Got glass service from this outfit recently, just a reglaze on a broken residential window. Pricing was very competitive, although it was admittedly a small job and there are minimum charges involved. But no bait and switcheroo on the price and no hard upselling or anything. Crew arrived at the appointed time, very friendly and polite. They made quick work of the repair and left the site very clean. In and out in no time at all. Would definitely recommend and will go back to them for glass needs, quality outfit. read more

One of our big glass windows broke on our business building during a recent storm. We called and spoke with Don on a Tuesday and he requested photos. We sent the photos and estimated size of the window. He responded with a quote the following morning. They had someone come to get measurements the next day. He sent over info on the payment process and we had our commercial grade glass installed by Friday afternoon! It was a quick and painless process, which was very much appreciated!! Thank you for everything!! read more

**Let me start by saying I'm very picky and my jeep is one of the nicest in town so having a professional job was key** I had Don come out and do a windshield replacement on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Don and his son showed up on time and took meticulous care to remove the cracked windshield without scratching the paint. They did an excellent job cleaning and preparing the area for the new windshield. These guys are pros and are more reasonably priced than their competition. If you want a professional job done at your location, give these guys a call. read more

These guys are awesome! They showed up 25 minutes after I scheduled it, they came to my office and were done in 15 minutes. I'm glad Yelp sent my request for a quote to multiple businesses because I didn't see this one originally. Don was great and so are the guys he sent out to fix my windshield. I didn't even see the spot where the rock hit my window until I got up close and previously it was very visible. Definitely recommend. read more

Don took my call immediately and was able to come out today to fix a door lite that our lawn guy had accidentally shattered this morning. Thank you so much, Don and Shane! We appreciated you helping us out today, especially in light of the current world situation. Yelp's ratings are accurate. Great experience throughout. Our window was shattered by a really poor golfer. Don was the quickest to respond and most competitive in pricing. Showed up on time and answered all our questions. Shane and Mason also did a great job in installing. Professional and cleaned up well after. Even did additional touch ups which they did not need to do. Extremely impressive business. Nothing but great things to say about Webb's Glass! In a time where service providers rarely respond back or communicate, Webb's Glass is 100% the opposite. They kept me completely informed while waiting on the glass to arrive, replied quickly when asked to get a quote, and Luis and team showed up early for the appt to replace the glass, worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. The pricing was below other quotes we received from others. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more

Don and his team at Webb's glass are amazing. Don is squarely focused on excellent customer service, great prices, and ultimate dependability. I used Don to replace a fairly antique and esoteric pane in an office door. His work is impeccable. I'll never use anyone else for glass ever again. read more

Visiting family in town and got a nice rock chip on my windshield while driving down 121. The owner, Don, drove over to where I was staying and fixed my windshield in less than 30 minutes. He is super friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me a way better price than Safelite AutoGlass and got the job done within an hour of me texting him. Can't say enough good things about the service that was provided from Don. Definitely saving his contact in my phone book in the event that I get a rock chip in the future. read more

Don and his crew did a great job replacing 6 windows that had flogged up. The entire project from measuring to installing was great. He worked around my schedule and even showed up after his home was hit with a hail storm during the night. The two young men who worked for him were polite and professional. If there were any regrets it was not calling him soon and getting this job done. I highly recommend Webb's Glass for window replacement. read more

This family team gets the job done and for a good price. My window looks great, and I will hire them again when I need screen replacements.

I hired them to replace a couple of window glasses. Don and Mason were super helpful. Their pricing was very reasonable. Overall, the transaction was very smooth. I would highly recommend Webb's glass. read more

Don and his crew came out last week to replace glass windows. They were efficient and did great work. Webb Glass LLC is a great window repair company. Five star reviews are what led me to contact them. Shane and Mason came out, measured, and I got an estimate a short time later. Very reasonable price. They ordered the glass to replace six foggy window panes, sceduled return, and then came back and did the job in about two hours. Two super efficient and professional young men, explained the process and wasted no time in performing the job. Can't go wrong with this DFW company. read more

Don was awesome!! Unfortunately he had to install two windshields on my car because the first one was defective; but once it was all said and done he went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with his work. He was very apologetic for my inconvenience and stayed in constant contact with me in attempting to ensure the next windshield would be installed without any hiccups. Don was very pleasant and personable and definitely seeks to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. While I hope to never have to replace my windshield again, I will definitely call Webb's Glass. read more

Other companies were quoting me a replacement window or minimum of 3 windows to purchase before considering and estimate, plus $200+ labor to install. Mr. Webb was able to replace the single broken window pane in 8 squares of my kitchen window for a fraction of the cost...around $100!! He was kind, honest, and runs a family owned business and is not looking to rip customer's off. I would highly recommend and give Webb's Glass an A++!! read more

Don replaced a 4x5 tempered MBR tub window for us and everything went perfect. His estimate was near the bottom of my 5 quotes but no where near the bottom in service or delivery. The work was done on time and there was absolutely no mess. Another thing I liked about Don, other than he's a heck of a nice guy to work with... was the fact that he constantly kept us informed about the order progress until he showed up to install the glass. I will keep Don on my short-list and highly recommend Webb's Glass! read more
