I was completely blown away by how honest and professional this company is! I had requested glass replacement for my 2013 Dodge Durango, because I was told the seal around the windshield was loose and that's why it was making a buzzing sound at high speed. Instead of coming out and charging me to replace the windshield for a solution that he knew would not work, AJ called me immediately and let me know what the most likely problem was. He said the windshield replacement would not solve it, and that I needed to re-seal or replace the cowl under the windshield wipers. He was right.! When I do have a problem with my auto glass, this will be the first guy that I call! Thank you so much, AJ.! read more

I called and got same-day service for my wife's car. The price was reasonable. The installer clearly explained how the windshield was replaced, gave some useful safety tips, and finished in under an hour with a flawless installation. I'd highly recommend the company. read more

Early on a Thursday morning after deciding not to do business with a well known auto glass replacement company, I contacted AJ for a windshield replacement. Despite the early hour he responded almost immediately, collected all necessary info, and suggested three different times/dates he would come to my home for the repair. Within just a few hours he was here, and 45 minutes later I had a new windshield installed for a great price. AJ is Professional, honest, and knows his stuff. I have already recommended him to several people. He's simply the best around. read more

AJ deserves more than 5 stars. Prompt, clear communications. Speedy, tidy work. Full windshield replacement in 30 minutes, faster than a doctor's visit. I'm glad that Safelite stood me up 3 times in the past week. Otherwise, my survival instinct would not have kicked in to prompt me to reach out to First Choice Glass. read more

First Choice Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - McKinney, Texas

I had a big crack in my windshield and was looking for pricing. When I called safelite, I was told that there is a nationwide shortage and that it would take a couple weeks for an appointment. 1st choice glass service was so quick and responsible. They were able to provide me with a quote and drive up to the house at the appointment time to change it for me. The appointment time was within a week. At first, he told me that they couldn't take my insurance, but when he came to change the windshield, he was able to bill the insurance, so I only needed to pay my copay, which was a nice surprise. Service was friendly and professional. I could tell he provided a lot of care and integrity in his work. read more

Very nice and did great job...expected to smell glue or cement but there was no oder at all.

Someone broke out a back window in my old Equinox, and my mechanic (First Choice automotive, no relation) recommended them. Turns out I had had their help before. They are fast and reasonable. Obviously I would use them again (because I did, lol). And they come to a location near you--both times I met them at a Home Depot parking lot about 20 miles from me. It was great! read more

We took a rock to the driver window while driving on the highway from Austin to Princeton. 1st Choice Glass Service promptly and professionally answered my call and was a little bit less than the other company I had talked to so we booked for same-day on-site service. They came within the arrival window of time and completed the replacement for us. Thanks! read more

Great service! My windshield needed replacing, called 1st choice at 7.33am and left a voicemail, received a callback from AJ one minute later with an extremely reasonable quote. We connected with 1st Choice through Yelp when we needed to replace our windshield. They promptly responded to our inquiries and got us on the schedule for replacement within a couple of days. He came to our home to do the work which was SO convenient for us. It took about an hour and the finished work was good. I'm giving 4 stars only because my windshield wiper was not put back on straight. Had to get hubby out there to take it off and realign it. Other than that it was a great experience. read more

Based on others reviews and calling around and verifying 1st Choice has the best price, I went with them to replace my windshield. AJ came out at the exact scheduled time, and called ahead just as he said he would. He is a one man show and very professional and attentive to detail. He doesn't have or need all the high overhead of the higher end shops, which is why he can offer the lower prices. He is a great guy with a great work ethic. I'm very pleased with the job and would highly recommend 1st Choice if you need a window replacement for your car. I'd use him again for sure. read more

HOLY COW! What amazing customer service (even when it turned out I hadn't actually been a customer...oops)! I had an an issue with a windshield replacement which, as it turned out, a different company installed. They were out the next day to fix it for me anyway! A rock hit my windshield and the next day the crack appeared. Ugh. I called my insurance company and found out my deductible. Even though I my insurance company is paying the rest, I figured I'd call around. I called 1st Choice and the two places the insurance company recommended. Huge difference in price. I went with 1st Choice because they were closer and cheaper and they were a small local company. Showed up at agreed upon time. Install was quick and entertaining to watch. Absolutely no complaints and I'd definitely recommend 1st Choice to others. I also let my insurance company know their recommendations were expensive and they might want to check out 1st Choice. read more

AJ was very professional and removed and replaced my rear window in a timely manner. Mobile service will come to you. Great experience.
