I have used this company probably four times everything went flawlessly this last time basically ghosted me after telling me he would be here at a certain time. I reached out to him to see if he would be able to arrive the next day via text no response.. again the first time I used this company they were great with this last time not so great. read more

Quick and responsive but the guy who came to replace the glass is kind of rude. But the overall service was good. Toyota 2017 RAV4 windshield replacement. read more

Gene was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Encouraged me to get a few other opinions and ask around as well as answered all my questions. Was told that the rock chip repair will prevent any further cracking and will visually reduce the crack by about 70-80%, which is a fair assessment of the results (visually). He personally performed the repair and was done in less than 30 minutes. Will definitively keep his contact in my phone for any future chips! read more

I decided to give Gene a call to get more information. He was professional and was able to promptly provide me with a quote. And just like that, within 2 hours a specialist showed up at my door. Justin, the specialist did a terrific job! I'll be sure to contact them again if needed Thanks again! read more

I was worried that the bullseye spiderweb chip was too big. Right about the size of a quarter with a few threads out beyond that. It is on a Tesla where the windshield can cost a lot and take a long time to do. I called after 8 pm. Gene was still open and scheduled an appointment right away for 10-12 the next day. They showed up on time. Did the job thoughtfully with skill and quickly. They have a lot of experience and it shows. Very professional attitude as well I have had this type of crack repaired in the past. I could still see it. This repair looks amazing. Only a tiny pinhead is now visible read more

My car was broken into and both the driver side windows were smashed. I called GlassLogic yesterday, they came out to my place today and had both windows repaired perfectly in a couple hours! He even vacuumed up the glass (there was a lot). Very affordable price! Thank you so much to Andrew and team for helping fix my car so quickly and providing wonderful customer service. Getting your car broken into is never fun, but this place made it so easy to get my car back on the road. I would highly recommend if you are in need to glass repair. read more

I had a rock chip cracked windshield repaired. The service was outstanding. Thank you so much.

Super fast response time and repair. I love that they came to my house. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to text and send pictures and they gave me a quote before even coming out. Highly recommended. read more

Took 4 calls but they called me back and had me scheduled same day. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly. Wanted to support local and being priced lower than the big guys was a plus. I hope to never use their services but if I need to I'll be sure to give them a call. read more

Did a great job repairing a crack in my windshield. Drove to my place of work and handled it with no issues.

Two of the cars at my house had chips and I was searching on yelp for the best place to get them repaired, which lead me to finding GlassLogic. After seeing all 5 star reviews for GlassLogic I was skeptical, surely all of these reviews aren't 5 stars are they? To my surprise they were, every single one. I called the business and spoke to Gene and asked for a quote as well as how it all worked. He explained to me that he uses top quality industry products and each repair comes with a life time warranty. Everything was quick and he scheduled me in the next day. He texted me a 30 minutes heads up when he was heading towards me. When he came I saw that I actually had another chip in the same car, which only costed another $10 (super cheap) since it was on the same window. The three chips took about an hour to repair, all without me having to leave me house! Gene takes card, cash, or check, and is super friendly. I recommend them to anyone who needs a chip repair; glad I have found my goto place! read more

This place was great! They fixed a chip in my windshield in about 20 minutes! Damien came out to fix it & he was so kind and informative! They're a little bit more expensive than others, but they use a high end resin & offer a lifetime warranty. I highly highly recommend this place if you need to get a windshield repair! I will definitely be calling them again for any future chips! read more

I had an excellent experience today. Called yesterday and was given an appointment for this afternoon at my office. I had previously gone to the national chain glass repair facility and told it couldn't be repaired. I was quoted $320 to replace my SUV windshield there and couldn't get an appointment for several days. I was told there not to worry it wouldn't spread, within 2 days it spread in three areas. They also wanted an additional $40 to come to me. Glad I cancelled and found Glasslogic on Yelp. Glasslogic quoted $335 which included coming to my office. It was completed in less than 30 minutes, with registration and toll tag transferred to the new windshield with no issue thus far. Very thankful for the efficiency and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend! read more

