I went into the store today to go make some copies, and initially I could not get in the store…read morebecause the door would not work. The sensor wasn't working and I had to wait for someone to come out to go in, but that really isn't the issue. Just trying to be helpful and mention it to the staff, I told one of the employees that the door may be broken. He was nice and went and told the guy with the New York accent. I don't know if that's the manager or what he is. As I was making copies, I overheard him say "yeah, well, I don't know what to tell you. It's been working all day" in a very cocky and condescending way.... loud enough to where the whole store could hear it. I politely went up to the desk to let them know that I could hear him, and instead of acknowledging his behavior, he goes over and looks at the door. I explained to him that it wasn't really the door, it was the fact that I don't appreciate his comment. He then very insincerely apologized and mumbled something under his breath that sounded kind of like "fuck off" as he walked back in the establishment. Never once raised my voice or Karened out, and that was the response I got. I don't know how Fedex puts up with his behavior, but I sincerely hope that upper management sees this review.

Angie excused herself and hurried outside to catch her before she left the parking lot. I admit I should have checked prices more carefully, but I didn't expect such a large markup from Staples. The service and product quality are above average, but the value simply isn't there. I'll only shop here in the future if I don't have time to order online. That said, the young woman who answered my questions on the phone afterward was polite and cheerful. First of all the PostNet Frisco folks are very professional and know what they are doing and secondly you can trust these folks with an kind of legal document as they are very careful, very through, and delivered more than I could ever imagine it was absolutely amazingly done. The documents were sorted with the originals on top and the copies at the bottom and the files on the flash drive were labeled perfectly. So once this was done I took the 2nd set of property documents and same results but while I waited I told myself I cannot be selfish and hide this gem to myself so folks I am sharing. The owner Chelsey was perfection and I told her if I had a clone of her I would hire her as a business partner. I only needed to pick up a box, so I thought I'd have a wait. I tried not to be impatient, but after several minutes I started searching for other nearby locations thinking maybe it would be quicker to drive somewhere else. I mentioned that I was in a rush but that the print job wasn't difficult. I made that very clear to him. What does he do? He asks me to send the file. I sent it promptly, but he claimed he didn't receive it, which was absolute nonsense since I showed him proof on my email that it went through. His face turned beet red when he realized he was lying. Instead of handling a straightforward two-minute print job, he acted like it was an extremely complicated task. Meanwhile, I was running late. The resume was in a simple Word document format, and the business card design was basic. Yet, I watched this guy, who had the competence of a sail, take his sweet time with what should have been an easy job. Finally, a young lady approached, and I thought she was going to help. She said, "How can I help? I don't want you waiting any longer." I thought, great! But instead, she went behind the counter to confer with another employee, muttering something, and then came back to ask if I could come back later. Talk about the blind leading the blind. Here's the truth: I am a Marine, and they knew this. It felt like they deliberately prolonged my wait, which really pissed me off. I will never use that location again.
