Mike passed away suddenly a couple…read moreof years ago so you won't be able to call or email his business as his business right now appears dissolved or still going through probate. He had no succession plan for the business. The lifetime warranty for the windows is still enforced. You have to contact the window manufacturer - Anlin to put a service ticket or contact Ken Freeman who is the current Anlin Sales Rep for the DFW area (214) 449-6089 and leave a message (He is aware of Mike's passing and knew Mike well). Ken was able to perform fixes he can easily do being a former installer and send out an Anlin service tech from CA to inspect and fix my windows under the lifetime warranty at no charge. Anlin will also cover any damages if it is a manufacturer defect.

We were not impressed with our custom shower install. One of the pieces had to be redone THREE…read moretimes and still was not right by the time they installed it... Nothing was measured precisely and instead of redoing the pieces of glass they just filled gaps in with tons of caulk.... one wall of our shower has a THINK line of caulk at the bottom and the other doesn't... plus the framing was ALSO measured wrong and just pieced together instead of redone... Not impressed and our shower glass is not the quality we paid for at all.
