Definitely recommend these guys if you do rideshare or work a lot outdoors and use your vehicle more often than others. I had several issues stemming from work and the cleaner even found where a certain smell was coming from and cleaned it like it was nothing, while not expecting anything back for doing so. I definitely got him on a tip at the end, but you could tell the courtesy and want to go the extra mile was there from the start. Latest update: Reached out to the owner regarding money back guarantee as mentioned by him. No response. Completely ghosted my text and phone calls. In response to the business reply: PPF failure and rock chip "touch up" can be seen in new photos. I do agree that touch up isn't perfect, but the BEFORE AND AFTER PICS should let you know about their skills. It can be seen that the damage caused is MORE SIGNIFICANT than the rock chip. The clear coat is burned through and repaint is necessary. Update 1 (April 2024): Chris did my ppf and some issues came up with the edges. There were also debris caught in the ppf during installation. There were also knife marks caused during the cutting of the ppf. This can be seen in the pictures as well. Came up with excuses that the film is a new brand. If one can't score the film and not pierce through it and into the clear coat, shouldn't do ppf at all. Update 2 (June 2024): Redid the ppf but edges are still lifting. Ppf failure again...Asked for rock chip repair and he ended up leaving a blob with the clear coat burned through. Attached would be pictures of the rock chip fix and ppf failure. So sick of dealing with this business. A repaint on the hood would cost lots of money at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I would not recommend this place. This was my first time getting my car detailed and it wasn't the best experience in regards to the job done on my car. As you can see in the photos, my car was not completely cleaned. All 4 of my rims still have tons of dirt on them, the insides of my doors were not cleaned, the mirrors under the visor were not cleaned, there's sticky stuff on my ruff & trunk, my driver side visor is dirty, driver side handle is dirty, and there's a streak of black stuff that wasn't there before. There's also still dirt & crumbs in the crevices of my 2 front seats. I took my car to get detailed on Wednesday & I called Chris about an hour after I left to express my issues. He was very nice and said that I could bring my car back in and he'd touch up the areas I was concerned about. I was supposed to take my car in on Friday but something came up and he was unavailable; which was fine. We rescheduled for me to bring my car back in on Saturday instead but I haven't heard from him since. So, now I have to pay someone else to clean my car again. read more

I'm a guy who used to detail my car once a week. Not just spray wax-I mean full on wax on by hand and buff off. I used be able to eat off of every square inch of my car and spent over $100 a month in detailing products. Needless to say, I am a stickler when it comes to detailing. I recently moved in to a high rise in uptown where I obviously lacked access to a hose and a driveway. I found Flawless Detail on yelp after searching for a mobile detailer that could come to my office and wash my car while I worked. I purchased the wash and wax for $90, a price that I thought was extremely fair. You can ask Chris about my reaction when I saw the car. My brakes are Brembo's with racing-quality pads and they spew dust. My wheels are cleaner than they were when I picked up the car from the dealer. Everything was flawless and they were done FAST! Chris' communication and flexibility was outstanding and worked out a time better than what we had previously scheduled. Recently did a "detail". The guy came to my house, really nice person. It's my fault for not scanning the car better when he finished, but after he left I noticed all sorts of water spots, dirt in door jams, the top of the car was not wiped at all. The instrument dash had spots all over it, the windshield had wipe marks etc. When you pay almost $300 for a "detail", and the name of your business is "flawless detail", I expected way more honestly. I have sat on these thoughts and I just can't let it go. I was expecting a "wow" factor, and it just didn't happen. He did a good job, but it was not a detail. It was basically a general wash and interior clean. Needless, i won't use this again. It was maybe an $80 detail at most. Disappointed. read more

The detail was just okay. The car looked okay when I glanced at it upon pick up. But I noticed the passenger back seat hasn't been cleaned at the same level of detail as the right. They wiped it down, but I was dissatisfied at the lack of diligence there. As I drove home, I noticed more things. The bottom of the glove compartment had drip marks, parts of the carpet under the seats weren't vacuumed well, and, worse, leaves were still lining my windshield. I've had far better details and wouldn't come back at the price point. Very friendly staff. Just expect better attention to detail for $200-plus. read more

Best service you could ask for. A little puppy is there to play with you as you are waiting, and there is a playstation + TV for you to play whatever you like off of Netflix. Spent my hour while my car was getting detailed napping on the couch with the lil pupper on my lap. Apart from the pleasant waiting experience, the detail and car wash were fantastic. I haven't had the interior of my car cleaned in 2 years and in about an hour they brought it back to "new". Not to mention how inexpensive it is. Can't get a better value. read more

