I've contemplated posting my review but feel others should take precautions and be warned. I initially just gave a quick glance over after they finished because this was done while I was working. After I got off and inspected my car I realized, they damaged my driver seat and claim that it was like that when they arrived. I've only had my car for over a year and I'm the only one that drives it and know for a fact that this is far from the truth. There was also what look like wet splatter on the passenger side, which after the it has dried has turned into an brown stain. Which defeats the whole purpose of me contacting this company. I'm a full time worker, student and mom. I don't have time to be arguing with someone who refuses to take responsibility for the actions or to act with integrity. Please do your due diligence. I guess the old saying "you get what you paid for" has never been more true. I booked a full car detail with Ultimate Steam thinking that I'd continue to support small businesses, but boy did it end up costing me in the end. Now, I know Covid19 makes things different, but this wasn't anything that was unique in the sense that I didn't need to be around since they came to my home to detail the car; so far so good. They arrived as scheduled to my home and the first sign of trouble was that they didn't have everything they needed to perform their job and needed to borrow a length of hose to connect their equipment. As far as the detail was concerned they took a couple of hours to finish. It was windy outside so acorns and leaves kept falling into their area which I didn't fault then for. What I will fault them for is the COMPLETE lack of attention to detail. As the pictures below will show there were a lot of items they missed and/or completely ignored. Beginning with the engine compartment it looked like they cleaned what was easily accessible. There was still dust and dirt in areas that I would've expected to have been cleaned as promised, which they were not. Next inside the vehicle in the front driver/passenger area there was A LOT missed. The steering wheel had not been wiped down as it was still dirty. Inside the crevices there was no cleaning done there, just what they could reach with a rag. The headliner had not been touched AT ALL as well as the visors and other cloth areas. The stick shift still had a piece of candy my son dropped! The grand prize was when I pulled out the center storage rubber thingy and was showered with a black ink like liquid. Not the highlight of my day! Moving on the the middle of the vehicle, the center console was obviously not opened and cleaned, with the headliner in the middle area untouched as well. As we made our way to the rear it was obvious the seats had NOT been completely opened from their stowed positions to clean as the back of the seats were littered with leaves. I know the back seats weren't moved because when we opened them some of my childrens items and their mess was still in the seats! I asked on of the guys if he could vacuum the debris to which he replied "well there's was a lot of leaves blowing", instead of just getting it cleaned as requested. The outside of the vehicle was clean, but I could've gotten my car the same level of clean on the outside from a $15 carwash at 7-Eleven. i was promised some "before and after" pics from the gentlemen who cleaned my vehicle, but I've yet to receive those. As far as communication goes after the fact it has been ABYSMAL. I sent whoever answers their texts photos of the poor job and I was told that they would be back to "make it right". They asked if they could come back on a Thursday to which I agreed to. I got a reply stating that they would be in touch with an ETA, which I never received. The only notification I did receive was that they couldn't make it to fix their mistakes and that they would "check their schedule" and be in touch. I asked when that would be roughly since the last time they missed us we waited at home ALL DAY for them to never come. Since my last reply of when they'd reschedule went unanswered I do not believe that they are going to "make things right". I didn't think I had to go thru checking behind their work after the fact (since we had errands to run the day they cleaned my vehicle) and did a check look over before they left. As a business that's supposed to pride itself in making good on it's promises on quality, communication, and pride in their work I received NONE of these. I cannot and will not recommend this establishment as again you will definitely get what you paid for. read more

Diego exceeded my expections with my daughter's recently purchased used Toyota Corolla today. We really wanted to focus on interior clean up on the upholstery and headliner and console. There were stains in various places and I hoped the situation could be improved. Well, the results were better than expected, the entire interior looks really clean and almost brand new. I was not sure everything could be cleaned up, but they did it. There were also some exterior marks on the paint in certain areas and Diego took on this aspect as well, making the finish look so shiny and new. The steam cleaning works so well. I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the pricing we very competitive and responsiveness was great too. We plan to have another car done soon. Highly recommended for detailing especially when it's done right in your own driveway. It was cold outside and no problem for these guys! read more

This is the third time I've used Diego and his team. AMAZING WORK GENTLEMEN! This time I asked for them to take care of both my parents cars. They did both at the same time to keep the time flowing but never missed a details. I requested a full interior and exterior detail. They managed to get 99.99% of the dog hair out. That 1% is some just hiding out of sight. They got down to being able to detail the nooks and crannies that cars have and didn't miss a spot. As as suggestion they added a clear coat wax that would last for 3 months. The price came out to be $500 (including tip) but fuck it, they didn't miss a spot and it was hot as hell. My only regret was not offering them water sooner like the host I should have been. Sorry guys! Beer on me next time! read more

A little late with this review, but better late than never. Had the guys come out back in October. They did an excellent job. Detailed both my SUV's. Had them sparkling under the Texas sun. The windows were clean and clear - inside and out. The inside reminded me of when I first got them. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and it showed. Customer service was great. Very happy with their service! I just purchased my dad's old 2008 Toyota Sienna minivan to drive home to Seattle since he's purchased a new car. Over the years of use transporting family and friends and home supplies, it's gotten quite dirty, with stains and dirt in many areas of the car. I wanted to give the car a fresh start and so hired Ultimate Steam to come clean the car, as their quote for interior detailing (wipe down, and deep clean shampoo carpet) beat out other venders I got a quote from. Once they came, they spent just under 3 hours making sure the carpet and interior was well cleaned, and their result was spectacular! They really made sure to deep clean really well to get rid as much of the stubborn stains as possible, and I'm very pleased with the results. Results aside, I've also found them to be very professional and kind. I had an afternoon appointment, and they were running slightly behind but communicated well in advanced that they'll be just a little late. During cleaning, they offered to have me watch and see how they clean the car, which I really appreciated, as some venders don't like it when you 'supervise' their work but you can tell Ultimate Steam took pride in their work and it really shows! read more

Wow! Beautiful Job! The team cleaned & polished my '68 Camaro with perfect attention to detail. I have a lot of aluminum on my engine that had dulled. They worked under the hood cleaning and polishing to the point it looks like the day I installed it all again. Interior and exterior looks like new again. They handled everything from the moment I first contacted with the utmost professionalism. Showed up on time as scheduled without a single hiccup and wore their face masks throughout the entire job. I purchased my Jaguar F-Pace without a test drive and when it arrived I discovered that someone had smoked in it. The smell wasn't terrible but it was definitely still there 8 months later. Yesterday in the middle of the night our bathroom sink main line broke and tons of water started comming out my wife asked on Yelp for a reliable plumber within minutes we got a fast response and got the help we needed within an hour the plumber was at our home getting it fixed.
