I was struggling to get my blinds installed and ran into a problem with them continually falling. I called Matt's Shutters & More and within the day Ali was willing to come look at the issue. He worked the issue for a period of time and finally figured out that the blinds had a manufacturer defect. He corrected the defect and was then able to successfully install the shades. Just when I thought customer service was dead I came across Matt's Shutters & More. I called Matt and Ali was sent out to look at what I thought was a small repair job. (several broken from dogs over the years) Ali took a single shutter to measure and match the paint and came back in a week or so. Not only did he match the paint perfectly, to the point we can't even tell which ones were replaced, but he took the time to lubricate ALL of the blinds on the front of the house. He also left with me 3 additional shutters that he had made when matching the paint, and a clearly labeled paint can with the actual paint they used!! Matt is the man. He's super friendly and feels like family. We needed some blinds installed along with custom arches that were difficult to cover, but he made it easy. Called him on Thursday, he was there the day after taking measurements, and installed everything about a week later. Installation was so quick and efficient- he did a solid job installing the blinds and custom cut the arch-tops on site- the wooden appliqués on the arches were a nice touch as well. He left the house clean and spotless. I'm very happy with both the look and the quality of the blinds. The custom arches were just what we were looking for. A lot of light and heat was coming through those arch openings at the top so I feel the house is much cooler already. Matt is definitely my go-to guy for any window covering work.
