I have been coming here for my amazon returns. Most of the time the staff is friendly however there is one particular person whom can be quite short with people and speak to customers like we are children. Today was one of those days. Once she told a customer she could not do a notarize a document and to come back in hour. When I left I called him to my car pulled out my seal, record book and certificate and notarized the document for him on the spot. I will be taking my returns to Kohl's where you receive a $10.00 kohl's cash. I do not patronize places whom speak to me in that manner. read more

Customer Service was really rude and had me go to a different business to get a bill broken as they don't care enough to give change. Seriously disappointed as this is a well known corporation. read more

The people who work here are not nice people at all I walked out they were so rude and not helpful at all. They are very close to home but from now on I will go the extra miles to the FedEx where they are kind helpful and nice to work wit. read more

This location's employees are very helpful and pleasant every time I come in. Both registers are always staffed. Receipts are given with every transaction and supplies are offered if you didn't come in with what you need to fulfill your transaction. It's very organized and clean throughout the facility. The only drawback for me is that during busy times, personal boundaries maybe invaded a little. read more

The UPS Store - Very busy location with line out the door. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Frisco, Texas

Bobbi and her employees at UPS are so rude. I've been coming here for 5 years and dealing with their rudeness but today I've had enough. She yelled at me for not knowing the postal code of Lisbon Portugal instead of just looking at the address I was trying to show her and help me. read more

This location has always been helpful, considerate and keeps the line moving when there is one. Bobbie, the manager is knowledgeable and helpful! This is my favorite location and use it for all my shipping and faxing needs..I am there on average of once a week.. it is always neat and clean as too! read more

5 stars for speed and efficiency 3 stars for making the customer feel welcomed, remembered and special. Use this location because it is just around the corner from my home. It is convenient and seems to always be busy. But I never feel completely comfortable in the store. With few exceptions the people who work there feel like animatronics. I personally don't think you should tell anyone to smile. That said, a smile does add warmth to the transaction and encourages a relational environment. It would be nice to be recognized by more than one person since I ship there fairly regularly. You don't need to know my name but just some form of recognition. Efficient flow. They move you through the process. There is no lingering over small talk, they don't participate in that type of nonsense. You will be in and out quickly. Shipping is expensive but I believe that is typical of the industry. Overall they get the job done. Nothing special. No reason to make this your go to place other than convenience but if you do go here, they will take care of you in a fluid, quick, detached, almost clinical method. read more

This was always such a great store but now it's either under new ownership or Management. It's like the store service was remodeled with the remodel. The Manager (an older lady) sat in the back watching as the line was to the door. The young man who helped me, upsized my purchased box creating more cost for shipping. The other associate was so unpleasant and ignored people when they wished her a nice day or said thank you. This location has many seniors that use it and some kindness and respect would go a long way. The previous team was always attentive and happy no matter how long the line got. In the future Legacy & ElDorado or Teel/Main will get my business. read more

Excellent customer service!! They took the time to help me out even though my issue was with another UPS Store. I liked that the owner didn't brush me off. Instead, he helped me in getting my refund and even followed up with an email voicemail! I will be going to this store from now on! read more

The staff here are lazy and slow. You can either plan your visit around their busy hours, or be prepared to wait in a long line for a long time. The worst part is that the staff can see that the line is going out the door. They can see that the store is getting so crowded with waiting people that we're violating COVID safety guidelines. They see the anguished looks on all our faces, but yet they waddle around the store, slowly filling out forms, measuring boxes, and so on. If you have another option, drop off your packages at a different UPS Store. Even if it's 10 minutes out of the way, you will likely save yourself time. read more

tried to call several times to find out what time the ground pickup is so I can drop of packages. Every time I call this location a woman answers, and says UPS please hold & immediately puts you on hold. Just out of curiosity, I dropped off packages, and was the only one when I left the store. I called just to see if I would get the same Please hold response. I did. SO NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AND THEY STILL ANSWER AND TELL YOU TO HOLD AND WILL LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 minutes. read more

We have been going to this UPS store for years and have had nothing but positive experiences!!! Bobby K. (the manager) is amazing!!!! She is so friendly and upbeat! She immediately greets each customer as they come in and knows many of them by sight! Her expertise in helping the customers is fabulous---explaining clearly each option to meet their needs! We will continue to be loyal customers to this location because of Bobby! read more

arrived at 4:55 to drop off package that needed a label. instead of assisting, the staff proceeded to pretend he couldn't assist since store was closing at 5. I can't wait till AI takes over for these apathetic since they'll be more compassionate. that location is consistent with mediocre service. good luck get packages to their destination. read more

UPS have lost their mind. They are charging $2.39 to print one black and white - regular paper. FedEx charges .19 cents. What is wrong with them? They made so much money during COVID 19 - delivering packages to those in quarantine, we don't see the need to gouge prices now that the economy is starting to re-open. Ripoff!! I will report them because this is illegal. read more

