Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! I expected brakes at the minimum. Instead I got we topped off fluids and changed the oil. So, why would I say he is a national treasure? Because he went out to car with my daughter and me and spent a lot of time with a thorough walk through about the reason not to let gas get low in car, how to check oil, check tire pressure, and change the windshield wipers. One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

I never imagined that a routine upgrade would one day make the difference between life and death, for both myself and my daughter. Fast forward to 2025. While driving northbound on Highway 75, two vehicles were racing southbound. One lost control, crossed five lanes, and slammed into the center median. And…read morethis is coming from someone who's worked with cars a lot and had to take them in to get cleaned and detailed. Their services here offer good value and top notch service. The staff is very friendly and does a good job of working with you to get what you want as well. They do offer free WiFi for anyone wondering. Both waiting areas, inside and out, are well designed and comfortable to wait in. The inside waiting area maybe the nicest waiting area I've ever been in at a car wash honestly. They also have a wonderful tribute to fallen soldiers inside commemorating their service, which is obviously very respected by anyone who walks in! Overall, if I had to recommend a service, I'd say go with their $25 wash as it doesn't cost too much and comes with a lot like vacuuming and interior cleaning. They also offer wash insurance that's good for 10 days after that lets you take your car through their washer one more time anytime you like during their open hours!

They didn't vacuum right, the door handles weren't wiped I could tell because you could see smudges for my kids. I actually saw they have the young people at the other side where it's express rather the detail people having them. The detail has older people look like they could barely walk.
