You can save you money if you go to Seeon Auto. Seeon Auto is very "honest" to their customer. If a customer does not need any service (fixing any part you wonder), they check up and say honestly that you can fix next time, not immediately. I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them. The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines. If you don't bring your cell phone charger, don't worry. You can use it free with coffee. Would you like to compare to Korean coffee and Americano coffee? Try it there :) They have both.

I've acquired car knowledge only through owning the ones I've had and it's all been bare minimum. All that to say, I have not felt like she was talking over me. I have not felt like this company is trying to take advantage of me, AT ALL. Unfortunately mechanics have a bad reputation but this company has proven to me that they are honest people. I've had to get an oil change and all of my coils replaced. They tried to see if my car would allow just the second coil being replaced but after starting my car a couple times, my car wanted 1,3 & 4 replaced as well. Anyway, I had to leave my car overnight which it's in an area that didn't give me any anxiety so there was no fear of my car getting vandalized. My car is running good-as-new so I'm def pleased that the problem has been resolved. You are able to buy the parts for your car and they will use those, since that can cut on cost. Those parts will not be under their warranty. I had to get my car fixed asap so I didn't go that route but it's def good info to know if you don't need to get it fixed immediately. My only complaint? That I am unable to interact with the mechanics in the garage. I love chatting with people and making new friends but then again..... this is already the hottest and most humid summer I've experienced in DFW (yall, I work outside as a laborer so I get to stand on this soapbox) The opposite of a complaint now: they offer free candy, cokes & water and also free play on arcade games while you wait. Aaaaand if you're curious, yes, there is a bidet in the bathroom. No, I didn't use it myself. 10/10 will use this auto shop again and again

I researched several places and it became such a chore. I'm a proactive type of person vs. reactive and wanted everything checked and serviced at a reasonable and fair price. With AI and Google is becoming increasingly more difficult to get scammed. I didn't do what I usually do with requesting the old parts that were removed from the car but I figured with the paperwork and warranty that I'd be okay. Overall it was a Fantastic experience. I was on the fence with two of the repairs and the discussions I had with them, I chose not to do one of them since I'm not the owner of the car. They explained it could wait age I cos give her the option to move forward with the others. Yes, I paid a pretty penny but they were fair, fast, and detailed. Is definitely used then again and recommend them to my friends in the DFW area.

To be honest one was really bad, and BOTH were on fender crease lines that looked impossible to repair. When I got her car back, all of the hail damage was repaired and they also were able to fix the side dents. The car looked like brand new. I'm still in disbelief they were able to fix the ugly dents on the side! Fantastic work and an easy process. They took the insurance check and worked with my insurance to ensure it was covered. I hope to not need them again, but if I ever do I'll definitely be back!