Last night a truck carrying a ton of construction equipment had a few rocks flying behind it resulting in a rock chip on my windscreen. This morning I called and spoke to Zack, who sent Damien - and the rock chip was repaired 1.5 hours after that first phone call. It comes with a lifetime guarantee as well. 100% recommended! read more

I called them on a Saturday morning to fix a small, but rapidly spreading, crack in my windshield. Damien came to my house within an hour and had it repaired in no time. Would use again (though I hope I don't have to!) read more

We suffered a crack in our windshield and needed a replacement. The coordination was a cluster and I was in communication with multiple employees during coordinating efforts. Finger pointing to their employees were the result of the unorganized times and or places to meet. Unfortunately for my wallet we used this company paying over $425 where as their competition I paid $385 and it was done right however, fortunately for our safety we had to replace the window again 2 weeks later. Their competitors' window technician was quick to point out several of their deficiencies and potential safety faults secondary to the seal and sloppy work, in addition they scratched the vehicle frame. It turns out we over paid for the windshield and received subpar work in comparison to their competitor. The technicians from this company showed up in a raggedy beat up vehicle and their appearance was less than desirable as well. End state: I do not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again in the future. I recommend to the owner to clean up their business practices and retrain their employees. I believe in fair and honest assessments and will provide positive assessments if the business warrants it. read more

Called GlassLogic 7/30 based on the other Yelp reviews and they certainly didn't disappoint me. I was thinking I'd be scheduling my windshield chip repair hopefully for the next day or two. Gene had me text him a photo of the rock chip to verify that it was repairable and told me the end result would be about 95% invisible. And the best news was that Damien would be at my house to repair it within the hour. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Damien showed up right on time, spent about 20 or so minutes to repair the rock chip and I'd say that the end result was more like 99% invisible. A tiny speck on the windshield is the only remaining evidence. Really, this is definitely the place to turn to, at least for windshield rock chip repairs. Fantastic duo to work with. read more

Couldn't be happier. Got a small pit in my car from a rock yesterday. Called GlassLogic today and Mark was here in less than 20 minutes. He spent nearly an hour repairing the windshield and explained everything he was doing. Even told us how to submit this to our insurance for a no-fault claim. Such a great technician. You don't find quality guys like this anymore. He took his time and did a great job. Thanks Mark! Highly recommend GladsLogic for all your windshield repairs. read more

I have a 7 year old VW Touareg that is in excellent condition except for headlights that had turned a hazy yellow. I was SHOCKED by the results after Mark worked his magic. While he was apologizing for not being able to get them perfect, I was thinking to myself, this looks better than when I bought the car brand new. It makes so much of a difference to the appearance of your car, more so than I had expected. Mark is a perfectionist and a very nice guy to boot. My wife's car is next in line and anyone else I can corral will definitely be sent to Mark. Read more: http://www.glasslogic-windshield-repair.com/dyn/C2/SubmitInvitation#ixzz1VKEYuoSE read more

I was driving on the highway and a rock hit the windshield of my 2013 Lexus ES 350. It left a pretty bad chip which was on the driver side of the windshield, more towards the top. So although it wasn't in my line of sight, my eyes kept going to the chip because it was a big distraction. I contacted Mark due to the 5 star Yelp reviews. He responded quickly, gave me a quote, and the very next day took care of the chip. He came to our house instead of me having to drive to him. The chip is still noticeable, but it's no where near as large as it was before the repair. Keep in mind that this is just a repair. If you want to remove a large chip completely, you will have to replace your windshield. Overall I'm happy with his work and response time. And he insures all his repairs! Would definitely recommend him to others in need of a windshield repair. read more

These guys were awesome. Easy to communicate with, prompt, affordable and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Our windshield was hit by a rock just two days before we had to turn it in to the leasing company. We called Glass Logic and Jamal immediately started the process to help get our needs linked up to our insurance claim. Ultimately, the insurance company's customer service let us down, and we ended up turning the car into the leasing company with the damaged windshield, but Jamal was a rock-star, and spent HOURS on the phone trying to get us taken care of. He really went out of his way to try and get us a new windshield. I have no doubt that they would have done a fantastic job replacing our windshield. Jamal deserves a huge THANK YOU for all his efforts. We recommend this business based solely on his exceptional customer service! read more
