    I went in today with 2 Amazon returns, one required a return label be printed. I had no idea and…read morethey wanted $3.25 to print one page on normal regular copy paper. That is really low, you drive your item there, stand in line so they are certain you will give in and pay whatever they require. Most people don't own printers and they are paid to take those returns. That is just plain greedy, so much for customer service. I will never do business there again.

My wife tried shipping two books today, and was told the only way for them to arrive in time for Christmas was the three day shipping option for $36. This is a part of a continual scam the owner instruct his employees to run where they do not tell people about cheaper options and always start with the highest tier option and only move down one tier if requested for a lower price. Using a different UPS Store I was able to ship the same items in a more well protected package for $12 while retaining the three day shipping option. As I was in the store waiting in line to retrieve my wife's package so I could ship it for a cheaper rate, an old woman in front of me was trying to ship a small shoebox sized package and was told it would cost $105 for a three day shipping option, which the employee cautioned her was the only way to get her package delivered on time despite having 11 shipping days left until Christmas. He quoted her a cheaper price of $78 for a different shipping option, but urged her to choose the more expensive option. I kindly informed her he had left out the cheapest price, and she ended up purchasing a $22 Ground shipping that is guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. In addition to these horrible business practices and employee training, Jeff Helgeson has also instructed employees to remove components from AT&T U-verse packages and chop the wires up for scrap, claiming it does not need to be returned to AT&T despite the contract with U-verse stating otherwise. Jeff also instructs his employees to charge people five dollars to pick up UPS Access Point packages despite the UPS website explicitly stating they can be shipped to his store for free. This is done by sticking a sticker on the package and charging it separately from the rest of the system in an effort to keep his scamming going unnoticed. I will never ship a package through either of Jeff Helgeson's stores, and I go out of my way to drive to Fairview or Anna in order to deliver a package so he does not see a dime of my money.

    UPS responded to my review and told me to email the store. So I did. The general manager replied,…read more"We appreciate your feedback and will definitely follow up with the employee mentioned. We thank you for your continued business and hope to see you again soon! -(name of GM) General Manager" I looked up the general manager on the store's Facebook page and he is in fact the employee I'm referring to, acting as if he is someone else who will "talk to the employee". So that was dishonest. The employee I'm referring to is also the one responding to my yelp review acting as if he's not that person. What a dishonest business being run. He has claimed I personally attacked his appearance on my Yelp review, when actually I just described the employee's appearance so customers could avoid him and his aggressive handling of customers. He also claimed I "doxed" him on Yelp. All I did was list the name of the general manager who emailed me that he'd "talk to the employee". So I guess that confirms the email I got was from the rude employee himself. He is also lying on his Yelp reply about employee "smiling" and "cheerful" on camera. So that is very dishonest. Also I just got shipping confirmation my item arrived in the shoebox I shipped it in. (Which is how the item came to me). So clearly it wasn't an issue shipping it that way. Take note of the sarcastic, rude Yelp reply from the business parroting things I mentioned in my review... this is a perfect preview of the type of person and business you'd be dealing with at this particular UPS and with its GM. ------------ A man who worked here must have been having a very bad day. He was super aggressive. Beware if you see him! Pick another line. I had a pair of shoes that were SHIPPED TO ME IN THE SHOE BOX, just shrink wrapped. They didn't fit so I printed my shipping label and brought them in to return in the SAME shoe box. It just needed to be taped. It was as sturdy as any cardboard box. I walk to the worker & without a hello, he goes, "You need a box so are you buying one?" I said I just have a return. This is a box, does it not work? He goes "Absolutely not." I said "As opposed to a normal box?" He said "It's a shoe box." I said, okay. He said "You can if you want. Not my problem. (Or something like that)." I said okay. He goes "Yeah not my money on the line." I said okay man, a little aggressive there. He said "Oh no not at all I just want all things to arrive in one piece." I said okay thanks buddy haha. Weirdest interaction ever. Maybe he's just socially awkward but it came off really aggressive. Maybe he lost some precious family heirloom by shipping it in a shoebox. I don't know. The mystery may never be solved. He was a jerk though.
