They have great customer service while keeping the line moving, and they help out with any questions I might have. They have a notary service and a self service area also that comes in handy. Do NOT use this store for secure shredding. A debit card that I rarely used was hacked a few days after I paid to have them shred a boxful of material. This could have been the only way it was hacked. I'm filing a formal complaint and possibly getting LE involved. read more

Went to fax a document, I paid and asked for proof of completion the young man told me it went through. When I asked how does he know he walked over looked at the machine and said it went through. So I asked for proof. He said you're gonna have to wait, so I did, another young man gave me the completion document, but as walked out I realized it said it did not go through. I went back in and said it did not go through. He ran it again and this time it showed a successful transmission. The man at the register lied to me and said it went through. His co worker handed me a document, without reading it as proof it went through. Please teach them the process involved in their job, like reading, and telling the truth. read more

I used this store for shipping, dropping pre-labeled packages, and for their notary service. The public notary person who was working at that time was Rebecca --- she's awesome, chirpy, and attentive to details. I do recommend her for the notary service but make sure you call the store first and find out if someone is in to do it. I paid $11 but it's still cheaper than the mobile notary service I've used in the past. read more

The entire staff is great! There are a few ladies who have been there for years and some on and off boys but everyone, at any time of day, is friendly and helpful! The self-return station is always full and running well. There is hardly ever a long wait becaue even when they're swamped, they have all registers open and working to help everyone. We have had a gazillion papers notarized here along with weekly amazon returns and it's my favorite location. Their one flaw...Everytime I walk in, my nose is assaulted with the worst air freshener chemicals and I instantly get a migraine. Every single visit. I can hardly breathe and can't wait to leave for fresh air outside. If there is a line, I usually wait until another time to come back purely for the air freshener poison involuntarily being forced in my face. I can only imagine the sweet employees whose lungs are exposed to that all day every day. Not good. Besides that, they're great and hard working. read more

I had an odd need to repackage an Electric Skateboard and send it back to the manufacturer. The needed box size wasn't found at the first 2 places I tried(not UPS). This store didn't have the right box size either, but made one for me and packaged everything nice and neat for me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very impatient when asked any question. Said I could not send packages with my UPS office shipping code. They lied when they said my office account was blocked. They simply did not know how to use someone's office UPS shipping code. Went down the street to nearest UPS store. Other UPS store on El Dorado Pkwy next to Market Street grocery store shipped my packages using my office UPS shipping codes with no issues, a smile and a request to come back that was genuine and sincere. I had a terrible experience at this store. The clerk almost lost my package till I caught what she did wrong. The clerk, who helped me was, Becca, and she was all business and not friendly. Ok if your all business then at least know how to do your job and stop acting like a big shot. Ok so I didn't have a label cause my printer at home is not working. So right away she tells me there's going to be a charge of $2.99 so fine but she printed the wrong label with the wrong address she printed from her computer that I had to email to her. If I wouldn't have asked to see the label after I noticed she did a horrible job and it was not sticking on one end I wouldn't have noticed that she put a wrong label on my package. So I asked to see the label on the package and I noticed that was not my label on my package. It was addressed to some Charity from an address in Little Elm, not at all what I sent her. She didn't admit it was her mistake so she had me send it to her again from my iPhone. So I take that label off and tell her give me the right label. She gives me the right label this time and I stuck it on myself cause she put it on like a messed up Bandaid and wrinkled.She was not friendly and because of her I'm not going back to that store unless the guys that know how to do their jobs better are there instead of her. Very disgusted, and still worried about my package cause the receipt she gave me doesn't have the address. read more

Absolute wonderful service considering how they have brought on the work load of amazon returns, which makes me a frequent flyer. Never once has anyone made me feel bad about the work I bring in. In fact they are more willing to extend help. Rosie was very accommodating one more morning when I forgot my box that I didn't know I needed until then. Instead of me going home to get a extra amazon box, they allowed me to use an extra one which resulted in one less trip for me. Ashley is another lady that works there and is also extremely pleasant and helpful. There are also a few gentleman that work there and give nothing but great service. Thank you UPS! read more

