Rhonda and Dan were great. Replaced all the windows on our house last year and everything still looks like it did when it was installed. Very happy with their work. read more

We just had Pro 1 put all new windows in our house and WOW do they all look fantastic! The crew was done in a few hours, they were very friendly, answered all our questions and concerns, and left the house cleaner than they found it! Can't say enough good about them! Thanks so much Rhonda and her crew. read more

We are very satisfied with the quality of our new windows and doors. The installation crew finished just before a cold front and we could definitely tell a difference and the following electrical bills have been lower. Our sincere thanks to Rhonda and the professional installation crew! Rhonda has been very prompt and professional from the beginning. She's responded quickly to every question. Rhonda and her team made this a positive experience at a very reasonable price. This was a significant investment in our home and we feel our money was well spent. read more

I seriously can't brag about Rhonda and her team enough for the fantastic work they performed (in the middle of a pandemic no less. Lol!) with our window replacement. Rhonda communicated with us throughout the entire process, and gave us clear insight into what to expect. Her team was in and out in one day, and made the process as painless as possible. Our new windows have enhanced our curb appeal in a major way and we couldn't be more happy with our decision to work with Rhonda and her team! I highly recommend you work with them!! read more

We hired Rhonda and her team based on their glowing reviews, and on the fact that this is a woman-owned business. She wasn't the CHEAPEST quote we got, but she was the cheapest quote we got from a contractor that seemed super professional. We received higher quotes for windows of lesser quality from other contractors. Rhonda was super friendly, very straightforward with pricing and the timeline. (If you don't know, there's a 4-6 month lead time on having windows manufactured currently! So this process began last year.) Today, her team replaced all the windows in our house in 5 hours. The new windows are spectacular, the house is so much brighter, it's breathtakingly quiet inside, and we are super thrilled! A big thanks to Rhonda and her team!! read more

I used Pro 1 for my new front door and had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Rhonda helped me with initiating my order and was so informative, kind and patient. Very professional with quotes. My door arrived and it's top notch quality. Keaton installed the door and his work was impeccable! The door looks amazing and stately. I had cheaper quotes but I definitely think you get what you pay for and this was worth every penny. I didn't want a cheap looking door and this door is so beautiful and sturdy. I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Pro 1. read more

I couldn't wait to write a review on this Company. Don't look any further for your window install, trust me! They were referred to me by someone who had them done a year ago. I highly recommend Pro 1 Windows and Doors. Outstanding service, price, quality, and window installation was flawless. Rhonda is the owner and Keaton is over her crew, they work together so nicely and cleaned up everything. The only thing I'd change is wishing I would have done it sooner, my windows are stunning! read more

Rhonda was wonderful to work with. She was prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. Her crew installed our windows in one day for our entire house. We would definitely work with Pro 1 again and have already recommended to others. read more

We recently had our windows replaced by Pro 1 Windows and Doors. We knew we wanted to work with this company after reading all the other yelp reviews and the positive comments they provided. We also had a great experience! Rhonda responded quickly and the quote we received was very fair. The team did a great job on installation day and worked efficiently. They had everything completed in one day. We really love our new windows and would definitely recommend this company! read more

My experience with Pro 1 Windows and Doors was wonderful! I called and spoke to Rhonda Howard who was very prompt and efficient at getting a quote to me for the window replacements I requested. The crew that installed the windows were friendly and did a great job. They covered the floors, installed the windows in less time than I thought it would take and made sure the debris was cleaned up before they left. Since I was donating the existing windows, they took the windows to RESTORE for Habitat for Humanity. I highly recommend using Pro 1 Windows and Doors! Kayla H. 12/15/22 read more

Talked to Rhonda and sent her pictures of the project. No response after that. Sent her an email to make sure that she had received the info. Still no response. I guess that when I told her that we did not need windows, just the door replaced, they apparently weren't interested. Customerservice is terrible. John G read more

Pro 1 was highly recommended by a friend that is very diligent about every vendor she hires. I had high expectations and they did not disappoint. My quote request was answered same day and scheduled within a week. They came out twice to confirm measurements and a third time for install, 4 windows took about 2 hours. It took about six weeks to get the windows which is very normal, Dan answered all my update requests timely. Fair pricing, windows aren't cheap so you want to go with a vendor that knows what they are doing, like Pro 1. read more

Rhonda and her crew were great to work with! She didn't take long to send me a quote and it was reasonable. I had all of my windows replaced and they look amazing! Pro1 Windows was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks Rhonda and team!! read more

