He actually texted my phone being double rude. I kept the text for evidence and shared it with others in the event something happen to my phone or he continues. AE shutters might or could be a great place, but Andy the manager is deceitful. At first, the shutters look great. After a few months, they began to disconnect or break. I spent a lot of money on these shutters. I still have broken shutters. I had to go to another company to finish the job. I am very disappointed with this type of treatment. Do not call my phone again asking me to take this down. It is harassment and it is illegal.

I am so happy I chose Sewell shutters. My shutters are beautiful. Sewell was my third estimate. I…read morewasn't even going to meet with them because I was happy with the second guy...but I thought, I already have the appointment, so what the heck. Well, I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge displayed by the Sewell representatives. I especially liked the demonstration of how the wood shutters are put together and how Sewell differs from the cheaper-made shutters on the market. Sewell beat my second guy estimate by $700, so I placed a deposit. The next week, the measurement guy came out, and I was even more pleased. He helped me choose the perfect arrangement for my windows and helped me see that some of my window plans may not be feasible for certain types of windows. For example, I wanted double hung shutters on 3 of my windows, and these have drawbacks. The man took a sample of my home's paint to match so that the shutters matched my trim exactly. The hanging went smoothly and was right on time. It took a little over one month from the time of the first visit. The shutters are absolutely beautiful.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

He seemed to be in a hurry, rushed through the consultation and made me feel pressured into making a selection. David was rapid fire in the way he presented the fabric samples making it a very frustrating experience. He seemed to think I didn't like anything he was showing me, and said so, but really I was just confused, he was was not giving me time to look at a sample before he assumed my feelings on it and quickly pull out another sample. I'm not very demanding, I worked public service for most of my life and want to be kind to others working in customer service, but the customer service I got from David was just very weird, upsetting and stressful.

SW Interiors truly went above and beyond with a shade project in my home. When it came time to replace, David made it a priority to ensure the new panel matched the look and feel of the existing one. He not only covered the additional cost involved in making that happen, but also added valances to address a mounting gap caused by a change in manufacturer. As a result, my shades were not only restored to their original quality, but the overall design now feels even more chic and elevated than before. The solution David provided speaks volumes about the integrity of his company. She listened to what we wanted and tailored options to what we said our goals were. She listened to our price range and gave us good options without breaking the bank. Most of all, she has very good taste and helped us choose treatments that make the house look great. Communication after the initial sale was excellent. We were informed when measurements would occur and when our treatments were shipped. Vincent arrived early for installation and was extremely efficient in getting the treatments installed in a short period of time. He was very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Overall, this is a first class operation with exceptional service. We love our new treatments. We probably need to get some for a couple of other windows so we will return to Stoneside without a doubt.
