I've been to both this location and their new APEX Auto Spa NorthPark Center location where I will now always go to get my Porsche 911 hand-car washed! I went to APEX Detail for their full surface decontamination and APEX Level I paint correction service. I then elected to have APEX Detail install their 10 year self-healing clear bra on the entire nose of my vehicle and I literally can't even tell there is clear bra on the car. There is ZERO seams or clear bra lines and I have a black Porsche so it's real easy to see imperfections. They did an amazing job and topped it all off with their APEX Ceramic Pro Silver Service Pack and APEX Ceramic Pro Wheel Service Pack. I have never seen my car with this much depth and slickness. They powder coated my wheels gloss black and redid my calipers in red! I also went with their fully integrated K40 radar laser system and had them install Hüper Optik Ceramic window film on the front windshield and car, literally the best window tint in the world and the cleanest installation I've ever received. APEX exceeded my expectations beyond what I had ever imagined. From my initial conversation with the OWNER to my interactions with his staff, installers and office persons all the way to the final product it was a pleasure doing business here. I love the private location inside Addison Airport where you need to be let in through the security gates of the airfield. Makes me feel real safe my car is in great hands. And now with their location at NorthPark Center I can go grab food or do some shopping on my lunch break and get the hand-car wash maintenance washes and I know they won't hurt the clear bra or coating. This is probably the best type of specialized auto body/detail service you can get in the area. If you are looking for cheap cookie cutter patch type of service, this is not your place. These guys are serious and so should you if you are willing to pay for quality and you are proud of the things you own and care for, like a nice car. Since day one, when dealing with Daniel and his crew, I knew that they know what they are doing, they are artists, love their job, and that this is not a place you go to get "commodity" type of service. I put a lot of thought, research, and effort into finding the products I wanted and the people who can best apply and maintain that product, but what made me want to do business with APEX was the uncompromising attitude towards giving you best quality and no waste of anyone's time. So I recently had my car cleaned and detailed by APEX. I found them through their new location APEX Auto Spa NorthPark Center, where they do light detailing, window tinting and hand-car washing. That lead me to put some clear bra on my headlights and hood, powder coat my wheels gloss black and get one of those new ceramic coatings that's all the craze right now. I love my car, though I don't always treat it right and being a woman I am always afraid to go shopping for car things as I sometimes feel I'm being taken advantage of or that I don't know my car stuff. I have VW Golf R that is a perfect car, but one that I was getting a little bored with as of late. It is really understated car, so I wanted to differentiate it with some custom vinyl highlights. I asked around and was referred to Apex by a friend at icandy Auto Body. It was a GREAT referral. I went in with a set of ideas. Apex owner Daniel Coyle mulled them over, suggested some others, and together we came up with a comprehensive strategy. In the end, we added the highlights and also did some protective film to the front end. The car came out much better than expected. I am thrilled with the work that APEX performed on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I had them polish it, put clear bra on the full front for protection (with all the construction on the roads I was starting to notice more and more rock chips and wanted that to stop) and then they performed a complete exterior ceramic coating. My car is super easy to clean, I've noticed no more rock chips and it's super glossy and slick to the touch. Great customer service, the guys there were all nice and as a women in the car world I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of in the least. The work was excellent, the products they sold do what they say they will do and the customer service was top notch. My 4Runner looks better now than it did brand new! read more

Auto detailing/customization at APEX is amazing. The shop was highly recommended to me so I took my sports car there for a vinyl wrap. I wanted to do the entire car to achieve very cool distinctive look, but that was all I had in my head. Dan sat down with me and sketched some ideas for me to think about. During this process it became very clear that Dan and his shop are artistic and have a strong sense about what would look good on the car. I picked the wrap project and they went to work. After the work was done the car looked incredibly cool. Not only that but inspecting the work close up, I couldn't tell it was a wrap, it looked like new paint. I had my car treated with Ceramic Pro at Apex Automotive Company. The results were unbelievable and I am at a loss of superlatives to describe the look and appearance of the car. They did a superb job and vastly exceeded my expectations. It has to be seen to be admired and appreciated, no description in a review will do it justice. Had our 2017 Mustang detailed by Daniel at Apex. We have had previous cars done there, and his level of expertise and professionalism can't be beat. So with 200 miles on the new car, we took it straight to Apex for a paint correcting polish to remove contamination and any imperfections. He then sealed the paint with a ceramic coating. I had a disappointing experience with Apex Detail. On drop-off day, there was no response when I called despite having a scheduled appointment. I waited for 40 minutes just to be allowed inside the gate. To make matters worse, after paying a considerable amount, my car's interior was still dirty, with noticeable crumbs that I could pick up with my fingers. This level of service didn't justify the high cost of the hand wash, leaving me feeling overcharged for the quality of work provided. read more

Excellent customer service. I was about to go on a loooong car trip and my friend blew out one of my speakers. These guys were able to get my speaker ordered and installed by the next morning -- car trip saved!!!!! They have done work on my corvette and my jaguar. Someone over-sprayed paint on my corvette and they were able to remove all of it and clean it so well the car repels water and dirt, so worth it. The jaguar got the paint calipers dressed up and it really sets the car off. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Daniel detailed and removed some plastidip on my 2015 Challenger prior to me trading it in. The car was immaculate and spotless. So much so I almost opted to keep it and not give it up. Had Dan and the gang spiffy up and fix some PPF issues on my corvette..also had him swap out my aftermarket headlights while they were at it. Work always blows my mind.
