He was thorough in fine tuning door lock and caulking all the new trim. He even brought his own cleaning supplies to make sure my porch was cleaner than when he arrived. I had an appointment scheduled Saturday, 06/08/2024 at 11:00 am. The Representative for Brennan Enterprises was a no call, no show by 11:30 am. He called almost 3 hours later and left a voicemail if he still wanted me to come to my home for an estimate. Not even sorry or an explanation as to why he had not arrived at the appointed time. I showed him the same respect their company showed me. I never returned his call. Thank God for Pella Windows! I scheduled with them at 11:30 am. Their Representative Kaitlyn B. was at my home at 11:00 am, and after about an 1 1/2 presentation, taking measurements and explaining the difference in materials, my wife and I settled on the window, we needed because of storm damage. We paid on site and when the time comes, all of our windows will be replaced by Pella. read more

I am very disappointed with this company after ordering a ProVia entry door on July 12th. Due to Covid and many other excuses my door was delivered and scheduled to be installed in one day on September 2nd. After the first installer worked 12 hours, he determined the brick moulding was not wide enough. The man who took measurements made a big mistake and the ProVia factory moulding did not fit. After speaking with their operations manager, he assured me that they would make it right and bend some sheet metal and fill the gaps. Today, Sept 13th marks their second try at patching up their problem and they attempted to install brick moulding that had a different pattern on the paint and no detail. A flat piece of sheet metal was bent and cut to fix the problem and it looks like crap. Oh not to mention, the color is different!! And while they were attempting to patch up their error, the installer dented the door frame. Now they are telling me, oh we will order the ProVia replacement metal. I am still waiting to see how many months it will take to get the correct color and factory brick molding. Don't get me wrong, the ProVia door is built with craftsmen ship and is beautiful. The guys doing the measuring screwed up big time, and the installer did his best to fix the problem. To be continued and do not use this company for any remodeling. Had Brennan Enterprises replace all the windows in our house 15 years ago or so. They did just OK on the installation. Recently, we had an exterior pane on a large, fixed bathroom window break so called Brennan to see if we could get a replacement window installed and have been getting the run-around for nearly 2 months now, first asking for the original quote and sales receipt which we sent. next asking for photos of the window and manufacturer's stickers from the window frame and now being told the sale occurred so long ago that they are having trouble finding the manufacturers information. All we want is to have our window replaced and this company has been nothing but aggravating. When it comes time to replace the windows in the house again, you can bet that Brennan Enterprises will not be the one we call. Chris picked up my call and was very helpful with answering all my questions, providing info about financing, and walking me through the whole process. Based on all the reviews and my conversation with Chris, I went with Brennan. Once the windows were ready, Daniel and Ivan worked on installing my windows. I could not have asked for a better crew! They were courteous, professional, kept to themselves but made sure to bring up problem areas, and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. One of the windows they replaced also took some off the paint with it. I had touch up paint and told them I don't mind taking care of it, but they insisted they do it given that the ladder was already up and it was a second story window in the foyer. I have absolutely zero regrets about calling Brennan and giving my business to them. This was not the only company in the DFW area to quote / sell NT windows. The bid from Brennan Enterprises, for builder grade NT windows was over $2k more than a bid for Presidential NT windows through another business. I had the worst experience with this company! First, I had to call the company because it was taking longer than I was told for the windows to be ready for installation. When they finally scheduled a time to install the windows, one man showed up to do the job. I had real reservations about this but was assured by a lead production man that it was going to be okay. It was not! He did a poor job of installing the windows, even ruining the brick causing it to bow out. The windows themselves were another horror! I told Kerry, I needed very good windows because we live close to a freeway. They not only didn't keep the noise out, they didn't keep the cold out either. They were worse than what I was replacing! Kerry came out multiple times to attempt to address my concerns, but all he and the Alside manufacturing rep did was talk. Kerry gave a token amount of money to go toward fixing the brick (not enough to cover) and a threat not to post a bad review or he would not come out again with any future concerns because he did not want to lose his 5-star rating. These Alside windows were so bad, I had them replaced by another company 8 months later. I have had 4 different experiences with window replacement companies and none were as bad as the one with Brennan Enterprises. There is a window company out of Houston that post lots of videos about what to look for in windows and installation "Houston Window Experts". I strongly suggest looking at these videos before you do any buying. read more

I replaced 2 sliding glass doors. The product itself was good quality even though it was the most cost effective option. I was impressed. One of the panels came with a crack and the plugs for the screw holes were missing. Brennan ordered a replacement right away. The time for manufacturing and delivery was frustrating. And unfortunately due to above, I had to wait twice. I was disappointed with the communication from Brennan when waiting for the replacement panel. I was told a date and then it took another 1.5 months to actually get the panel. I was told the manufacturer was the problem, but still frustrating to not hear back from Brennan when I was told I would be kept updated. The installers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful. I was also impressed with how they were respectful of my property and mindful to clean up! We had our windows and front door replaced about 4 months ago. Got several estimates from different companies and we liked the Brennan the best but I'm not sure I can say samething about the installation experiences. As you can see in my pictures, the window caulkings are a mess! Is it supposed to be like this? It does not look professional at all. I probably could've done better job. It's embarrassing. Also, when they replaced our front door, the door frame was damaged. It had tiny punture holes all around it. When they came back out to look at it, the guy just touched up with paint which it made it worse/more noticeable. He gave us the paint for future purposes?!? I was speechless... called Brennan again and this time a different guy came out. He ordered new frame for our door. I hope this can solved quickly. read more