We chose Pro 1 Windows from Yelp after "trying" to get a couple different companies to come out for an estimate - seems some folks just don't want the work. Rhonda is easy to talk to & very down-to-earth. Dan and his install team work well together, and with only three of them, were able to do 13 windows (remove & install new) in one day. Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. I can't give enough praise in words to thank Rhonda and her team for the effortless transition from old, worn out, builder's grade windows, to the beautiful windows they installed. read more

About a year ago we purchased our 59' traditional ranch style home that had the original windows in it. It has been about six weeks since we had our windows installed by Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. I work in the design industry and coordinate with architects on a daily basis and I also installed windows and restored homes in college, needless to say I had a pretty strong vision for what the front profile of my house should look like. After developing several window configurations and digital renderings Rhonda was patient enough to provide multiple pricing packages that allowed me to make the best decision from an economic standpoint as well as a design standpoint. On top of this, Rhonda was communicative and responsive at a level that is rare for most contractors, all calls/texts/emails were followed up on as soon as she had the time to do so. A few key points I would like to make. I got about five quotes from different window contractors over the course of about 8 months and Rhonda's price was by far the most competitive. After reconnecting with Rhonda she honored her original price and assisted me with at least five different pricing packages for 12 new windows. The quality of windows she uses is great and they were installed with a high degree of execution by Dan and his install team. The mess made from removal of the original windows was also cleaned in a professional manor after the install. The windows we had installed were the Burris Window TectView AC model http://burriswindows.com/tectview-ac/ with the dual color bronze exterior/white interior frame. Energy bills following the install have already been noticeably less and our H/VAC runs half as often as it did with the original windows. I strongly recommend Pro 1 Windows and Doors. Anytime I need anything regarding windows or doors Rhonda will be the first and only person I call in the future. Rhonda was a pleasure to do business with and if you are on the fence about product or window contractor, look no more, Pro 1 Windows and Doors is who you want to do business with. read more

If there were a way to give a negative number, I would. Rhonda Howard, the owner of Pro 1, lied several times about several things, never accepted responsibility for problems she knew existed at the end of a day of installation, and only re-installed the 13 windows that were improperly installed, after we stopped payment on the check for the balance of the job. The windows were not installed according to manufacturers specs, they weren't insulated, didn't have flash tape, or window fins/flanges, as needed on a house with siding. Then, she told me she "gave us an upgrade to double hung windows." When I told her that seemed likely ke something we had the o do to get the dual color (white interior/putty exterior) she said, "No, I just did that." When I check d the contract written several weeks prior, it stated "double hung windows installed ...," just as I'd thought. (Talk about gas lighting!) At the end of the day they were initially installed, Rhonda Howard - even when I asked about the significant gaps in spacing around each of the 13 windows, as well as the huge depth of the windows, compared with the depth of the house - she signed off for n all work, strutting up and down our hallway where seven of the windows are, as f she were the best thing since popcorn! Becasue my husband had previously installed windows, I knew what I was seeing looked wrong. (How many people have had their windows installed improperly ny this company, and not known?!) When my husband came home, he knew it was wrong, and when the siding guy came by to look at the finished project, and determine how to start the siding the following day, he stated he knew it was wrong. In fact, he told us, and then called Rhonda Howard, to let her know he could not install the siding until the windows were taken out, properly flashed, with fins added. They did ultimately do that, but only because we had stopped pay,net on the check for the balance of the 9k job total. Rhonda Howard was willing to walk away from this house, knowing the wrong type of windows were not installed properly! When confronted, she never apologized, and instead, continues blaming us, and, the other company doing the siding. It was actually the siding contractor who worked with her to get Pro 1 Windows and Doors to order and pay for fins that can be added to windows, so that the windows could be pulled further into the frames, and properly mounted to the window openings. That took us past Thanksgiving Day, and another week beyond, with windows that were literally taped around the edges, in the case of seven windows. The other windows were caulked from the insid, but during the day with the sun in a certain point, you could see through the caulk to the outside! (We have photos to substantiate all I am claiming.) I've never had such a horrible experience on any home improvement job we've given to a company. read more

Rhonda and the folks at Pro 1 are some of the most professional, hard working people I've ever come in contact with. We recently purchased a new home and Rhonda did the windows for is during the process. She was amazing and bent over backwards to meet our deadline and budget. I work for a service company and expect excellent customer service and efficiency. Rhonda and her crew far exceeded my expectations. Rhonda was easy to work with for replacing the windows on our home. She was very flexible and willing to run multiple estimates based on different window configurations we were considering. Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors were amazing from start to finish. They came out, took measurements and gave me a very competitive estimate. Because of Covid, the lead time was a bit longer than expected, but Rhonda kept us informed every step of the way and the outcome was WELL worth the wait. On the day of install her team was so professional...they treated our home with utmost care, covering everything around the windows including the floors to protect against the mess of removing the old aluminum windows. The install time was much faster than I expected and they cleaned up everything, leaving the areas spotless. The new replacement windows fit perfectly and look amazing! The rooms we had the replacement windows installed in had been really cold with the old aluminum windows, But, two days after install we had 20 degree weather for several days and now those rooms are toasty warm because of the new windows! Thank you, thank you, Rhonda and team for such a great experience and for beautiful, energy efficient windows that will make a huge difference in our heating costs going forward! GREAT JOB all around!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Pro 1 Windows & Doors for your replacement window needs! James A. Arlington, TX read more