Monday, August 10 at 11am: I call because he has an online appt available at 3pm for detailing. I'm only visiting Dallas for the day so I call him to confirm. He says yes I'll be over there at 3pm. 4:22pm: I get a text "sorry I'm running late, can we reschedule to 5pm?" I'm irritated that I've had to wait at home for an extra hour and a half but whatever I can be productive. 5:24pm: He doesn't answer his cell and doesn't respond to texts 6pm: Get a text saying "sorry I can't make it today" It took a few days to get a refund and I was suspicious because of the delay but it eventually went through. The owner contacted me and I've subsequently changed parts of my review. I am disappointed I had to burn about 4 hours of my day but the owner seemed proactive in trying to fix the problem. Flawless Detail did a great job on my daughter's CRV. The car looks fantastic! I booked an appointment for an onsite Full Detail (both interior and exterior detail) using their online ordering system. Their website is clear and concise and it was easy to decide which services I wanted, the price was clearly stated, the calendar showed exactly when there were times available, and the booking process was easy. I also got a confirmation email stating what I had ordered and when they would arrive. Jeff arrived at my house exactly on the scheduled time and we looked over the car together. He confirmed that I had ordered the Full Detail and asked if I had any questions. I asked if he saw anything that would be an issue. He said no and confirmed that it would take about 3 hours. He got right to work. He has a really nice setup with everything he needed in the back of his truck - water, cleaners, power generator, pump, etc, etc. He did a fantastic job both inside and outside the vehicle. Jeff came out, on time and with an amazing attitude. He was funny and courteous and looked inside my filthy car before letting me know what he would all do and how long it would take. He said 2 hours and it took him 2 hours. Now, small back story: My car hadn't been cleaned or touched since i bought it two years ago. Yes, I'm a slob. A disgusting monster. However, Jeff didn't judge. I'm sure he could put together a new pet from the amount of animal fur he pulled out of my vehicle, but in the end, he did a fantastic job. He said he would make it look like a new car and he wasn't exaggerating. I feel like I just bought it. 10/10 would use Flawless Detail, and especially Jeff, for an interior clean again. UPDATE: Used Flawless again on 6/6/18, and this time Chris visited and showed the same professional courtesy that I'm now coming to expect. he was on time, finished when he said he would, and my vehicle is back to showroom condition. My friends and I have been looking for a reasonably priced hand car wash place and unfortunately Flawless fell short today. First the store front is a little hard to spot and not what you expect. You pull into a random shopping center and its in the middle of it - like you don't pull into a garage or anything, they pull it around back for you. The waiting room itself is sufficient - one couch and cable tv and video games. At this point Im still optimistic and waited for 1 hr 20 min - which is about right for a decent job. I got the basic wash just to try it out and see if they could do a standard good job - hold up to what they advertise online and that would give me more trust with premium services. He did try to upsell but wasn't pushing too hard. The wash itself was a mix of good and bad - overall decent job, but missed random spots. They advertise tire dressing online, but didn't add any. I even asked about it and he said it doesn't come with the basic wash - unfortunate response for something that takes 5 minutes to do. Of course i had the website handy but I already gave him the opportunity and didn't want to extend the interaction at that point. I open the doors and the floor mats are wet - I open the trunk and that mat wasn't touched. On the plus side he did put conditioner on my soft top which wasn't expected so that was nice. Superb washing and mobile service, however I DO NOT recommend you let them touch your car with a DA polisher. Their services should be utilized for car washing and not any type of paint/clear coat related services. I allowed Flawless Detail to polish my paint before I applied a ceramic sealant, and trusted that the work was done thoroughly prior to applying it, however, after seeing the paint in direct sunlight a week later it was VERY evident that the man behind the polisher left trails of swirls behind him. These swirls are unlike the ones produced by hand washing with dirty mitts. The marks left behind are very finely overlapped and are tell tale signs of DA misuse. Should have realized as any high end shop told me the work would take about half a day to finish, while Flawless Detail was able to completely polish a BLACK midsize SUV in ~2hrs. *Facepalm* For what its worth it is my fault for not EXTENSIVELY inspecting the vehicle, so charging this one to the game, I guess. Doesn't mean I take all responsibility. Wouldn't recommend using them for a precision detail. Devil's in the details. Oh yea... they were late too. After confirming my appointment. I probably shouldn't have to get a rag and wipe a bunch of spots and clean the steering wheel 5 minutes after the