I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that helped me but he understood why I wanted to file the documents myself (old tax stuff and what have you) but kindly offered to help me given the amount I had so he pulled the shred bin all the way to the front so he could still help me. My second time was today, I needed to print out my lease documents for my records and the woman and young man in the store were very helpful and personable. This is definitely my go to spot for all things printing, shredding and shipping now.

The employee (who I later found out was the owner) told me I needed a larger box and additional bubble wrap but never discussed the cost before repacking my package. I figured if it was too much I could go home and get another box and come back. When I got to checkout, my total was around $75. I expected the shipping to California to cost more, but I was shocked by the price of the packing materials, especially since none of those charges had been disclosed beforehand. When I mentioned that another UPS Store had only charged me $2 for bubble wrap, the owner responded that the other store "must not be doing well." At that point, I decided to cancel the shipment and take my package elsewhere. I understood paying for the bubble wrap that had already been cut, but then I was charged a $15 service fee that had never been mentioned and was not on my original transaction. I was told that fee would only be removed if I shipped through their store. I felt like I was backed into a corner because I had already incurred enough charges that going elsewhere no longer made financial sense. I felt pressured into completing a transaction after undisclosed charges had already been added. Unfortunately, the person handling the situation was the owner, so there was no one else to speak with. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone who values honesty, transparency, and good customer service.

Called DHL and they explicitly said not to trust these 3rd party locations because they need to have a certain number of packages before they pick up from a location. Here I am refreshing the DHL site for an update and all the while this place still has it sitting on its shelf. Why wouldn't they follow up with DHL on pickup? Horrible customer service. Stay way!

Thanks to our local community heroes!! Shoutout to Mr Grumpy, Ms Nancy, and crew. They are always so friendly and personable. The shoppe is organized, energetic, and so fun to browse around. I like coming here for my shipping needs because I have my name in the system and it's basically a one stop shop. They ship with the commercial shipping, but also with the USPS, which is a great savings to me. They do all printing, copies, office needs, etc. And the shoppe carries all sorts of fantastic gifts in the front store display shelves, many items are from local artists. Purses, candles, essential oils, gadgets, gizmos, and lots of cool toys for babies, kids, adults, and even pEvery time I go, there are new things to see and I love that! It feels like an old time postal office, because they even have PO Boxes. The staff is super sweet and attentive. It is in a safe area and close to Kroger, Academy Sports, restaurants, movie theater, and easy highway access. For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. However today there appears to be a new employee by the name of Tracy who I really believe could use some additional training as she had a very negative attitude and was unwilling to include items in my Amazon return that I had handed her, when I requested that she include all the items I was met with a condescending response at which point I decided to leave and handle my returns at another location but as I was walking out Tracy continued to be unprofessional and laughed while making another condescending remark. At the end of the day UPS is a service industry and customer experience matters. I sincerely hope Tracy gets additional training as I worry her negative attitude could affect not only the customers but the other team members at this location.
