I called the business and spoke to Gene and asked for a quote as well as how it all worked. He texted me a 30 minutes heads up when he was heading towards me. When he came I saw that I actually had another chip in the same car, which only costed another $10 (super cheap) since it was on the same window. I had an excellent experience today. Called yesterday and was given an appointment for this afternoon at my office. I had previously gone to the national chain glass repair facility and told it couldn't be repaired. I was quoted $320 to replace my SUV windshield there and couldn't get an appointment for several days. I was told there not to worry it wouldn't spread, within 2 days it spread in three areas. They also wanted an additional $40 to come to me. Glad I cancelled and found Glasslogic on Yelp. Glasslogic quoted $335 which included coming to my office. It was completed in less than 30 minutes, with registration and toll tag transferred to the new windshield with no issue thus far. Very thankful for the efficiency and excellent customer service. We suffered a crack in our windshield and needed a replacement. The coordination was a cluster and I was in communication with multiple employees during coordinating efforts. Finger pointing to their employees were the result of the unorganized times and or places to meet. Unfortunately for my wallet we used this company paying over $425 where as their competition I paid $385 and it was done right however, fortunately for our safety we had to replace the window again 2 weeks later. Their competitors' window technician was quick to point out several of their deficiencies and potential safety faults secondary to the seal and sloppy work, in addition they scratched the vehicle frame. It turns out we over paid for the windshield and received subpar work in comparison to their competitor. The technicians from this company showed up in a raggedy beat up vehicle and their appearance was less than desirable as well. End state: I do not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again in the future. I recommend to the owner to clean up their business practices and retrain their employees. I believe in fair and honest assessments and will provide positive assessments if the business warrants it. read more

Called GlassLogic 7/30 based on the other Yelp reviews and they certainly didn't disappoint me. I was thinking I'd be scheduling my windshield chip repair hopefully for the next day or two. Gene had me text him a photo of the rock chip to verify that it was repairable and told me the end result would be about 95% invisible. And the best news was that Damien would be at my house to repair it within the hour. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Damien showed up right on time, spent about 20 or so minutes to repair the rock chip and I'd say that the end result was more like 99% invisible. A tiny speck on the windshield is the only remaining evidence. Really, this is definitely the place to turn to, at least for windshield rock chip repairs. Fantastic duo to work with. read more

I was driving on the highway and a rock hit the windshield of my 2013 Lexus ES 350. It left a pretty bad chip which was on the driver side of the windshield, more towards the top. So although it wasn't in my line of sight, my eyes kept going to the chip because it was a big distraction. I contacted Mark due to the 5 star Yelp reviews. He responded quickly, gave me a quote, and the very next day took care of the chip. He came to our house instead of me having to drive to him. The chip is still noticeable, but it's no where near as large as it was before the repair. Keep in mind that this is just a repair. If you want to remove a large chip completely, you will have to replace your windshield. Overall I'm happy with his work and response time. And he insures all his repairs! I have a 7 year old VW Touareg that is in excellent condition except for headlights that had turned a hazy yellow. I was SHOCKED by the results after Mark worked his magic.
