That conversation led to looking at windows in the house (original - 35+ yrs old) which led to replacing everything except for four windows in a room soon to undergo remodeling. The sales process was easy, clear, fair and 100% free of upselling. We had to wait for the glass to be made to measure - this happens in Ft Worth by the way - and installation was done over two long workdays. We replaced the back patio door with a slider and 24 windows. The crews were fast and respectful of our home. When one window pane was the wrong style, the company quickly put in an order to replace it. Swapping it out took 10 minutes (once the glass was complete and inspected). If you are thinking about windows or doors, give them a call. It's worth just talking about your needs and getting a quote because the price might pleasantly surprise you. Phase two of our window installation project is now complete with the addition of seven more windows, and once again, Hugo and his team did an outstanding job. Austin followed up a few days later to handle some paint touch-ups, and Becca was exceptional, making sure we had all the warranty information and were completely satisfied with the work. We have one more phase left, which includes five more windows. We opted to complete our window project in phases, allowing us to pay as we go and avoid financing. I am very impressed with the detail and professionalism with which Chris approached this job. Very complete presentation and he made me feel as though he was interested in my job. The estimator came over a few days later to precisely measure the windows I needed replaced. The windows showed up complete earlier than expected and the two installers came over quite soon afterward. I feel they did a very good job and worked hard for the hours it took to compete the project.. They cleaned up everything before they left All that's left is to have them come back to paint the window frames on the back of the house. The only surprise was that the argon gas between the double windows made the cross pieces and glass look green which, by extension, gave a green tint to two of the replaced windows and rooms. Post winter update: in my review I mentioned I got these installed last April and that they got me through the summer and I would see how my first winter with them worked. While we, thankfully, had a much milder winter (anything is mild compared to winter 2022 lol!), we still had quite a few crazy cold snaps. Still just as pleased with the windows helping to keep my house nice and warm. Once I heated the house to where I wanted it, it stayed there. That's been the nicest thing between both heating and AC is that the system doesn't turn off and on near as much as with 60 year old windows. Still doing great almost right at the 1 year mark. Another company quoted me the exact same windows for literally twice as much. NO JOKE! I verified with other company that it was the same exact window to make sure and it was. I got quick responses from Chris and Becca. They scheduled someone to come install my new window but it was too small (I provided the measurements as requested). They were able to find a correct size window and got the install rescheduled. When I messaged the installer, he said he woupd be by but never showed. When i messaged him the next day, he apologized and said he'd come by the day after. When the day finally came, Becca called to day the installer was sick and wouldn't be coming by. Becca & Chris was able to find someone else to come out the same day to get my window installed. The new installer completed the job in about 2 hours, did a good job and cleaned the work area as best as he could.
