They took precise measurements, even coming up with a creative solution for our office that maintained the chair rail look while allowing the new shutters to fit perfectly. While custom orders take about six weeks, the wait was well worth it. The team removed our old blinds and performed a flawless installation, leaving the house spotless. To top it off, Ali went above and beyond by repairing an old, sticking shutter (not installed by them) and replacing missing magnets on other blinds at no extra charge. Many people came to measure and they all agreed it could be better. When I asked about this at the store, now with many new people, they sent one more person to measure who said it was as good as it would get. I was told the person who originally told me there would only be a small gap no longer works there and I owed the remainder of the money or they could come tear everything out, including the controls they implanted in my wall. To avoid having costly repairs I very begrudgingly paid the remaining balance. I recommend you find another place to purchase your window coverings.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

She listened to what we wanted and tailored options to what we said our goals were. She listened to our price range and gave us good options without breaking the bank. Most of all, she has very good taste and helped us choose treatments that make the house look great. Communication after the initial sale was excellent. We were informed when measurements would occur and when our treatments were shipped. Vincent arrived early for installation and was extremely efficient in getting the treatments installed in a short period of time. He was very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Overall, this is a first class operation with exceptional service. We love our new treatments. We probably need to get some for a couple of other windows so we will return to Stoneside without a doubt.
