The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. Upon picking up the car, the results were phenomenal, both inside and out. I look forward to washing the car for the first time to see how easy the dirt just comes off with minimal effort. I bought a used truck, "As Is" off a dealer lot... as if I am an Idiot! Prior owner had hacked all the wiring all through the dash installing his own radio & trailer brake lights. I paid the dealer to replace burned out starter... then the generator that ate 2 Sears batteries... then the ECM Finally, while on Yelp one day, by luck I landed on an account that reviewed Jay, and this lady was joyous! I hobbled my vehicle over, left it with Jay. Took out my mountain bike to cruise the area. Jay called later, said "Got er Done!" Jay showed me the Frankenstein spaghetti wiring harness that he yanked out of my dash "As Is" OMG! Now for good part: brand new taillight assemblies, wired correctly, now no more dead batteries. Radio works correctly, and gadgets lights are better to read in all types of light. Horn works, and turn signals too. You know, the dealership already replaced the ECM for $1,000? I got all this done for $600 cash it was 5 hours, but I was out goofing around so it went by fast, no complaints. Jay is a good guy, but just 1 guy, so your deal with Jay is how you make the deal. Obviously not a rush job mechanic. If you bring the correct parts, that could be a deal maker.

I found Tony's after looking online for the best car tint shops in the area - especially those who…read morespecialize in working on Tesla vehicles, and they were easily the top result. Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. In summary, if you want your vehicle tint installed professionally by some hard-working honest folks who know their craft really well and care about quality - go see Tony and his wife Lisa.