detailing. I broke my cardinal rule and let my 3 year old bring her almond milk in our car. She accidentally knocked it from the cup holder and I didn't realize it for 48 hours. Flawless Detail is the real deal. The key is in the detail, and their employees will not leave a single stone unturned when it comes to the cleanliness of your car. I had left my car windows open overnight, and my car ended up taking quite the lengthy shower. Fast forward two days and the smell of mildew was absolutely unbearable. Queue Flawless detail. I called the Company at 9:00 AM, scheduled a 2:00 appointment, and five hours later Matt shows up in a large white van ready to go with the Interior Detail, Basic Wash, Deodorizer, and Lexol Leather treatment. Let me just say this, Matt is a car detail wizard, and I mean that in the best way possible. The exterior looked as clean and shiny as the day I purchased the car, and the interior was just as immaculate. I don't think I've ever seen my car wheels and rims that clean/shiny before. Not even at the dealership! Mildew smell that permeated the air as soon as you opened the door? Gone. Stains on the carpet and leather? Vanished. Scheduled an apt 3 weeks ago with Jeff for today at 11am for two cars as Christmas presents. NO CALL/NO SHOW. I called and spoke with them and they said they would call back. They still haven't called me back and I called again and left a voicemail. Luckily, last minute Helping Hands Auto Detail squeezed me in today and I got both cars detailed. I came across this place after searching in multiple locations for a decent place that will not hurt my 2016 Ford Mustang. My car is so brand new i was a bit afraid to take it for a "car wash" or similar. i started searching around my area (Frisco) and found a couple of places that had good reviews but they were expensive (around 300+) to do what i was hoping to do. Today at work i decided to see what i have close by to my work to see if i can maybe do it during lunch. i came across this place, obviously i noticed first thing the Yelp reviews, then i switched on to Google reviews and then i checked their menu... Their prices are EXTREMELY fair !! 90$ for internal/external plus Wax? that was a great selling point... After a while i decided to try it, their website is so awesome and extremely friendly, even on mobile. i was able to make my order and pay. The best part? no need to call, get up-charged/up-sale/be pushed into taking a more expensive package etc... i paid, 2 minutes and got the confirmation email and left work to give this a try. I got there and Chris greeted me, off the bat the guy was nice. He expected me and asked me if i am the one who set up an APT for 2PM, i said yes and we went to check the car. He agreed and mentioned by himself that he is checking the car for any damage and the car looks great/clean and new. there was ZERO discussion about any up-sale/up-charge or anything - that was AWESOME ! i asked a few questions on the process since it was my first time ever getting a car detailed (never had a bad-ass car before, so this was a first). He answered all questions, pointed me to the waiting area where they had a sofa and a TV with cable, the place also had TWC hotspot so i was able to just take out the laptop, connect and continue working. i paid for a 1 hour clean inside/outside/wax. They took their sweet time and did it in an hour and 45 minutes, which is great. Why? because it shows that they took their time and not just "in and out, pay us thank you bye bye". The place looks like a mom and pop shop, which i LOVE . give you a good feeling they care for their customers. they did a great job, and by they i mean Chris since he was the only one there i take it he was the one working on my car. When he was done he brought up the car showed it to me, we did a walkthrough. i found a few locations where the wax needed a bit smoothing, which was great cause it proved that they actually used wax and not just said so. The car looked and smelled great. He offered me to go buy wax myself and do it myself, told me where to go and how much it will cost me. That shows honesty.... But Honestly, since he did such a great job at such a great price and was honest with me. i think i will make him/his place my go to place every 2 months just to show my appreciation and help his business. I have used Chris and his company numerous times in the past. The first time I had an appointment no one showed up at the shop. I reached out and they made it right. I would come every 2-3 weeks for a hand wash and once every 3-4 months a full detail. I made an appointment last week and showed up at 10am. I waited until 10:15 and once again no one showed up so I left. I was just going to let it go and not say anything to see if they would reach out to me and about 5 hours later I sent Chris a text and within 5 minutes his employee called me saying he was there. I told him the door was locked and I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and there was no sign of anyone there so left. I have decided this would be my final straw with this business as I drove about 20 minutes out of my way to get a hand wash. They do amazing work just not reliable. The employee had the balls to say I thought you didn't show up because of the weather and I took that as an insult and let him know I'm Not that type of person and would at least contact you. Maybe their mobile service is more reliable who knows......like I said love the work just not the reliability.
