Submitted a claim to State Farm via their mobile app, selected AAA Freedom Auto glass as recommended by a friend AND as an approved local shop. That was Friday afternoon. By early Saturday morning, Shawn had called and texted me to advise he would be available by 11:00 to complete the repair at his shop. In the meantime, his brother had gone down and returned from their glass supplier in Dallas, so when I arrived they were ready to begin. Friendly and competent. They have been working in the industry since 2001 and their experience shows. A small shop, family business worth visiting, in my humble opinion, for your future glass needs. $0 deductible - $0 out of pocket cost. As a caveat, I am a State Farm agent who uses our partner service providers whenever possible to experience exactly what our policyholders would. I went through SafeCo and Safelite and was sent AAA freedom auto glass to my work parking lot. My car was hit by a tiny rock on the way to Fairview. I called Safelite and was with them within the hour, fast customer service. They arrived fast and were willing to work with my life. Before they worked on my car, they stated that they could not 100% positive make the crack go away. They said that they will make sure that it is sealed and will not crack any further. I believed them and I agreed. They filled my car windshield in the parking lot and it was not how I liked. The riesen they used was so visible. I complained to Safelite and AAA and they were willing to work with me by giving me $100 off to replacement windshield. Next day, my windshield completely cracked all the way and I told them and they continued to offer me that deal. I am not working with them anymore because I am going through my insurance to ensure that I do not have to pay any more money. Pros: + fast customer service + good response time and trying to make customer happy Cons: + my car windshield cracked even more after the attempted to fill it. I am aware that you can not guarantee the cosmetic part but it cracked even more after they filled it. read more

I have used AAA Freedom Auto Glass twice now. Once to replace my windshield on my old F150 a few weeks back and again for a really bad new chip on my windshield on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both times they responded very quickly and did a great job. They were even ON TIME both times. They were very friendly and even warned me the fix on my chipped windshield would be a 50/50 shot at a repair since it was so bad BEFORE they did the work. Did an amazing job on my windshield. Only complaint was that when they replaced the windshield, they also replaced my back up mirror attached to it, and it was warped! I called them as soon as I realized and they were quick about coming out to my house to replace it free of charge. read more

So apparently these guys like to scam folks. I call to make an appointment to have my rear windshield on an f150 2018 replaced yesterday. I'm quoted a price of 595 for the replacement using my vin year make and model. Now all of a sudden they get to there suppliers this morning and they're telling me my window is going to cost me $1100. Horrible language after I tell them they're giving me the run around.
