Attitude of the manager Bryan, you get the 3rd degree at the UPS what's in your package I need your email address, we are having problems with deliveries, wanted me to take picture of the mailing address. Kept walking over to help the other associate who needs training and left me, and made my time their longer than needed. Also UPS charges for the size not the weight, the A T T I T U D E was very noticeable. My second encounter with UPS and attitude's!!!! USPS is slow and long lines but well worth the wait, Only $3.97 at USPS compared to the $15.97 UPS wanted. read more

I've been going to this location for years, and I traditionally have had nothing but great experiences, the employees there are always cheerful and willing to help. However today there appears to be a new employee by the name of Tracy who I really believe could use some additional training as she had a very negative attitude and was unwilling to include items in my Amazon return that I had handed her, when I requested that she include all the items I was met with a condescending response at which point I decided to leave and handle my returns at another location but as I was walking out Tracy continued to be unprofessional and laughed while making another condescending remark. At the end of the day UPS is a service industry and customer experience matters. I sincerely hope Tracy gets additional training as I worry her negative attitude could affect not only the customers but the other team members at this location. read more

in february 18, 2025 i had documents notarized and shipped. i paid $26.62 just for the shipping. i was told that they would get there by thursday! friday would have been fine, but they didn't get there until monday! past the deadline! now i'm dealing with a $48k bill. not only did they refuse to refund my money, they made me wait forty minutes and were loudly rude in a room full of customers! after i went back three times because apparently the actual manager is never there! i'll be doing business elsewhere! read more

Just was in to ship an iPad back to a company my husband works for. The worker Marci looked at the iPad and immediately said you need a box for that. I said the company pays for it. She continued to argue with me. I asked if she could please just try. I gave her the company name, and she miss heard me and said sorry, you are wrong. I asked again for her to try and she finally figure out I was right. She didn't apologize for being rude and wrong. She just said I gave her the wrong company name. This is not my normal UPS. They have the wrong person working up front. I was nothing but nice, but left shaking because I was treated so rudely. They need to train their employees to be more patient and not assume the client is wrong. read more

I only use UPS and this is my number one store I choose to work with over the last 15 years. The staff is super friendly, helpful in so many ways for instance I had someone who tried to scam me and they had the documentation in their computer and made it so easy for me to prove to the scammer that they better stop scamming. They are not only nice, efficient, kind, helpful and lovely. I trust them and have an excellent working relationship with them Desiree is the manager and is super special and I also love the owners family. They do the right thing every time. I seem to be a frequent flyer at this UPS location now. I love that I can take my Amazon products to UPS and they will box and label them for me. All I have to do is have them scan the barcode on my phone and I'm in and out in two minutes! The staff at this location are always friendly. I have never had the same person twice, but they are always smiling and helpful. All of the staff are quick and efficient. I really appreciate good customer service. Only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is due to everyone else being extremely helpful but then... there's Madison. Iv had a couple of packages to return from a registry that just didn't come as expected. So Iv been a frequent flyer, Iv come prepared to make it easier on them but Madison has continued to give me dirty looks as soon as I step in from the very first time using this location. So thankful for the management here. I had to return a defective oversized item back to amazon, and the box it came in didn't really close all the way because of a missing flap, anyway, they helped make it work, and I really appreciate it as I was so over hauling it around. I went to another one in the area, not only were they busy, they didn't want to process my return. I like everyone there however one person working there thinks he's more important than the customer it would seem. I get a lot of papers notarised there they know me I am in there all the time. Yesterday the worker decided my signature didn't match so made a big deal about it and wasted my time. Really a huge A hole about the whole thing. Turns out all is good I found at the FedEx store they do notary services online ! What a great idea never do I have to deal with that nonsense again. Furthermore it proves just what I thought no one cares if your signature matches in fact it's such a nonissue you can sign on DocuSign and it's not even your signature the app makes up your signature for you. I sign hundreds of document a month all online. So the worker here thinks his job is so important I guess he is on some kind of power trip Mr. big bad notary smh . Good luck ! More people that find out you can do it online and never have to walk into your store again you will soon not have to worry about it. read more

CHRIS: Let's begin with how nice the lady was when initially setting up a P.O. Box for 6 months. Everything has been great! But, at the end of my term, my husband gets "Chris." My husband went to pick up a package and was advised by Chris that HE had returned it! At first, it was, "It didn't have a Box#." Then, it was, "Well, your wife should put her name on the package." So, I didn't get upset. I contacted the sender and was advised that the Box# WAS on the package. I had to have them locate the same merchandise, that, mind you was "No longer available" and resend it in hopes that I ACTUALLY get the package from the service that I prepaid for for 6 months. read more

