Fine, although we bought it from Adooring Designs. Mike at Adooring Dorrs charged us $150 to replace a defective part purchased from them although they never charged us before (product was in warranty). Just a buyer beware. It took weeks to set up a service call to repair the repair. As the day aproached a dear friend died. We tried several times a day to reach someone to reschedule - no luck. Left lots of messages. They called in the middle of the funeral wanting to know why no one was home. The service tech patched on place on the door - the most obvious one and didn't repair the other places. More weeks to set up another service call. Sure enough an other person milestone ended up on the day. So, the wife stayed home and missed the event. No one showed up. No one called to say they couldn't make it. Just left her there all day when she really wanted to be at the event. There is literally nothing that would let us recommend this company.

Meanwhile, another Pella sales rep ignores my no solicit sign to solicit in the middle of the day. The installers are probably the same as anyone, no one spoke English and they cracked multiple bricks. Sales rep lied about replacing bad wood during install and of course I couldn't communicate. No one local from Pella checked in after the install. The windows are not worth the money so far. Pella has really lost respect from me and I will not recommend them to any of my family. Will update the review after my service call. 1 window was defective (won't stay open) and 1 has cosmetic defect in between the panes that somehow passed inspection.

This particular store gives a horrible name to Pella. Something the parent company should consider looking into. Installation was in February. They did not have sufficient material to finish the job and said they would be back within a week. Four months on, still waiting with no expected date. Windows left bare to elements for months and wood is bound to start rotting. Damaged inside walls with holes and tape removal ripping paint off. Tried calling on multiple occasions to speak with Manager. Leave a message each time and told to expect a call back. Still waiting for a phone call for two weeks and multiple tries. To be honest, my biggest recommendation is to look elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment. Pay top price to get great windows but horrifying service which is not likely to finish the job they start.