Do NOT use this store to do Amazon packageless returns where you just hand them the physical item not in a box and let them scan the QR code. I've dropped off multiple items here on different occasions, have the receipt that the item was dropped off, but they never mailed the items off to Amazon. A few weeks later, Amazon of course charged for those items that they never received. In the event that they actually do send the item back, they don't use the tracking number provided by Amazon so in their system, it was never dropped off. SCAMMERS. read more

Wow, what a terrible experience. My husband and I stopped in to drop off several Amazon returns. We were not greeted although there was an open employee at the computer. Finally she (Alexis, we learn) looks up to me and says, "what do you need?" I tried to be pleasant, smiled, said hello. She was very annoyed that my app was taking a few seconds to load the QR code. She said, "Lemme know when you're ready" and flounces off to her personal laptop... as my app loaded. I said "It's ready. I'm sorry; I'm depending on the app." She came back. Begrudgingly she scanned codes. On two she snapped, "Hold it down from the light," repeatedly. She rolled her eyes as I'd need to wait on the app again. It is unfortunate when technology takes a moment, but it certainly was no one's fault. As she taped up a box, she said without looking at me, "This is going to cost you $5." I asked why since Amazon's return policy makes it clear I don't even have to bring boxes. She said, "Amazon gives you the box but you're making me use a lot of tape." My husband asked how the cost is measured. Someone, Rosie, said if we use their tape, a certain amount of "strips" is $4.99. Alexis then began arguing with me as she drank from her giant white Styrofoam cup at the UPS computer. Rosie told her to step away, so she went to another computer and still continued barking snarky comments, telling us she knew what she was doing and we were wrong. Riane the manager was on the phone and saw everything but said nothing. We ship 200 boxes a month and have 3 UPS stores within 1.5 miles of our house and have never run into a situation like this. I asked for the owner's name and number. All they told me was he'd be in the next day. I called twice to speak to him on said day, but was told he wasn't in. Who needs to be treated like this? Also, post your prices and if you're under contract with Amazon, get on the same page. I'll be filing a complaint with Amazon and UPS about this location. read more

The people who work here are very friendly. It can take time while they work up the shipping paperwork or box up an item and they are very good at making friendly conversation while doing it so it is never boring. I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. This store also processes USAA bank deposits. I've noticed some UPS Stores cannot do it anymore. read more

I order from Amazon A LOT (hundreds to thousands spent monthly) so I do have a fair amount of returns at times. I noticed that compared to other UPS locations, this branch on Eldorado is either filled with employees who shuffle their feet daily/slow as heck or have a stupidly slow process and that is shocking considering that they are UPS and not USPS snail mail! For example, when I take my returns to UPS on Main, they are on point and I see refunds in just a few business days but EveryTime I take return packages to UPS on Eldorado, it could be 7-10 business days before I see a refund. Also I have noticed occasionally that they are slow to get up to the counter and will keep you waiting for longer than what I consider to be polite customer service. It took me a while to make this observation that they are truly slow but now that I have learned this, I will NEVER go to the Eldorado location to do returns or any other types of services again. read more

The young man at the counter was very helpful. He seemed to be the only one in the store at the time. He boxed and packaged the shipment for me, printed the label and rang me up. He did a great job. Took about 10 minutes but that is only because I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to do. While I was there, a couple regular customers came in and dropped off packages. He acknowledged them and told them where to place their packages. As he was ringing us up, his co-worker (assumed manager) came in and started asking him if this package or that package were scanned in. The young man said politely "No". The co-worker rudely barked back "Okay I was just asking". He seemed like a jerk since the young man didn't seem to be slacking he was just busy helping us. Other than the two packages that were dropped off there was nothing else cluttering up the place. I almost popped off to the co-worker but didn't want to make it worse for the young man. read more
