So happy that the employees here are nice and actually want to help you. Each time I go in I'm greeted and assisted with all my packaging needs. I found my place to get boxes to all my shipping needs. Thanks again guys and gals! read more

With only two employees there, being held up with customers, they were nice and understanding with people's needs. Didn't feel rushed, very polite. read more

Been going to this UPS store for year, since they renovated it's been a nightmare- very long wait times and lines. Inexperience staffing makes it worse. They need to have three cashier/staffing at all time. Horrible wait times again read more

Don't go to this store. They are rip offs. Not only they charge money for printing (even a single sheet) but they even charge for receiving an email to print that document. Go to the UPS store on eldorado/Dallas pkwy, by Market Street (Frisco). They don't charge any money for printing (under 5 pages. read more

This place is awesome. I've had to ship quite a bit over the years and this is the best place. Everyone working there has always been super helpful. The young lady who is also a notary is amazing. read more

The guys that work at the UPS store are the nicest guys ever. I usually go in the morning and I see two young gents (late 20-30s?). Whoever you are, you are super nice. Thank you for being so calm and patient during this holiday season. read more

The guys who run this store are very nice, which makes for a pleasant shipping experience. Gabriel is outstanding. Everyone who works there is good, but when he is present, they're that much better. I'm in this store weekly and have always had good experiences. There are several UPS stores in the area, so customer service is a deciding factor when I'm deciding where to give my business. Thanks, guys! read more

I visit this ups practically weekly. Shipping things to my daughters, returning purchases, notary, etc... Gabriel is the manager and he is professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone actually that works there has a great attitude, is helpful and quick. read more

This is a go to for our company (Darius Cordell Designs). They are quick and efficient every time we ship one of our dresses.

The personnel in the store commit fraudulent acts and over charge their customers. They add weight to the packages so that they can overcharge everyone. I took a previously weighed package to the UPS store and they added 10 lbs to the package weight. When I told them that I had already weighed the package and that it was 10 lbs less, they immediately re-weighed the package and guess what, it was miraculously 10 lbs less. Also the customer service is horrendous. They are unprofessional and not customer focused at all. read more

Great customer service with a smile. Their employees at this particular location have really good work ethic. They are quick and efficient and I trust them with my packages. I know from keen experience that not all UPS branches operate the same or have similar quality of customer service and this is one of the best ones around. read more

Just want thank every one works there especially Gabe Palacios. He is great with photoshop and he is very helpful and does great job.

I sent more than 3 large packages so far for recalled product, and is not pay anything. The staff nice and really hepfull. read more

I stop by all the time shipping stuff for work and the staff is great. They are so helpful and sometimes just take care of everything for me. I even go out of my way sometimes to stop in when I could easily go to the post office. read more

I order prints, invitations, posters, and send out packages on a weekly bases. The employees are all attentive and get to know their regular customers. I always look for quality customer service when choosing a location to do these weekly business tasks at and they have exceeded my expectations! I truly enjoy catching up with them even if it is for a few seconds during a busy day. They are way more than just a UPS store, they are great people that love their community and go above and beyond serving others! read more

This owner of the franchise is extremely rude!! All about the money, the other employees that work there have been very nice. I went to get my mail out of my box and was 15 days past due. I've rented the box for five years..said I would rent it next time because I didn't have my business card on me. He wouldn't let me get my mail unless I pay for an extra three months which is nowhere in the contract. He just made it up. So I had to call the postal inspector. And now they are on it. read more

Be careful using this store. The manager totally up charged me today. I asked for 42 stamps for my Christmas cards. He "marked" the cards instead of selling me two booklets of stamps. That means he charged me $.82/envelope instead of $.59/envelope. I didn't realize this until I left the store. I feel he deceived me and did not offer me the most cost effective option. I'm pretty upset considering I frequent this location. With a usps across the street, save your money and head over there. read more

I have had a few things done here, such as print online and simple mailings. Every print online and pickup order I have done here has come out wrong the first time. They always correct the problem, but I would rather the order be done right the first time. If the only thing I have to do is simply drop off a package, I will use this location if I am craving some Starbucks since it's in the same shopping center. Otherwise, I use the UPS near the Market Street on Eldorado. I find the staff at the Eldorado one to be better. read more

See tip below as I posted in wrong section but would not recommend dealing with the ginger or even coming here at all, I don't know any company that would allow someone to be that rude to a customer. read more

I have a mailbox there and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I often call or email to see if I have mail so that I don't have to waste a trip if there is nothing in my mailbox. They are prompt at replying to my emails and always email a notification when a package arrives. read more

These guys are great! Highly recommend using them for shipping services (printing & shredding if needed as well). I've read the other reviews about upcharging or over charging & that's highly improbable as they're not commission based, it's the customer's fault for not paying attention or asking questions. Very courteous and helpful. read more

It's Christmas. I expect additional charges, but they lied to me about the fact that my package wouldn't make it before Christmas. Then they charged me $38.97 for two large boxes with packing peanuts. $40 for boxes??????!!! come on! They have something called "billable weight" which is done purely on dimensions of the box. My largest box was 20lbs, but my billable dimension was 54lbs. Whatever. They won't be seeing me again! read more

I also had a similar experience to the previous reviewer at this UPS location. I would like to think this was an honest mistake but my gut says the owner tried to scam me. Therefore I feel obligated to warn others. When my box was weighed and rung up I was shocked by the amount since the box was large but not heavy and I was sending Ground (not 3-day). However I accepted the owner's explanation that it was due to the large dimensions and paid the amount. After leaving the store, it bothered me that it cost so much so I took another look at the receipt. Not only were there additional misc "service" costs totaling nearly $10, the weight indicated was 45lbs!! I am a petite female and there is no way I could lift a large box that heavy much less carry it from the car into the store. So I went back to the store and demanded he find my box and weigh it again. After some resistance and a slew of random excuses as to why it would cost that much, he found my box which only weighed 10lbs. In the end he had to refund me $40!! The previous review on Yelp was a shock to me and is what ultimately got me back in the store to demand a refund - thank goodness! So like I said, I really want to believe this was a mistake but given this happened to someone else I'm just not sure. Please beware of this store and triple check your receipts!! read more
