The truck runs great, but still looked like an old, dirty work truck. But Michael showed up, worked his magic (5 1/2 hours of hard work kind of magic) and now my project truck looks freaking awesome! Michael is a nice young man. His communications were timely and respectful. Michael showed up when he said that he would and charged me exactly what he had quoted. Before we found Sonrise, even with the AC blaring in our car, it was still super hot in the car. And certainly when we first get in the car, all the touch points were scorching hot. Our toddler would be fussy and upset and complain constantly that her back was hot in the carseat. We searched for window tint companies and found Sonrise. We made a phone call and Steven was quick to answer. He thoroughly gave me an education on the different kinds of materials available and the pros to each material choice. He answered all my questions and concerns and was super accomodating to our schedule since we needed to tint two cars. On the day of the work, he showed us the different shades and explained what it would look like in the evening time with each tint darkness. He helped us pick out the right shade of tint for our cars. And even showed us how the front windshield they use a helpful visual. He tiend on a lught that imitated solar energy. I found a shop that was near my work and was a 30 minute walk. I called the shop to setup an appointment and get a quote. They are doing a special of $300 dollars for everything but the front windshield and $500 dollars for tinted everything. They do other work as well like wrapping and more car protection. I went there the following day at around 12pm to drop off the car. The owner, Curly, is very friendly and nice. He went over the options with me and was very patient with all of my questions and went with his advice of going with the 2nd to highest tint as limo tint might be too dark as I told him I am worried I will not be able to see at night time. I went with the $500 dollars to do the car window tint. He said the job will take around 2 to 3 hours, but I told him to take his time and I will be back around 4:30pm. I ended up walking back and was there at around 4:15pm. They were still working on the car, but I did not mind however as I rather have them take their time to do it correctly than hurry on it. He said two of this other workers on it as well. I paid through credit card and he mentioned the other work he does and pointed out about the plastic film protection on my Crown which I did not noticed, but mentioned if I want to do a full wrap on it, he will do it if I am planning to keep the car forever. They do accept cash and card. I ended up paying card and he gave me a discount from the tax like $25 dollar one and he refused to be tipped on the screen so that was very kind of him and I would have not mind actually tipping him and paying the extra fees. It ended up being $540 dollars. His workers were also kind and friendly too. I would say if I had to explain the owner, very passionate about his job and you can tell he loves his job. If my wife wants to come in and get her windshield tinted, I would have not mind at all coming back and having Curly do the work.
