this place fits that. read more

Really, really nice guy at the counter! I came in with a package in a too large box and he helped me by getting another one. I didn't know the address for returns to 6pm.com (no free returns, seriously?) and he tried to look it up in his system and went so far as to write my order numbers on the packing label. So nice! Since I have zero faith in the Frisco Post Office, I use parcelpedia for all packages I send. In contrast to the person who said it's overpriced, I have had them offer to search for (and find) lower rates to get my item there in the same amount of time. Does anyone know if there is new ownership here? I have had a box here for a year now and always loved the friendly, smiling ladies who worked there. The owner was awesome. They always sent me emails when I had a package delivered, and since I can't get there before closing I always asked for them to leave it out for me. They always replied promptly and cordially. For the last few months when I get that email and I ask the same question, I rarely get a response the same day. And when I stop by after hours... no package. The few times I have made it in recently I have seen the same man working who isn't very friendly, doesn't smile, and makes me feel like I am bothering him just by being there. I hope he's not the new owner, or I may be looking for a new box rental place. read more