Bad customer service. If there is a mistake with your address they will throw packages away without letting you know to correct the address and pickup any unsent packages. Bad customer service. read more

First of all, I am not a complainer and most cases I just move on when I experience poor service. Unfortunately I felt uncomfortable, rushed and she most definitely was not going to do me any favors. Her tone and demeanor said it all! I have never had a problem with any UPS store ever and I return Amazon packages regularly. They have always been helpful and go the extra mile. Not this store at all!!! I had my hands full and I felt rushed because people came in behind me. She was annoyed with me because apparently my screen needed to be brighter to capture the code. I've NEVER had this problem at any other UPS Store so that was extremely odd. One of my packages was to be boxed and labeled by me. I missed it and she was most definitely not going to help me out at all. Her response and answers were very short and rude. I'm sure I had a frustration tone in my voice toward the end. I felt the need to very stern with my answers in return also. I will not be returning to this store for anything. While I most certainly understand every store has policy's and procedures, her customer service skills are horrible. There is hardly ever a time to be stern and short with a customer. read more

I am an active amazon buyer and have a lot of returns, this is my choice of store for the last 6 years since I moved to Frisco. For the last few times service has gone bad. I went in to drop two packages. After an hour I remembered I had left an extra item in one of the packages. Rushed back to see if there is a way to get that item back. I showed the receipt which was printed an hour ago, it had two order number on it. The guy asked me which package was it since they had a lot of boxes at the back. I understand this is something these guys are doing out of courtesy but with looking at the order number there is no way I can tell which package is which, one of them rolled his eyes and fired up resulting in a loud argument. People could probably hear us outside of the store. "Is this how you talk to your costumers?" as a response, he said: "OR WHAT?" and things heated up. I don't wanna put the whole 5 mins argument here, anyway, He walked out grabbing some package. Other guy came to rescue, helped me, and I walked out out the store. 6 long years, never been treated like this in this store. I saw a couple of similar comments below saying manager was rude, I guess they don't care or else they would have replied back with an explanation or an apology. This is to you Mr. Employee/Manager: " You don't have to be rude, work can be fun if you treat your customer the way they are supposed to be treated. I am sure you have your version of the story, would like to read it." read more

I'm shaking with rage. I sent life saving meds on Tuesday at 331pm, trusting they'd deliver as promised two day. HOWEVER updated tracking has it delivering on the THIRD day by 7pm which is too late to be of use. UPS is saying "nothing we can do." This is service???? read more

Ms. Bobbie is a BLESSING!! I recently went through a divorce and relocated to a new city. Ms. Bobbie and her AMAZING team took care of ALL of my postal needs from change of address to monthly forwarding my mail. When I was so flustered I forgot to leave my new number, the Staff at UPS Store 6388 KEPT my mail for me until I called them with a new credit card. My 4 years of doing my business via this "above and beyond" customer service has helped me be peaceful as I start my new life! Thank you Ms. Bobbie and Team for taking such great care of me during the upheaval of divorce. I'm forever grateful. Thank you deeply. read more

I have used UPS Stores for many years in several locations and this one is the best! The service is fast and reliable. Bobbi is amazing. I walked in with 3 items to return to a seller and didn't realize some of my return labels were printed in correctly. Ms. Bobbie took the time to help me by re-copying the labels correctly and getting the packaging set-up. It was a kind gesture that she really didn't have to do or offer. Most places would have sent me on my way to fix it on my own at home. Even though it may seem trivial, she took the time to go the extra mile for a customer! read more

Have you encountered the magical Miss Bobbie at this particular UPS store? I have observed her unparalleled ability to navigate multiple customers with dynamic needs with grace, insight, and kindness on several occasions. This wise woman's creativity and knowledge of her craft is legendary! If you are in need of solutions, pop in and watch Miss Bobbie K. solve them with charm and humor! read more

The manager had a bad attitude and kept blaming me for leaving out information when shipping 2 packages. I was as clear as possible and repeated myself and few times ans it seemed like she was not trying to listen. I recommend listening first for the address and other information before being rude and asking questions I just gave all information for. It is 1 minutes from where I live, but I rather go elsewhere due to their lack of professionalism. read more

Have been using this UPS store for the past 2 1/2 years. Love the customer service here! The staff knows my name when I walk in and always are helpful and nice, especially Ms. "B" who works during the weekdays. No problems at all here with multiple package deliveries and other needs. read more

I wanted to share my experience about the customer service I've experienced at this location. Each time I have come to send a package or make copies,or fax a document Ms. Bobbie has always helped me make sure I have the correct address she has advised me the best way to get my package to it's destination quickly, and she has always giving me options so that i can save money on my shipping. She is very caring and she always goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are receiving customer service with a smile and excellence. As a matter of fact the reason I come to THE UPS STORE is to see Ms. Bobbie because my visit is always good and full of laughter!! to be honest I would save a lot more money going to my local post office on Teel. But Bobbie makes the trip well worth it!! read more