We used to have a lovely woman named Bobbi running this store. After her, we had a nice lady who has moved here from Colorado. Lately, we have Chris. Chris doesn't smile and doesn't know what customer service is. He was quite rude to me recently when I was in the store. I told him the way he spoke to me and what he said was not an acceptable way to act, but he did not think he had done anything wrong. He really did not seem to understand how to deal with people in a professional way. I will never go in this store again. read more

Did not like his attitude and was not helpful at all. He told us the package wasn't here and he just turned around and walked away from us. My computer I shipped to be serviced was totally destroyed by UPS in transit. Thankfully, I had it insured, but trying to file a claim with UPS is a total nightmare! Since I had shipped from this UPS store, Walt the manager took care of everything for me and I did not have to go through the red tape of the claim, or sit on the phone with UPS for HOURS. Good location, but staff lacks common sense in properly dealing with customers. I am a box renter at this location, and due to their policies, I had to waste 2 trips to retrieve a package. My first trip there was on a Saturday after receiving a text alert from UPS that my package was delivered. Upon arriving o was told it wasn't checked in yet and he couldn't dig through the stack to find it. Fair enough though only one other person was in line with 3 employees on staff. Upon returning the following Monday, there was a line to the door, and I was told to wait in line for 30 minutes and they would be able to get the box. I realize all this is policy, but the first trip with only one other customer in the store and more than enough employees to handle, I would have hoped he would take the 2 minutes to grab my parcel and save a regular customer another trip. The second trip was a complete farce. With 3 lines and 3 counter employees, no one in the line would have been put out if the guy in the back taping up boxes would have stopped for a couple of minutes to retrieve my parcel. Now they have a pissed off customer that is a regular as a box renter. Now I'll be looking to move to another postal center. Oh well. Long live policies and lack of common sense. read more

I went to ship an item and they wanted to charge me $2.35 for printing the shipping label plus paying for shipping. I thought when you pay for shipping, they print the label and put it on your package. But no, they wanted an extra money ($2.35) to just print the label. Would not go there anymore. read more

Thank you to the awesome ladies at this UPS store for helping me with a small print job that Fedex wouldn't do. I needed 8 party invitations printed for my daughters upcoming birthday party and Fedex refused my service because my file had a Lion King design on it. Said it was a FedEx Policy, not a Disney policy. I had purchased a custom design from Etsy (which designers sell millions of custom Disney invitation files all over the world). The custom design did not have a Disney logo, simply a photo of Lion King with my daughters picture and party details. The ladies at UPS helped me load up my file, get it sized, printed it on card stock, and cut the invites for a fraction of the cost at FedEx. While cost wasn't an issue, it was the personal service that mattered to me. The manager on staff at UPS said you aren't printing these for resale, they are party invitations, so there should be no infringement case. Maybe their store was just not knowledgable. Regardless I will be coming back in the future for all my invitation needs! And thanks for the free pink pens! My daughters will love them! read more

This UPS store is an outstanding example of how a business should be run. Desiree and her staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've been sending packages with them for years. They pay attention to detail, so when I leave a package with them I know it will be shipped where and how I requested. NEVER has there been a mistake on their part. If there is a problem with the delivery, they resolve it immediately. Chris has been helping me send packages to my boys in college over the last four years. He understands that when I overnight something it absolutely has to be there the next day. It has happened many times that the drivers are unable to leave the packages at the Universities. Chris takes the initiative to track the package then calls me with the status!! He's gone above and beyond many times to ensure that my boys receive what I sent them on time. This is the worst UPS Store I have ever been to. There is a tall guy that works in there now and he is the worst. Very rude, obnoxious and impatient. I had something l needed to return back to the manufacturer and I came 10 minutes before the store closed. There was a young shorter younger man working there also who was helping me. He was polite. I told him I would like to call the manufacturer to make sure that I had the correct address to send it to. He said sure. The rude one came up to us and said we are closing and don't have time. I told him it would only take a second and by your hours I have 7 minutes left. What happened to the wonderful ladies that use to work there? I use to love going in to this location and mailing my packages. The location is so close to my house but I just prefer to drive a longer distance with better people to help me in a kindly manner. Whoever this gentleman is needs to learn some manners . Why would the owners of this store hire someone like this to represent UPS? l was in a hurry yesterday and needed to mail a box to my son so l said maybe I'll try it again. Got out of my car and opened the door and saw him and I just turned back and went back home. This is so disappointing. Today I went to the Preston & Lebannon UPS by the Tom Thumb shopping Center. This is such a friendly and helpful location. They know how to treat a customer. A lovely lady this evening assisted me and couldn't of ask for better service. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was great on 09/12/18 at around close to 5pm. I will never go to the Legacy & Lebannon in Frisco again. The postman is there picking up the mail regardless, not making a special trip. Instead of a one-stop shop at the UPS store, it's a one-stop you'll be charged for all services shop.