Rhonda and her team were amazing! Even through some crazy weather delays everything came out perfectly. Being that she is a Woman-Owned small business and uses her own contractors on payroll is the main reason I chose her. No salesmen, no gimmicks, just straight, up front, and reliable service. Dan and Keaton, her installers, came out and replaced all 13 of my windows in just a few hours, and did a wonderful job. Took care of my furniture, covered everything, and cleaned up. They were so polite, and the windows look awesome. Gave my home a much needed face lift. Please look at Pro 1 to replace your windows - you will not regret it! read more

I chose Pro 1 Window & Doors for new residential windows based in part on the very high ratings that reviewers had awarded Pro 1 every year for over 8 years. Owner Rhonda Howard was friendly, prompt, experienced, efficient and she answered all of our questions very well. There was one small imperfection noted in the caulking on one of the windows which may have been due to caulk shrinkage on a cold window day. When I told Rhonda about it she quickly arranged for a worker to come out to fix the problem. We were very pleased with Rhonda's "service after the sale. I'm glad I chose Pro 1 to replace our residential windows. Pro 1 and its owner/manager Rhonda Howard provided great products and services at a very reasonable price. I'll gladly recommend Pro 1 to friends, neighbors, family members and anybody else. This is a great company to do business with. Brest wishes for all of your Pro 1 experiences! read more

Could not be more pleased with our new windows and experience working with Rhonda and Dan. They provide and an excellent product manufactured locally in Carrollton at an extremely competitive price. Our new windows are great! Rhonda is very knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns we had. The new windows came in on time and Pro 1 Windows did a great job with the install. The installers were professional and went over the features of the different windows. We had a 3-lite sliding glass door replacement installed at our house in Dallas and the entire process went unbelievable well. The owner, Rhonda Howard, is extremely personable, efficient and reliable. She anticipated many of the questions we had and guided us to the door system that best fit our needs/budget. From order through install, everything went as scheduled and on budget. The end result looks great and we look forward to working with Pro 1 Windows and Doors in the future. read more

After having had several contractors over to our home for various other needs, we were completely blown away by how great Pro 1 performed. First and foremost, Rhonda and her team are top notch from the estimate to the final installation. Pro 1 is super knowledgeable about various solutions, and were able to find the perfect fit for us by balancing cost, look, and functionality. When they say that they do not subcontract, they do not subcontract. We have had other contractors tell us the same, but when time came to perform the work, guess who showed up...subcontractors. Pro 1, on the other hand, has a core team that can only be described as living the mantra of good old fashioned American pride in workmanship. They were able to install 7 windows of various sizes in less than 5 hours, and were quite careful to ensure everything in our home wasn't damaged during the work. I'm still finding screws in my yard from a fence installation done by a different company from almost a year ago, but there is not even a hint that any work was done on the windows, other than the fact that they look great and are functioning perfectly. Can't thank Rhonda and her team enough, and fully plan on using them from here on out for all things window and door. read more

I recently purchased new Burris vinyl replacement windows for my entire home through Pro 1 and was very happy with the process and communication. Their price was very competitive and they offer different manufacturers rather than just one option. After speaking with Rhonda over the phone and explaining my concerns, I felt comfortable moving forward with their company and so far have no regrets. The windows were installed about 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. The windows are made locally (Carrollton) and they have a personal relationship with the owner of the companies in which they purchase their windows from. One of the windows did have a chip in the glass and a rep. from Burris was out within a couple of weeks to replace it. Also, they don't sub-contract out their installation like most of their competitors. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business! read more

Just moved into a 60 yr old home with original windows - yikes!! We were originally going to have Renewal by Andersen do all the window replacements but their prices were absolutely outrageous. So we called Rhonda at Pro 1 and she came out right away to do an estimate and saved us thousands. She was fantastic to work with, as was Dan and the crew that did the actual installation. Super friendly people, the windows are absolutely beautiful (we got a picture window for our front room - I highly recommend), and great workmanship. The guys cleaned up after the job (swept our entire patio), completed the job on time and left the house so much better than they found it. I highly recommend this company! read more
