I emailed photos of what I have and what I am interested in on a Thursday morning, received a short reply with a standard quote that did not entail what I had asked for Monday around noon. Emailed immediately back and no reply until Tuesday afternoon. Emailed the photo from the company's instagram of what I want, asked for a quote, and a day later, no response. I think this company must have changed hands, or maybe the saleswoman is just simply terrible.

We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.

Once we agreed to the type and pricing for these Vistamark windows and a small down payment provided; Mark and Adam scheduled their installer to come out the following week. Scott came out about a week later to refine the measurements exactly. The windows were ordered shortly thereafter through their Waxahachie plant for Vistamark windows. Mark called to inform us of the date for installation. We have 28 windows so it was a 2+ day job. Everything was done professionally and cleanly. We felt very comfortable with Scott and his crew while they were installing the windows. Adam was available if needed but once the pricing was agreed upon there wasn't a lot of need for our interaction with a few exceptions. Adam responded promptly when text or called. In summary we are happy with these beautiful new, energy efficient windows, having replaced our builder grade windows from 24 years ago. We had several other window companies out over a year's time with prices all over the map. Statewide Energy Solutions has a solution for your particular needs and they stand behind the product and warranty.
