After the tornado hit us in Allen a couple weeks ago, I began searching for a window replacement company, but was informed and instructed to find a glass repair company. I researched and called Webb Glass because of the excellent ratings and spoke with Don the owner. We scheduled an appointment to have Shane and Mason come out and provide give and estimate on a blown out window, a broken pain and a fogged up window. I informed Don that I had not covered the blown out window and was surprised that he told me not to worry, he would have his guys cut and install a temporary plywood window to cover the window, no obligation required. Amazing, feeling to know that a company cares about people and security first. I covered the opining because I had the supplies and equipment to do the temporary fix, but still an awesome feeling to know it would be provided had I not had the supplies. Shane and Mason came out the next day and were personable, knowledgeable and professional. Prior to leaving they noticed the broken and blown out upstairs window laying in the back of my truck that I was going to take to the dump the next day. Again they told me that they would take it for me and dispose of it. Excellent customer service without even having an estimate and no obligation to use them. Don provided an Estimate the next day and the price was fair and reasonable. The work was scheduled five days out and Shane and Mason arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the windows 3 in total. Prior to leaving they mentioned that they noticed that our vehicles windshield was damaged and that they also replaced windshields. After the excellent job they did, I called Don and requested a quote for our vehicles windshield and again provided and excellent price for the replacement. The Windshield was installed the following weekend at our home and we are very pleased to say that we found our new window repair company. This is the 2nd time I've worked with Don on a window replacement for a rental house. Again, it went very smoothly, and Don was very communicative and responsive throughout the process, and got it done, despite a tenant who had limited times to allow him inside the house. He was good to work with at all times and I appreciated his patience throughout, even though this may not have been one of his bigger jobs. The frame was not square in this case, so the window had to be measured from the inside and custom sized. Don came out (twice due to tenant availability) to do that. The house is located in Corinth so the house was not just around the corner relative to the location of this business.