Hired them to put replacement windows into my house. They missed one window and never replaced it. The 1/2 the first set of windows were broken when they fell off the truck. The next time they never showed up and when I called to find out, no one knew what happened. They finally got back to me and let me know the installer had not come out because the windows had again broken on the truck. So was living for a month or so with boarded up windows. Then the next time they came out, a couple windows had flaws in them and had to go back. Then the next time they came out the windows weren't tempered as required by code. So back they went. Every time they called no one seemed to know what the status was in the windows. They kept pointing at different departments. Be aware they do not make their own windows. So they are at the mercy of their supplier quality and timing. Each time there was an issue, it took 3 to 5 weeks to get the next set of windows. I will say the windows are inexpensive and look okay and the staff was pleasant to speak with, but the customer service and back operations is a total mess. You would expect after this total mess they would have offered a discount for the massive inconvenience. Nope read more

update, Brennan did finally respond, and the installation manger Bill came to my house today, he did check with an infrared gun what we discovered is that the transfer of cold is coming through my walls where the studs are and causing my cold feeling. This review is for an estimate only. I found Brennan Enterprises on Yelp and since we were looking at replacing windows I gave them a call. I spoke to Sean and he kindly answered my questions and scheduled a free estimate. I was thrilled to be given an exact time for our estimate appointment rather than a window (as other companies I called offered). Sean arrived on time and was extremely kind and courteous. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly to my little ones who were very curious out our visitor and never once did I feel I was being "sold". Sean offered wonderful information and details specific to our house, window sizes, style and look. He was honest about pricing, options and other details that many seemed to hide from us in the fine print. As Sean left (Fri) he said he would email me an estimate by Tuesday and he did! About two weeks after Sean sent the estimate he emailed me to follow up, but it wasn't a pressure-filled follow up it was sincerely a "have any questions" follow up. In the end we've decided to wait on replacing all our windows, but I assured Sean that when the time comes he will be our only call. Also came with a great warranty, and I purchased the transferable option in case we ever sell our condo. A couple of the frames were damaged during install, and they offered to patch them up. I had new Windows and siding done on my house by Brennan. I was so impressed with Garrett and Brody when they replaced my windows. Everything was done with such care. They covered my furniture and left the area spotless. I was so proud of they looked. A few days later, Saturday, the work started on my siding. At first I was pleased then things went down hill. Every day I went out and cleaned because stuff was everywhere. I have two dogs and sharp metal pieces, caulk tips and tubes are dangerous. The job was completed Delmar stated. After a walk around there were several things not done when I pointed them out he was not happy. After our conversation he said they were done. They were done half way and I was not happy. I called Brennan and was told John Hubbard would call me. It has now been three weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I called again thus morning so we will see what happens. In November 2015, we decided to take the plunge and replace all the windows in our house. After enduring lengthy sales pitches from national companies, complete with visual aids, we decided to check with someone local. Scott Brennan showed up on time. He came "armed" with a pencil and graph paper. He listened to what we wanted. He mapped out our windows on the graph paper. He made some suggestions. When all the window decisions had been made, he proceeded to give us an estimate. It all took less than half the time as each of the other companies. The estimate was less than half of what the first company quoted, but that isn't what sold us. We chose Brennan because they are local, their employees are courteous, and we never once felt like we were being talked down to or being given a hard sell. I called this company hoping to get a patio door installed that I had purchased from Home Depot. The first thing I encountered was all the collection of my personal data which I regret. There is no reason for them to collect this data The second issue involves their use of 'cost box' which id suppose to connect you to a service advisor. Guess what? zNobody is available to answer any questions. Putting a 'chat box' on your website and not staffing it left a bad taste in my mouth before I even got to first base. Third: They will NOT install any product that you did not purchase from them. I guess that is OK if that is what they want to do, but how about putting a disclaimer on your website to avoid all the time invested in connecting someone. I have been using Brennan for home projects for several years now, from new doors, storm doors, to a new covered patio/screen room and even a new 30 yr shingle roof. I'm telling you, these folks know what they're doing and will work with you. I had them do one project where I sectioned off part of my garage to build a work room that is sealed and insulated with a good exterior door- you cannot tell that the wall was an addition, looks like it was built that way 20 years ago when house was new. It looks THAT GOOD. On the screen room, it took some time, but they only do high quality. I wanted this by my pool, and had discussed it with them before... has 2 ceiling fans, 3 doors, a new storm door on the house entrance, and is snap lock construction, but it's not "cheap" stuff... it's very high quality material, and they know how to put it together. It is amazingly strong and attractive, just as Scott promised. I was actually impressed, and it's hard to impress me. It was built exactly as I would have done it myself if I hadn't had back surgeries. Carefully, with attention to detail. Not just "thrown up". The new roof they did was $6,000.00 LESS than competitors, BUT they used FOUR NAILS in each shingle... and did it right. Don't let the low prices fool you. Your house is your house... do everything as if you were going to put it up for sale- let Scott Brennan and his team do the work. It's like gold- a store of value, an investment. I would have hired them anyway if it were "more"... they are that good. Worth every cent. I'm very pleased. They take out the permits, and do everything legal, above board and by the book- up to code and high standards. Only high quality workmen. Pro's.
